规定时间内递交书面申请材料。

②考生档案及申请材料真实性审查通过。
③评估专家组通过背景材料对申请考生进行综合评估，背景评估合格者将会
进入正式面试
2提前批面试形式和内容：☆面试形式：个人面试、小组面试。
面试时间：每人10分钟左右，小组面试20-30分钟左右面试内容：主要考核考生管理潜质、发展潜力及综合素质等内容，涉及职业背景、职业规划、学习背景及能力、自信心、工作态度及处事风格、社交能力及人际矢系、对环境尖心程度等内容。
提前面试最重要的是要过简历删选尖，如何让面试老师从3000；5000 份简历里把你挑出来切记想明白这个问题，且认真准备好简历及其它面试材料，否则你一定是那个5秒钟即被扔掉的人。
