A lighting device can be used to illuminate the surface where the pressure ball was applied.5 Test specimensIf possible, cut a test specimen from the product in such a way that a piece at least 2,5 mm thick with approximately parallel upper and lower surfaces is obtained. If necessary, the thickness may be attained by stacking two or more sections. If it is not possible to cut a test specimen with parallel surfaces, care shall be taken to support the area of the test specimen directly under the pressure ball. The test specimen shall be a square with a minimum of 10 mm sides or a circle with a diameter of at least 10 mm.If it is impracticable to use a test specimen from the product then a plaque of identical material may be used as the test specimen. The heating oven and test specimen support shall be maintained at the test temperature for 24 h or until thermal equilibrium is reached, whichever occurs sooner.test.The installation of the test specimen shall be performed in as short a time as practicable to ensure that there is no significant temperature drop of the heating oven and test specimen support.Following a period of 60 min + 2 min/0 min, remove the pressure ball from the test specimen and within 10 s immerse the test specimen in water maintained at 20 °C ± 5 °C. Following an immersion period of 6 min ± 2 min remove the test specimen from the water and eliminate all traces of water.7.2Within 3 min of removal from the water measure dimension d as shown in Figure 2, toone decimal place using the optical measuring instrument described in 4.4. Dimension d is the greatest dimension across the indentation caused by the pressure ball.The spherical portion of the indentation left by the pressure ball (dimension d ) shall exclude any material deformation as shown in Figure 2d. 1吨中频炉说明之英语好声音1-ton intermediate frequency furnace由KGPS中频电源或12脉中频电源配1吨中频感应加热炉两台用于铸钢熔炼。

消除了5、7高次谐波，大大减少了电网的谐波干扰。

炉体和电源分别采用两套独立（也可采用一套）的全封闭冷却装置。
采用相互独立的二套冷却装置的目的是为了避免相互影响。
冷却塔的下面有集水盘，内装喷淋用水，集水盘的进水口装有浮球阀，能够自动控制集水盘内的水位，出水口有喷淋水泵。
因为中频电源需要低温的冷却水，出水温度要控制在55以内，由于电炉感应线圈的冷却水温度略高，这样反而能够提高电炉的热效率，同时减小冷却装置的体积，进而减低造价。
全封闭冷却装置的核心是喷淋蒸发式封闭冷却塔。
在冷却塔内部有许多散热盘管，循环水在盘管内部流动，与空气不接触。
冷却塔的上部装有喷水口和冷却风机。
工作时喷淋水泵将水泵到上部的喷水口，将水呈雾状喷淋到盘管外表面，冷却风机同时抽风，使喷淋水汽化从而带走盘管内循环水的热量。
这种先进型式的冷却装置具有很高的换热效率。
建议采用FSS-200封闭式循环冷却塔，能大量节约生产场地占地面积。

Water collecting tray under the cooling tower, built-in spray water, is equipped with a float ball valve in its inlet, can automatically control the water level of a water collecting tray, and its outlet also has a spray pump. The intermediate frequency power source need low temperature cooling water, outlet water temperature should be controlled at 55 ° C or less, the electric induction coil cooling water temperature is slightly higher, so it can improve the heat efficiency of the furnace, while reducing the volume of cooling device, and reduce the cost. Core of the fully closed cooling device is spray evaporative closed cooling tower. There are a lot of radiating coil in the cooling tower, circulating water flow in the coil, so it is isolated from the air. The upper part is provided with a water outlet of cooling tower and cooling fan. When working, the spray pumps water to the upper part of the spout, the water mist spray onto the surface of the coil, at the same time, cooling fan exhausting to vaporize spray water, carry off circulating water heat inside the coil.The advanced method of cooling device has high heat exchange efficiency.
