In here people can easily understand that as many countries have ruled by The United Kingdom, so mainly the people learn the culture from United Kingdom and so as the language. Therefore the idea of learning and using English started to spread out over the world, and sooner later it became the common language. (British Council 2013) English is now belong to the world and the non-native speaker have rapidly increased, who are way more than those native speaker and English have provided a competitive advantage in culture, media, diplomacy and academia, for UK.Speaking about the idea of learning English, (British Council 2013) UK have the responsibility to able to respond the demand by letting the young people have interested in teaching other and sharing English with the world. As the demand of English is not only the main language of business, it also a main language of social interaction (Pike 2013). English show an important role to unite the entire world, so we can build a bigger social network to different countries. We can have a common language to communicate with other even we do not know their mother language. This is because of English we can know more about others culture, social life, work, and family. Language is also the carrier and important part of human culture, each language can express the user's view of the world, way of thinking, national history, culture, etc. But in the world, there are more than 750 languages have ceased to exist, as well as the use of language only have few users. That means if those 6% of the population have to follow the trend to learn and use English those 94% of languages may facing cultural crisis. When a language becomes extinct, the culture in which it lived is lost too. So for the loss of language diversity, there is a view that we shoulddo everything to save them. We can see that people do business with English in Shanghai, Tokyo, Moscow, and many other countries or cities around the world (Pike, 2013). So English give an opportunity for poor countries to work with the strong and powerful western countries in order to improve their own economy. And we have mention before the education system, students are requested to learn English not just for their studying. Basically English is also a language of technology and science, many experts and scientists used English to publish their new ideas, academia works, reports. So English in the education system let the students can have a chance for them to know more about those experts and scientists work, and maybe one days they will become one of the experts or scientists.Overall there are many reasons causing people leaning English and help people to have more connection to other countries, increase work opportunity and for doing business. However, we should also consider learning other monitory’s languages or by the power of English to save those monitory’s languages which are endangered. (Coll, 2009) When a language disappears, the whole culture will disappear.
