光伏电缆介绍
太阳能光伏直流输送电缆的选型在太阳能光伏发电系统中低压直流输送部分使用的电缆，因为使用环境和技术要求不同，对不同部件的连接有不同的要求，总体要考虑的因素有：电缆的绝缘性能、耐热阻燃性能、搞老化性能及线径规格等。
具体要求如下。
1、太阳能电池组件与组件之间的连接电缆，一般使用组件接线盒附带的连接电缆直接连接，长度不够时还可以使用专用延长电缆。
依据组件功率大小的不同，该类连接电缆有截面积为2.5m㎡、4.0m㎡、6.0m㎡等三种规格。
这类连接电缆使用双层绝缘外皮，具有优越的防紫外线、水、臭氧、酸、盐的侵蚀能力，优越的全天候能力和耐磨损能力。
2、蓄电池与逆变器之间的连接电缆，要求使用通过UL测试的多股软线，尽量就近连接。
选择短而粗的电缆可使系统减小损耗，提高效率，增强可靠性。
3、电池方阵与控制器或直流接线箱之间的连接电缆，也要求使用通过UL测试的多股软线，截面积规格根据方阵输出最大电流而定。
名部位直流电缆截面积依据下列原则确定：太阳能电池组件与组件之间的连接电缆、蓄电池与蓄电池之间的连接电缆、交流负载的连接电缆，一般选取的电缆额定电流为各电缆中最大连续工作电流的1.25倍；太阳能电池方阵与方阵之间的连接电缆、蓄电池（组）与逆变器之间的连接电缆，一般选取的电缆额定电流为各电缆中最大连续工作电流的1.5倍。
PV-电缆(光伏组件用电缆)1、技术规范PV-电缆（光伏组件用电缆）目前尚无国家或行业标准，本试验技术规范所涉及到的要求来自于德国标准化委员会PV-系统用电线K411.2.3工作组的初稿。
这个初稿将作为德国国家标准报批稿进行发布。
德国莱茵TUV(上海)将用此技术规范对PV-电缆的性能进行检测和评估。
在德国莱茵TUV公司内部此技术规范的文件编号为2PfG 1169/08.2007。
2、使用范围2PfG 1169/08.2007适用于最高允许1.8kV(线芯对线芯，非接地系统)直流电压、在光伏系统中CD侧使用的单芯软电缆(电线)。

从QMA、POB到MMBX——看国内外产品研发和市场环境的差异1997年，笔者离开上海无线电十六厂后的第二年，有一次我们一些老厂搞技术的同事相见，有人谈起国外已经在研制快速插拔的SMA，大家相互询问是否了解有关信息或进一步的资料。
甚至，有一些独自出来创业的同事已经很有兴趣，想跟进这个产品。
当然，由于信息不畅通、也没有强有力的经济基础，最终的结果依旧是大家一头雾水，不过至少在那时我们中间已经有人敏感地嗅出味道：一种新型连接器将脱颖而出。
在此前后，灏讯（Huber+Suhner）公司为了配合爱立信通信基站和小型移动基站的研发而研制出QL—SMA（QMA），并于2003年公布此项专利，其后法国Radiall公司、德国Rosenberg公司、美国AMPHENOL公司均取得授权并结成QL联盟，在市场实行对QMA和紧跟着推出的QN实施专利封锁和产品垄断。
此时美国AMP公司虽然也在2001年之后开始推出QMA，但是由于刚被Tyco国际集团收购不久，内部整合困难重重，没有及时加入这一联盟，至今也还在联盟之外。
QMA推出以後不久，灏讯公司推出了QN这个产品，QMA正如前面所说，是在灏讯公司与其客户爱立信的配合之中而专门设计的产品，并在其后获得了行业以及其他客户的认可，渐渐形成比较可观的市场。
这种元器件供应商和客户之间跟进式配合的模式，在国外由来已久，也相当普遍。
所谓的跟进客户需求，在国外不仅仅体现在销售上，还体现在市场开拓、技术、研发、服务等各项领域。
供应商组成的销售、研发、工程团队长期跟踪客户的需求并深入而准确的了解客户需求的重点和新产品发展方向，而且在客户产品开发的时候，就给予客户自己所各项擅长的技术方面的支持，在这样的互动中实现和客户之间的、自己团队内部的脑筋激荡（智力冲浪），从而激发出创新的火花。
在亚洲，日本企业在这方面也有很醒目的表现，依旧以连接器行业的情况来举例。
日本连接器主要生产企业广濑（Hirose）几乎就在QMA推出的时间段，和日本松下株式会社（Matsushita）合作，在松下基地站设备中的各类器件端口上使用了POB型射频同轴连接器，如下图。

General1.1. These general conditions of sales and supply are applicable to all deliveries, services andoffers of HUBER+SUHNER CHINA (H+S), especially if the customer buys regularly fromH+S. H+S shall not consider as binding differing conditions of business on the part of thecustomer to which H+S has not given written approval even if H+S does not expresslycontradict them.1.2. All agreements and legally relevant declarations of the parties to the contract must be inwriting to be valid.1.3. Offers which do not stipulate a validity period are not binding upon H+S.1.4. The contract between the Parties is deemed concluded when H+S confirms itsacceptance in writing.1.5. The use of an electronic signature corresponding to the current level of technology and inaccordance with the legally required rulings is permissible for a conclusion of contract oran alteration to the contract to be effective and replaces the requirement of such in writing. 1.6.Should a provision of these general conditions of sales and supply prove to be wholly orpartly invalid or unworkable, the parties shall jointly seek an arrangement having a legaland economic effect which will be as similar as possible to the invalid provision. Theinvalidity or void of any provisions herein shall not affect the remaining parts of thegeneral conditions of sales and supply.2.Scope of supplies and services 2.1. The supplies and services of H+S are exhaustively specified in the orderacknowledgement and in appendices thereto. H+S shall be entitled to make any changeswhich lead to improvements provided such changes do not result in a price increase.2.2.With regard to deliveries concerning cable, H+S reserves the right to over- or undersupply up to 10% of the ordered volume. If a specific (minimum) order quantity is requiredagainst surcharge, a special comment is to be made when the order is placed and issubject to acceptance by the factory灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司3. Drawings, technical documents and tools3.1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, brochures and catalogues are not binding. Data provided for intechnical documents are only binding in so far as having been expressively stipulated as such by H+S.3.2. Each party to the contract retains all rights to technical documents provided to the other. Theparty receiving such documents recognizes these rights and shall – without previous writtenconsent of the other party - not make these documents available to any third party, either inwhole or in part, nor use them for purposes other than those for which they were handed over.3.3. Tools and moulding tools of all kinds remain in all cases the property of H+S with exception ofthose provided by the customer.3.4. Special conditions are to be agreed for tools and moulding tools provided by the customer toH+S. The cost for servicing and maintaining these tools are to be borne in all cases by thecustomer. The cost for storing these tools is the responsibility of H+S, however, up to amaximum of five years only after the last delivery was executed.4. Regulations in force in the country of destination and safety devices4.1. The customer shall, at the latest when placing the order, draw the attention of H+S to thestandards and regulations applicable to the execution of the supplies and services, to theiroperation as well as to the health and safety of personnel.4.2. