把你的12种观点当作核心信息，为展现你最好的技能和管理潜质而准备。
结合你自己的信息，尝试着大声回答每个问题，然后评价你的进步，可能你会发现，简明扼要、轻松流畅的谈论这些问题，你还需要、更多的练习。
1、动机和目的
面试官想要知道你为什么要读MBA，试问你自己：为什么要报考MBA?为什么要报考这所院校的MBA?不要简单重复你简历上的内容，MBA能给你带来什么这是你思考的关键，你的性格特点是否适合你所报考的院校，你对你所报考的院校有多少了解。
2、职业作风
描述你的职业品质，包括细心、努力和责任感。
举例证明你如何把一个重要项目坚持到底，并获得了你所期盼的结果。
说明你如何收集资料，如何预见困难险阻，如何应对压力。
3、职业热情
问一下自己：为什么有兴趣从事管理工作?你觉得你对管理工作充满激情吗?如果是的话，为什么?最好给出一些具体的例子。
这些例子可以是你带领团队向顶级销售业绩挑战，也可以是你在某一产品项目组中从产品研发到最后上市中的任何一件事情。
