地方县1-9月份经济形势分析
地方县1-9月份经济形势分析今年以来，面对经济下行压力加大的复杂形势，我县紧紧围绕县委、县政府的总体思路，坚持“稳中求进、改革创新”的总基调，以全面小康社会建设为总揽，大力推进项目建设，突出抓好产业培育，不断加强作风建设，经济运行总体仍保持稳中有进运行态势。
一、1-9月经济运行情况1-9月，预计（下同）完成地区生产总值84.44亿元，同比增长7.0%。
其中第一产业增加值10.68亿元，同比增长3.4%；第二产业增加值38.59亿元，同比增长6.2%；第三产业增加值35.17亿元，同比增长9.0%。
主要有以下几个特点：（一）畜牧产业亮点突出。
1-9月份，畜牧水产业发展迅速，其中全县生猪出栏22.37万头，猪肉产量16036吨；出栏肉用牛0.76万头，同比增长77.8%，牛肉产量达到808吨，同比增长74.1%。
（二）项目投资带动有力。
全县完成固定资产投资89.19亿元，同比增长20.16 %。
三次产业投资呈现结构持续优化、质量明显改善等特点。
（三）消费市场增速缓慢。
1-9月，全县社会消费品零售总额实现25.01亿元，同比增长11.3%。
随着汇丰超市及广源鞋业两个较大企业关闭，社会消费品零售总额增幅速度明显受到影响，排名在全市靠后。
（四）工业生产保持稳定。
1-9月，全部工业增加值36.50亿元，增长6.0%。
规模以上工业实现增加值15.33亿元，增长6.1%，依然保持稳定的增幅速度。
(五)居民收入稳步增长。
城镇居民人均可支配收入18500元，同比增长9.5%；农村居民人均可支配收入8450元，同比增长10%。
二、当前经济运行中存在的突出问题虽然我县1-9月经济保持了平稳发展，但与全年工作目标比，还有很大的差距，部分指标排名不够理想，经济运行中仍存在许多不容忽视的困难和问题。
（一）工业形势严峻。
一是停产停业企业较多。
1-9月，全县因停产半停产而退出的矿山企业达11家，占规模以上工业企业的23.7%。
部分有色金属企业因技改、矿产品价格低迷、手续办理等原因半停产，香锡公司一季度没有生产，到8月份累计产值同比下降32.5% 。
