DESCRIPTIONThe TruStability ® Standard Accuracy Silicon Ceramic (SSC) Series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offering a ratiometric analog output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range.The SSC Series is fully calibrated and temperaturecompensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity using an on-board Application SpecificIntegrated Circuit (ASIC). Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1 kHz.The SSC Series is calibrated over the temperature range of -20 C to 85 C [-4 F to 185 F]. The sensor is characterized for operation from a single power supply of either 3.3 Vdc or 5.0 Vdc.These sensors measure absolute, differential, and gage pressures. The absolute versions have an internal vacuum reference and an output value proportional to absolutepressure. Differential versions allow application of pressure to either side of the sensing diaphragm. Gage versions are referenced to atmospheric pressure and provide an output proportional to pressure variations from atmosphere.The TruStability ®pressure sensors are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, such as air and other dry gases. All TruStability ®sensors are dead-ended devices. Particulates can accumulate inside the sensor, causing damage or affecting sensor output.Recommend that the sensor be positioned with Port 1 facing downwards; any particulates in the system are less likely to enter and settle within the pressure sensor if it is in this position.Ensure liquid media does not create a residue when dried; build-up inside the sensor may affect sensor output. Rinsing of a dead-ended sensor is difficult and has limited effectiveness for removing residue.Ensure liquid media are compatible with wetted materials. Non-compatible liquid media will degrade sensor performance and may lead to sensor failure.Failure to comply with these instructions may result in product damage.4 /sensing11. The transfer function limits define the output of the sensor at a given pressure input. 7 试验过程
7.1 设备校正 装上新的毛细管分离柱以及设备的每次变动之后,必须校正气相色谱仪,测定校正因子 k(G)。
7.1.1 基本校正 室温下制备 7 种校正溶液。校正溶液为丙酮溶解在正丁醇中,浓度分别为 0.1g/L、、0.5g/L,1g/L,
5g/L,10g/L,25g/L 和 50g/L。因丙酮是易挥发物质,应采用以下步骤制备校正溶液: a)用移液管将 30mL 正丁醇加入 100mL 干净的容量瓶中。 b) 将该容量瓶放在电子天平上。 c) 将天平调零,用微量进样器在容量瓶中滴入几滴丙酮,直至滴入的丙酮重量约为 0.01g,记录数

将微量取样器(10μL)的针头通过密封片插入装有最低浓度校正溶液(0.1g/L)的小玻璃瓶中, 用待测溶液将微量进样器清洗 10 次。清洗后将针头插入小瓶中,多次地轻轻地上下抽动活塞,直至吸 入的溶液中不再有气泡,小心地拔出针头。慢慢地小心地从下向上推动活塞,直至活塞中的溶液体积为 4μL±0.04μL(如果所用的顶空瓶体积为 20mL)。用一张干净的滤纸擦净针头表面,将校正溶液快速 射入一个空顶空瓶中,迅速用瓶盖和封盖器密封,检查密封性并作标记。用同样的步骤在其他顶空瓶中 加入校正溶液然后密封。
