It contains 8 standard 10-pin connectors for directly connecting the stepper or servo motor drivers. Each connector provides step, direction and shared enable signals.Similar device PoExtBusOC16 (without CNC) is designed for providing up to 16 digital outputs and is not compatible as it uses a different wiring scheme. 故障与排除
面板 LED 无显示 按下测试按钮,无冷凝液排放。 只有按下测试按钮,才排放冷凝液。
可能原因: ·电源未接好 ·电源板有故障 ·控制板故障
排除方法:
->检查标牌电压值。 ->检查0.0-0.1-0.2端的电压。 ->检查电控板上1.0-1.1之间的24V电压。
注意: 电源板 C 在上盖 A 中为正面朝下。
无负载状态下,可以在端子 H 的 1.0 和 1.1 之间测量到最高 36V 的电压。
请按照相关规定实施电气安装。

冷凝液排除器的工作状态由一块 带有 3 个 LED 指示灯的控制面板来 显示。 1. 通电:(Power)绿色 LED 亮起,
进入工作状态 2. 排液过程:(Valve)绿色 LED
闪烁,隔膜阀打开。 3. 故障指示:(Alarm)红色 LED
闪烁,无法排放冷凝液,报警! 4. 短暂按下 TEST(测试)按钮,
检查排除器是否正常工作。
按住 TEST 按钮约 2 秒钟,检 查冷凝液排放;持续按下 > 1 分 钟可检测报警功能:(Alarm)红色 LED 闪烁。
如果故障在开始的第 1 分钟内未 解除,报警信号被触发。

源信号触点将信号输出) ·电磁阀每 4 分钟打开 7.5 秒。 当故障清除后,排除器将恢复到 正常工作模式。 故障可能产生的原因。例如:

安全规则
请检查本说明书是否与产品型号一致。 1, 不能超过最高工作压力(见产品标牌)! 注:维修保养工作必须在无压状态进行! 2, 只能用耐压材料进行安装 进水管(G1 或者 G3/4)安装必须牢固,排液管用短耐压软管连接,不要 将排液管口朝向人或物体! 3, 用锥形螺纹连接入口时,应避免过度拧紧。 4, 安装紧固及就位时须用 36 号扳手固定入口处的外六方部分。 5, 电气部分安装要遵守相关安全规范。 注:维护时排水器必须断电;且电气操作要由专业电工进行。 6, 当本排除器在冰冻环境下工作时,必须安装伴热系统(见附件)。 7, BEKOMAT®冷凝液排除器只有在通电时才能正常工作。 8, 不能使用测试按钮连续排放冷凝液。 9, 标准型 BEKOMAT®冷凝液排除器不能用于有危险的环境中(如易燃、易爆 气体环境)。 10, 只能使用原厂提供的配件,否则质保失效。

工作原理
报警状态下的膜片阀开启序列图: 通过无源触点输出的报警信号 BEKOMAT®16 CO
如图所示,冷凝液通过入口(1)进入 BEKOMAT®冷凝液排除器。冷凝 液在容器(2)聚集的过程中,传感器 (3)不断检测液面高度,当液面高度 达到设定位置时,液位传感器发出 信号控制先导电磁阀阀芯(4)升起, 隔膜阀 (5) 打开,从排液口(6)排 出冷凝液。当排除器内的冷凝液即 将排空时,膜阀片将重新快速严密 封闭,没有任何空气损失。
