无巧不成书,几位外地商人吃后,对此赞不绝口,表示从未吃过这样的美食。

说者无心,听者有意,摊主将此记在心中,并逐步完善其配料和制作,遂慢慢形成了现在螺蛳粉的雏形。

机缘巧合,满足了饥肠辘辘的外地商人,也成就了日后风靡柳州的一款经典美食。

Most of stalls were closed, these merchants managed to find a rice noodle stall that was about to close, but there was no food left on the stall. However, these merchants couldn’t bear hunger any more.They begged the stall owner to makesomething to allay their hunger. In haste, the stall owner put the rice noodles into the river snail noodle soup and cooked them with vegetables, fried bean curd and side dishes such as peanuts. Coincidently, these merchants were full of praise after eating it, and said that they had never eaten such delicious food. The speaker was careless, but the listener was intentional, the stall owner remembered this in the heart, and gradually consummated its ingredient and the manufacture method, then formed the prototype of present river snail rice noodle embryonic gradually.五色糯米饭Multicolored glutinous rice五色糯米饭,俗称五色饭,又称乌饭或花米饭,因糯米饭星黑、红、黄、紫、白五种颜色而得名,是壮家用来招待客人的传统食品。