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the supplies and services shall comply with those standardsand regulations at the place of business of the customer of which H+S has been informedunder clause 4.1. Additional or other safety devices shall be supplied to the extent that having been expressively agreed upon.5. Prices5.1. Unless otherwise agreed upon all prices shall be net ex works (Incoterms, latest issue) inChinese currency without any deductions whatsoever. Exchange variation formula will applywhere applicable.Any and all additional charges, such as, but not limited to, freight charges, insurance premiums, fees for export, transit, import and other permits, as well as for certifications, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by H+S in writing.Unless otherwise quoted the customer shall bear any and all taxes, fees, levies, customsduties and the like which are levied out of or in connection with the contract, or shall refundthem to H+S against adequate evidence in case H+S is liable for them.灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司5.2. H+S reserves the right to adjust the prices in case the wage rates or the raw material pricesvary between the submission of the tender or quotation and the contractually agreedperformance. In such case the adjustment shall be made according to the inflation rateapplicable.In addition, an appropriate price adjustment shall apply if- the delivery time has been subsequently extended due to any reason stated inClause 6.3, 9.1, and 9.3, or- the nature or the scope of the agreed supplies or services has changed, or- the design, the material or the execution has undergone changes because any documentsfurnished by the customer were not in conformity with the actual circumstances, or wereincomplete, respectively the customer did not, or too late, draw the attention to standards and regulations according to Clause 4.1.6. Terms of payment6.1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payments shall be made by the customer 30 days after thedate of invoice, net, without any deduction for cash discount, expenses, taxes, levies, fees,duties, and the like.6.2. The dates of payment shall also be observed if transport, delivery, erection, commissioning ortaking over of the supplies or services is delayed or prevented due to reasons beyond H+S’control, or if unimportant parts are missing, or if post-delivery work is to be carried out without the supplies or services being prevented from use.6.3. If the advance payments, if agreed upon, are not provided in accordance with the terms of thecontract, H+S shall be entitled to adhere to or to terminate the contract, and shall in both cases be entitled to claim damages.6.4. If the customer delays in the agreed terms of payment, he shall be liable, without reminder, forpenalty of around 12% p.a. with effect from the agreed date on which the payment was due.Payment of the penalty does not release the customer from his obligation to make payments on the agreed dates or from the obligation to pay damages which might exceed the ratementioned.6.5. An offset of claims from either party out of this, or in conjunction with this contract is onlyallowed with an accepted or legally confirmed counterclaim.灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司7. Reservation of title7.1. H+S shall remain the owner of all supplies until having received the full payments inaccordance with the contract. The customer shall co-operate at first notice in any measuresnecessary or useful for the protection of the H+S’ title.8. Cancellation / Return8.1. Cancellation of orders for specific custom manufactured items shall not be accepted if rawmaterials have been procured and / or production commenced.Cancellation of firm orders for standard products will only be considered if acceptable to H+S and a handling fee of up to 20% of the sale price may be charged.8.2. Written authority must be given by H+S for any return of goods. H+S reserves the right to rejectany goods returned without prior consent and return back to the Customer at their expense.Acceptance by H+S of any goods return must be in the original supplied condition and shall be at the sole discretion of H+S.9. Delivery time9.1. The delivery time