6 设定点控制
2 级控制系统存储着计算生产的钢卷的正确 设定点的图表。有资格的用户可以查看或编辑图 表。所查看图表的每一个记录有唯一的钢卷特征 描述: 钢卷的钢号、 厚度和宽度。如果操作员想查 看一个记录, 必须选定一个钢卷的 “搜索” 按钮①。 操作员可以按下 “钢卷详细资料 ” 按钮查看 PDI
1 引言
西门子在自动化领域是个享有盛誉的品牌, PLC、 HMI、 变频器、 伺服产品、 自动化仪表等等, 几 乎涉及了自动化控制的所有领域。其中它的 HMI 更是以操作简便、 流程控制清晰明了而著名。 唐钢是个集炼铁、 炼钢、 轧钢、 热轧、 冷轧等多项 生产工艺的大型钢铁企业, 其中热镀锌线有三条, 自 动控制均采用的西门子 S7 自动控制系统。 下面着重 介绍一下西门子 S7 的 HMI 在热镀锌线的应用。 连续镀锌生产线的 HMI 使用 2 级控制系统的 监测和控制应用程序。逻辑图如图 1 所示。

(上接第 28 页 ) 再通过喷射量来计算酸循环系统中酸循环泵的设 定速度。 ◎对酸循环中间介质进行合理的添加 。为了 更加有效的控制酸洗钢带的质量,在酸循环区域 和漂洗区域添加缓释剂减缓盐酸和金属铁反应速 度, 保证酸槽内合理的酸洗环境。 ◎当钢带低速运行时 (小于 20m/min ) , 自动控 制系统将控制缓释剂喂入系统自动启动添加适量 的辅助溶剂,防止 FeCl2 在钢带表面形成结晶, 影 响钢带质量。 ◎自动控制系统在控制酸洗过程中根据数学 模型自动控制酸性介质的添加量,通过对酸循环 废水 、 酸雾的排放量, 流量的合理控制减少废酸 、 达到环保指标要求。 ◎自动控制系统二级设定功能实现对酸循环 控制在电气系统中着重通过过程 PLC 对酸洗线进 行控制,通过现场仪器仪表检测相应控制点的状 态, 根据现场的实际情况计算各种数据, 实现速度 控制 、 温度控制 、 液位控制 、 浓度控制 、 流量控制 、 压力控制等。 过程 PLC 与二级服务器通讯, 实现一 级和二级的数据交换。系统框图见图 4。

PLC和WINCC在供热控制系统的应用刘喜梅;郭静;褚衍贺【摘要】研究了以下位机S7-300系列PLC和上位机WinCC为核心的供热控制系统.其硬件主要由SIEMENS S7-300 PLC、MM430变频器组成,完成变频恒压供水的控制任务和现场的数据采集.并由WinCC6.0组态软件完成系统的监控.实际运行表明,该系统提高了供热水系统的稳定性与可靠性,减轻了工人劳动强度,实现了节能降耗.%The heating control system which uses S7-300 as subordinate computer and WinCC as supervisory computer is introduced. Its hardware consists of SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and MM430 converter to fulfill the task of variable frequency constant pressure water-supply and field data collection. Industry supervision software WinCC 6. 0 can achieve the task of monitoring. Practical operation demonstrates that the stability and reliability of the water supply system have been improved and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
