长管呼吸器移动长管呼吸器移动式长管空气呼吸器为在危险气体生产区长时间生产作业的人员和在缺氧、充满有毒有害气体环境中的抢险救灾人员提供呼吸保护，移动式长管空气呼吸器由移动气源车和逃生应急气瓶组成，可供2人同时使用，作业区域最长达50米。
长管空气呼吸器使用方法及注意事项：1、移动气源由4只气瓶组成2个独立气瓶组，2组气瓶与减压器之间由单向阀控制，高压气源不会在2组气瓶间产生倒灌回流。
气瓶可逐只、逐组开启使用，也可以全部开启同时使用，视具体需要自由确定。
移动式长管空气呼吸器每组气瓶有一个泄压阀，可泄去高压管内的高压气体，便于更换气瓶，但不会泄下减压器输出端的低压气体和另一组气瓶内的气体。
2、移动式长管空气呼吸器的移动气源与逃生气瓶通过腰间阀进行组合，正常状态下直接使用移动气源的气体。
发生紧急情况需要迅速撤离现场时，可打开逃生气瓶阀，并向安全地带撤离。
3、移动式长管空气呼吸器的移动气源配有30米供气管1根，10米供气管2根，最大迭加长度为50米。
30米管上配有Y型三通一只，可以供2个人员同时使用移动气源的压缩空气。
4、移动式长管空气呼吸器的使用方法取出专用腰、背带，根据佩戴者的体型，适度调整腰带、背带，使腰间阀、逃生瓶的位置在人体腰部两侧（注意腰间阀的方向，快速插座应朝上方），以佩戴舒适、不妨碍手臂活动为宜。
先将移动气源供气管上的快速插座由下向上插到腰间阀的快速插头上，再将面罩-供气阀的插头插到腰间阀的快速插座上，也可在未佩戴腰背带之前将移动气源和面罩的接头直接先接妻腰间阀上。
打开移动气源的气瓶阀，戴上呼吸面罩，呼吸自如后方可进入工作现场。
如2人同时使用，应等2人全部完全佩戴好后一同进入，并注意保持距离和方向，防止发生相互牵拉供气管而出现意外。
5、长管呼吸器的使用人员应经充分培训后方可佩戴使用。
在使用前应先检查各气源压力是否满足工作压力要求，并严格例行佩戴检查，发现呼吸器、移动气源、逃生气源出现故障或存在隐患不得强制投入使用。

1、定义：

2、结构：
长管呼吸器由净化气流口、废气口、分流板、净化过滤器及至少一个阻力调节装置（如可调式球阀）等组成。

长管呼吸器是一种特殊病情病人的重症支持呼吸系统，主要应用于：
（1）体液损失过多，不能提供足够气液平衡环境时；
（2）肺外科手术，持续肺外气道支护时；
（3）其他心肺损伤等病人，先天性肺疾病，肺部损伤，加重的慢性阻
塞性肺病，以及抽搐、耐药性严重哮喘等，病人呼吸功能急剧降低等，呼吸衰竭需要被动呼吸支持时。
4、特点：
（1）长管呼吸器能有效改善病人的气道压差，使其有更好的通气情况；
（2）它的密封性良好，并能够不间断的为病人提供足够的呼吸空气；
（3）它能在较高的流量范围内进行调节；