shall start as soon as the contract is entered into, all official formalities suchas, but not limited, to import or payment permits have been completed, payments due with the order have been made, any agreed securities given and the main technical points settled. The delivery time shall deemed to be observed if by that time H+S has sent a notice to thecustomer informing that the supplies are ready for dispatch respectively in case of services that H+S is ready to fulfill its obligations.9.2. Compliance with the delivery time is conditional upon customer’s fulfilling of its contractualobligations, especially its payments and co-operation responsibilities.9.3. The delivery time is reasonably extended:a) if the information required by H+S for performance of the contract is not received in time,or if the customer subsequently changes it thereby causing a delay in the delivery of thesupplies or services;b) if hindrances occur which H+S cannot prevent despite using the required care, regardlessof whether they affect the customer or a third party. Such hindrances include, but shall notbe limited to, epidemics, mobilization, war, revolution, serious breakdown in the works,accidents, labor conflicts, late or deficient delivery by subcontractors of raw materials,semi-finished or finished products, the need to scrap important work pieces, official actionsor omissions by any state authorities or public bodies, natural catastrophes, acts of God;灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司c) if the customer or a third party is behind schedule with the performance of its contractualobligations, in particular if the customer fails to observe the terms of payment for thecurrent or for previous orders.9.4. In case a specific date instead of a delivery period is fixed, such date shall correspond to thelast day of a delivery period; Clauses 9.1 to 9.3 apply by analogy.9.5. Any delay of the supplies or services shall not be deemed as the material or substantialviolation of the terms and conditions herein, and shall not entitle the customer to any rights to terminate the contract or any entitlements for damages or claims. This limitation does, however, not apply to unlawful intent or gross negligence on the part of H+S, but does apply to unlawful intent or gross negligence of persons employed or appointed by H+S to perform any of itsobligations.10. Passing of benefit and risk10.1. The benefit and the risk of the supplies shall pass to the customer by the date of their leavingthe works. Respectively for on-site contracts by the beginning of use of supplies or services the latest.10.2. If dispatch is delayed at the request of the customer or due to reasons beyond H+S’s control,the risk of the supplies shall pass to the customer at the time originally foreseen for theirleaving the works. From this moment on, the supplies shall be stored and insured on theaccount and at the risk of the customer.11. Forwarding, transport and insurance11.1. H+S shall, the latest with the order, be notified of special requirements regarding forwarding,transport and insurance. The transport shall be ex works (Incoterms, latest issue) at customer’s expense and risk. Objections regarding forwarding or transport shall upon receipt of thesupplies or of the shipping documents be immediately submitted by the customer to the lastcarrier.11.2. The customer shall be responsible for taking insurance against risks of any kind.12. Inspection and taking-over of the supplies and services12.1. According to its own practices, H+S shall inspect the supplies and services before dispatch,respectively after fulfilling its services. If the customer requests further testing, this has to bespecially agreed upon and paid for by the customer.灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司12.2. The customer shall inspect the supplies and services including partial supplies and partialservices within a period of 14 days upon arrival and shall immediately notify H+S in writing of any deficiencies. If the customer fails in doing so, the supplies and services including partialsupplies and partial services shall be deemed to have been taken over.12.3. Having been notified of deficiencies according to Clause 11.2, H+S shall as soon as possibleremedy them, and the customer shall give H+S the possibility of doing so. After remedy of such deficiencies, a taking-over test may be carried out at the request of the customer or of H+S. 12.4. Taking-over of the supplies or services shall also be deemed completed as soon as thecustomer uses respectively, or can use the supplies or services of H+S including partialsupplies or partial services.12.5. Deficiencies of any kind in supplies or