山东大学威海分校2022年福建招生简章第一章总则第一条根据《中华人民共和国教育法》《中华人民共和国高等教育法》等相关法律和教育部有关规定，为贯彻教育部“依法治招”工作要求，特制定本章程。
第二条学校名称为山东大学，简称山大。
英文名称为Shandong University，简称SDU。
学校法定住所为山东省济南市山大南路27号。
学校在青岛市、威海市设立校区，山东大学青岛校区位于山东省青岛市即墨滨海路72号，山东大学威海校区位于山东省威海市文化西路180号。
第三条学校主管部门是中华人民共和国教育部。

第六条所有毕业生统一颁发山东大学本科毕业证书，符合学校学位授予有关规定者，颁发学士学位证书。
第二章组织机构及职责第七条山东大学设立招生委员会，全面负责并监督学校各种类型招生工作，在制定学校招生计划、确定招生政策和规则、决定招生重大事项等方面充分发挥领导作用。
学校设立本科招生工作领导小组，负责本科招生录取工作，遵守并落实招生委员会的各项政策及规定，并于每年招生工作结束后向招生委员会汇报招生工作。
第八条山东大学本科招生办公室、山东大学威海校区本科招生办公室是学校本科招生工作的常设机构。
主要职责为：严格执行教育部有关招生工作的规定及各省（区、市）招生委员会的补充规定和实施细则；按照教育部核准的年度招生计划及有关规定编制并报送我校分省分专业招生计划；制定学校招生章程；组织开展招生宣传，提供咨询服务；客观、公正地完成招生录取工作，协调处理录取工作相关问题；组织录取新生的复查工作；履行高校招生信息公开相应职责等。

山东大学威海分校法学院法学专业第二学士学位教学计划（030101）（Law Major）一、学院与专业简介法学院创建于1995年，设有法学、行政管理、社会工作三个专业，现有教职工64名（其中教授12名，副教授25名；博士22名，硕士27名；博士生导师4名，硕士生导师17名）。
在校本科生和研究生达1400余人。
法学院设有法学方法论研究所、民间法研究所、英租威海卫法律制度研究所、政治学研究中心等九个科研机构。
可在法学理论、政治学方向招收博士研究生；在法学理论、宪法与行政法学、国际法学、民商法学、经济法学、诉讼法学、政治学、行政管理学等八个专业方向招收硕士研究生。
另法学专业还招收法律硕士。
法学院于1998年开始招收法学专业本科生，学制为四年。
本专业旨在培养适应社会主义建设需要的，德、智、体全面发展，能掌握一定的法学知识，了解我国法律、法规，能在国家机关、企事业单位和社会团体，特别是能在司法机关、行政机关、仲裁机构和法律服务机构从事基础法律工作的多元性人才。

二、培养目标和要求本专业培养德智体全面发展，具有全面系统扎实的法学理论功底和完善知识结构和能力，既能从事立法司法等法律实践工作，又能从事法学教育与研究工作的高层次法律专门人才。

山东大学（威海）简介山东大学（威海）坐落于最适宜人类居住的美丽滨城威海，校园占地1600余亩，学校建筑面积443719平方米。
开设有10个学院和2个教学部，44个东大学（威海）共有全日制统招本科生13900余人，留学生近500人，博硕士研究生960人，函授及网络教育学生1554人。

在这里，我要和大家说，山东大学威海分校是山东大学的重要组成部分，也可以说是山东大学在威海的一个校区。
因为山东大学威海分校在教育部是没有独立户头的，就是山东大学。
就招生来说，我们的研究生是完全一体的，都是山东大学。
但在本科生招生方面，因为两地毕竟相距500多公里，考生在报考时是两个代码，作为两个独立的学校来报考，但从招生计划的下达，教育部把整个计划下达到山东大学，比如山东大学08年招生10500人，计划下来以后呢，我们再根据学校的整体发展，包括总校的发展，包括分校的发展，学校根据总校和分校发展的需要，把总的计划分为两部分，一部分在济南，一部分在威海。
这几年的情况基本上是济南2/3，威海1/3，也就是说山东大学1/3的本科生在威海。
3、关于毕业证和学位证与总校是完全一致的，因为毕业生学历电子注册数据是汇总后一起报教育部。
威海也是山东大学“985”“211”建设的一部分。
