时间飞逝，在繁忙和有序中一学年悄然而过，加入“双柏县英语教研组长工作室”已经有一年了。
回顾在工作室的学习，我感受到这个集体给我带来的欢乐与收获，也让我在这个团队中成长。
也许这一年我并没有值得夸耀的荣誉，值得炫耀的成绩，但工作室各成员及学员们好学上进、乐于创新、勇于开拓的精神给予我很大的动力，让我在教育教学实践的岗位迈着坚实的步伐。
成长是一个过程，是一份快乐。
一年来我收获了很多，同时也看到了自身的不足，现将一学年的工作总结如下。
一、进行教学理论学习提升教学理念
1、青年教师教学要走向成熟，是需要一定教学理论的积淀。
理论学习的方式可以是丰富多彩的，如根据当今中学英语教学的一些热门话题，根据学员教师的发展需求选择最有共性的话题开展理论学习；提供给学员教师理论学习的菜单，由学员教师有选择性地接受理论学习等方式。
丰富的学习方式使以往较机械、枯燥的理论学习变得生动起来，能够消除学员教师学习的畏难情绪，循序渐进地实现“丰富教学理论—更新教学理念—提升教学品质”的目标。
2、工作室成员组织的专家讲座使我对新课程标准下如何做一名优秀的教师有了一个比较清楚的认识：首先，必须树立正确的课程观，深层认识英语学科的功能和价值；其次，要明确课程的三维目标系统，同时还要建立大课程的观念，把英语学科和其他学科如信息技术等有
机地结合起来。
二、开展教材培训提升教学能力
准确理解和把握教材是教师教学能力的重要体现。
教师对教材的解读更多的是立足于多年的教学经验和深厚课程理念的基础上进行的，因此，在这类交流活动中，名师对于教材的解读要有更多的学情思考，即城市与农村、老教师与新教师，不同教学空间、不同教师对教材使用的共性和个性的剖析，以及自己在课堂教学中的思考、解决问题过程中生成的新的教材使用理念的渗透，使教材分析和指导更加有的放矢。
三、扎根常态课堂指导教学实践
结合教学实际情况，将崭新的教学理念引入常态课堂, 这是教师非常欢迎的一种形式，也是教师专业化成长的有效途径。
名师现场执教常态课，利用现代化教学设备或因地制宜地制作一些实用的教具，以流利的英语教学口语、娴熟的任务情景创设技能和丰富多彩的互动教学方法让学员教师开阔眼界，感受当前中学英语教学的最新动态，加深学员教师对新课程理念的理解。
授课之后的研讨则是课堂示范的最终目的，研讨会可以以“我是怎么设计这节课的——我为什么要这样设计这节课——这节课还可以怎么上——这节课的理念对于其它课的迁移指导”的模式进行，通过名师对于自己教学思路的剖析实现“授之以渔”的目的，又通过名师与学员教师之间的对话实现了理念升华，方法内化的效果。
直观的英语课堂教学研究和深入的分析讨论中，更有效的指导了课堂教学实践。
导师参与学员集体备课，经过反
复磨课，帮助学员教师教授大型公开研讨课，进行教学成果展示。
名师每学期指导学员开观摩课、示范课，课后具体点评，再上再评，通过“一课多轮”、“同课异构”等方式，力求每位教师在纵向对比、有效引导中实现迅速成长。
“观摩研讨、互动评课、横向对比、促进提升”的方式，有效提高了英语教师的教科研水平。
同时在工作室学习中，我有幸听了几堂让人耳目一新的优质课。
鄂嘉中学段萍老师对课文内容独特的处理方式，使我明白了“教无定法”的道理。
法脿中学罗艳老师的展示课导入自然，信手拈来，凸现了她扎实的教学功底；雨龙中学杨翠芳老师的课充满激情，具有较强的感染力。
总之，这些老师的驾驭课堂教学的能力使我大开眼界，深深感到自己的课堂教学中的不足。
读书交流为我的课堂教学提供了理论支撑为了提高我们的专业理论水平，魏书生老师的班主任工作漫谈让我收获很大，学到很多新的教育教学理念。
四、努力方向：
一直以来，我在实践中不断反思，不断总结，找出自己的不足，明确了努力的方向，制定了以下努力的目标：
1、在提高课堂实效性上下功夫，使学生在每一堂课中有更大的收获。
2、及时总结，加强反思的能力，将自己平时积累的经验、有价值的思考、及时记录下来，以便更快地提升自己的水平。
3、继续增强自身素质的提高，增强业务能力，加强自身的命题技术能力及口语能力，为明天的教育工作奠定更好的基础。
工作室不仅为我们提供了提高自身素质的空间，也成为我们互相学习，互相促进的大家园。
在这个大家庭里，我们找到了自己前进的方向，在这个大家庭里，我们体会到了互助共进的热情，在这个大家庭里，我们更领略了名师的风采。