services including partial supplies and partial servicesshall not entitle the customer to any rights or claims other than those expressly stipulated inthese general conditions.13. Guarantee, liability for defects13.1. Guarantee periodThe guarantee period is 12 months. It starts when the supplies leave its works. If dispatch isdelayed due to reasons beyond H+S’ control, the guarantee period shall end not later than 18 months after H+S’ notification that the supplies are ready for dispatch. In case of services, the guarantee starts after completion of the execution of said service and lasts 12 months.For replaced or repaired parts the guarantee period finishes after expiry of the originalguarantee period according to above Clause.The guarantee expires prematurely if the customer or a third party performs inappropriatemodifications or repairs or if the customer, in case of a defect, does not immediately take allappropriate steps to mitigate the damage and give H+S in writing the possibility of remedying such defect.13.2. Liability for defects in material, design and workmanshipUpon written request of the customer, H+S undertakes – excluding the acceptance of anyclaims and at its choice – to repair or replace as quickly as possible any parts of the supplies which, before the expiry of the guarantee period, are proved to be defective due to badmaterial, faulty design or poor workmanship. Replaced parts shall become H+S’ property. H+S shall bear the costs of remedying the defective parts in its works. The repair and thereplacement costs outside the works of H+S are to be borne by the customer.灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司Upon written request of the customer, H+S undertakes – excluding the acceptance of anyclaims and at its choice – to repair or redo as quickly as possible any services which, beforethe expiry of the guarantee period, are proved to be defective.13.3. Liability for express warrantiesExpress warranties are only those which have been expressly specified as such in the orderacknowledgement. An express warranty is valid until the expiry of the guarantee period at thelatest, unless an extended period has been agreed upon.If the express warranties are not or only partially achieved, H+S has the right to carry outimprovements. The customer shall give H+S the necessary time and possibility ofdoing so.If such improvements fail completely or in part, the customer may claim a reasonable reduction of price.13.4. Exclusions from the liability for defectsExcluded from H+S’ guarantee and liability for defects are all deficiencies which cannot beproved to have their origin in bad material, faulty design or poor workmanship, e.g. thoseresulting from normal wear and tear (like tear and general wear as well as causes, but notlimited to, electric overload, environmental pollution, electromagnetic disturbances), impropermaintenance or repair, failure to observe the operating instructions, excessive loading, use ofany unsuitable material influence of chemical or electrolytic action, interference with otherproducts, systems or services or resulting from other reasons beyond H+S’ control.13.5. Supplies and services of sub-suppliersFor supplies and services of sub-suppliers prescribed by the customer, H+S assumes liabilityonly to the extent of such sub-suppliers’ liability obligations towards H+S.13.6. Exclusivity of liability claimsWith respect to any defective material, bad design or poor workmanship as well as to anyfailure to fulfill express warranties, the customer shall not be entitled to any rights or claimsother than those expressively stipulated in Clauses 12.1 to 12.5, especially no claims ofcancellation or damages.13.7. Liability for additional obligationsH+S is only liable to the extent of unlawful intent or gross negligence as far as claims arisingout of faulty advice and the like or out of breach of any additional obligations are concerned. 13.8. The warranty rights and remedies cannot be assigned to any third party without the priorwritten approval of H+S.13.9. The customer shall comply with H+S procedures concerning the return of goods underwarranty or for repair (Repair and Replacement Procedure).灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司14. Software14.1. Any software delivered by H+S shall remain the property of H+S or its licensors. The customeris granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in directconnection with the goods delivered with it. The customer recognizes the confidential nature of the software.14.2. The software warranty is limited to software errors or defects which result in unacceptableerrors in the functioning of the goods delivered with the software. H+S shall do its best efforts to replace software with such errors or defects.14.3. Article 13 shall be applicable accordingly.15. Erection/Installation and commissioningIf H+S undertakes the erection/installation, the supervision of the erection/installation or thecommissioning, the General Conditions of Erection/Installation of H+S shall apply.16. Non-performance, bad performance and their consequences16.1. In all cases of bad performance or non-performance not expressively covered by these generalconditions of supply - in particular if H+S, without any valid reasons, starts execution of thesupplies and services so late that punctual completion is unlikely to be foreseen, or if anexecution contrary to the terms of the contract can be clearly foreseen due to H+S’ fault, or if the supplies and services have been executed contrary to the terms of the contract due toH+S’ fault -, then the customer shall be entitled to grant a reasonable period for the supplies or services affected thereby by simultaneously warning to terminate the contract in case of non-compliance. If such additional period lapses due to H+S’ fault, the customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract with respect to the supplies or services executed, or certain to beexecuted, contrary to the terms of the contract, and to claim a refund of the payments already made.16.2. In such case Clause 16 shall apply with regard to any claims for damages on the part of thecustomer and with exclusion of any further liability, and any claim for damages shall be limited to 10 % of the contract price for the supplies and services affected by the termination.灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司17. Exclusion of further liabilitiesAll rights and claims on the part of the customer with the exception of those mentioned in these general conditions, irrespective on what ground they are based, are exhaustively covered inthese general conditions of supply, and especially those not expressively mentioned fordamages, reduction of price, termination or withdrawal from the contract are excluded. In nocase whatsoever shall the customer be entitled to claim damages other than compensation for costs of remedying defects in supplies or services. This in particular refers, but shall not belimited, to loss of production, loss of use, loss of orders, loss of profit and other direct orindirect or consequential damages. This exclusion of liability, however, does not apply tounlawful intent or gross negligence on the part of H+S, but does apply to unlawful intent orgross negligence of persons employed or appointed by H+S.18. Partial supplies and partial services18.1. The conditions concerning acceptance and guarantee are to be enforced individually if partialsupplies are to be executed. The same is valid, if services are performed which are, or can be of use to the customer partially.19. Return of packaging material and recycling19.1. The customer shall not be entitled to any rights regarding the return of packaging material orthe recycling of product delivered by H+S.20. Right of recourse of H+S20.1. If, through actions or omissions of the customer or of persons employed or appointed by it toperform any of its obligations, personal injury, damage to the property of third parties or other damages occur and if a claim is made against H+S, then the latter shall be entitled to takerecourse against the customer. The latter shall hold harmless H+S.Terms21. Non-StandardBoth of the parties agree and acknowledge that all these terms and conditions are reached by the parties through negotiation and consultation on the principle of fairness and justice, andnone of the above articles:a) constitutes a Standard Term as prescribed in the Contract Law of the People’sRepublic of China;b) unfairly exempts one party from its liabilities, weights the liabilities of the otherparty, or excludes the rights of the other party;c) shall be construed in an unfavorable way to either party simply because such partyhas drafted and prepared the main parts of these terms and conditions.灏讯通讯传送产品制造(上海)有限公司22. Jurisdiction and applicable law22.1. The place of jurisdiction and fulfillment for both the customer and H+S shall be Shanghai,China. H+S shall, however, be entitled to appeal to the competent court at the H+S’sregistered address.22.2. The contract shall be construed, interpreted and governed by Chinese law. The applicability ofthe UN Agreement dated April 11th, 1980 for contracts governing International Purchase ofGoods is excluded.Translation23.In case of divergences between the English and the Chinese version of the generalconditions of sales, the English version shall be governing.。
