8洗衣服务流程1、接收信息•前台接到客人需要洗衣服务的要求，记录房号并及时通知客房。
-客房员工带好洗衣单与洗衣袋到客人处收取洗衣。
2、收取客衣•清点客衣。
•请客人阅读洗衣单上的相关说明并填写《洗衣单》，记录联系电话。
•询问客人有无特殊要求。
•提示洗衣送回时间。
-清点客人交洗的衣物件数，检查是否有破损或遗留物品。
-根据清点情况，请客人填写《洗衣单》，并确认。
-尤其注意加急服务的时间，不要因时间延误造成客人不便。
3、计算费用•根据《洗衣单》上价格计算出客人的洗衣费用。
•让客人在《洗衣单》上签名，予以确认。
•询问客人支付方式。
-注意按照洗衣单上的服务费标准收取费用。
4、送出洗衣•客房将收取的洗衣立即送至前台，并做好登记。
•前台将洗衣在规定时间送交洗衣公司。
•加急洗衣及时送洗。
-前台将洗衣费输入电脑，洗衣单第一联放入客帐袋内。
-洗衣公司收取洗衣同时将第二、三联一起收走。
-洗衣送出与收回时与洗衣公司在《洗衣交接本》上做好交接记录。
5、取回洗衣•洗衣公司送回洗衣至前台。
•客房服务员将洗衣送入客人房间。
-第三联洗衣单与洗衣一并送回。
-前台通知客房，将洗衣送至房间。
-如果有帐务问题的洗衣，需要请客人至前台领取。
-如果客人直接至前台领取，请客人出示《房卡》。

酒店洗衣服务标准
一、收取客衣
(1)在规定时间以前应将洗衣从房间取出。
(2)如客人未填写洗衣单，将洗衣单放在洗衣袋上，不要收洗，留下“服务通知单”提醒客人，如果需要洗衣服务，请与客房中心联系；客人口头交待或客房中心通知收洗时，可以收出。
(3)挂在门口的洗衣要填写房号。
二、检查登记
(1)交洗的客衣应检查是否有破损或物品遗留在袋内。
(2)要与洗衣单所填写客人姓名、房号、件数、日期、时间进行核对，并作好登记。
(3)集中放在指定地点，在规定时间点交给洗衣房。
(4)快洗或有特殊洗涤要求的衣物在洗衣单上做好标记，与洗衣房交待清楚。
三、送还洗衣
(1)洗衣房送回的洗衣应与登记本仔细核对，点清件数。
(2)送衣进房时，按进房程序进房。
(3)交洗的客衣如有损缺或客人投诉，查明情况，妥善处理。

Any claims must be made within twenty- four (24) hours.
4. 折叠与上浆的衣物每件加收人民币5元。
All folded and starch laundry will be charge a minimum of RMB5.00per item.。
