教学改进活动经验交流材料秦安县五营中学吕军林2014年11月,我有幸参加了香港的培训,看到了香港的教育现状,体会到了“全人教育”,可以说是对我来说是一次教育理念的洗礼。

返校后,我们提出了“打造高效课堂,实现师生双赢”的改进计划。

为了保证这项工作积极有效地展开,我校成立了以我本人为组长,教导处、教研组长、各学科骨干老师参加的课改小组;请县教研室的老师和专家分析论证;向先进的兄弟学校取经制定课改实施方案;我亲自主持召开了课改动员大会,和教师分享了香港的教育理念,决定以七年级全体师生为主改,其他年级中青年教师尝试课改,并邀请上级教研员跟踪听课,指导课堂教学改革。

在前一阶段的活动中,我校教师积极参与、热情高涨,一批青年教师在课改实践中得到了成长,课改实践转变了老师的教学观念,改进了老师的教学方法;在重视双基的同时,老师们开始关注学生获得知识和技能的过程,开始关注学生态度、情感、价值观的形成,关注学生的学习兴趣和体验,提倡学生主动参与、乐于探究,培养学生合作与交流的能力。

课改实验老师不仅在各级教研活动中推出了优质示范课,还在片区课堂交流以及我县送教下乡活动中获奖,学生对很多科目的学习兴趣和参与意识都得到了提高。

以前我校的老师怕动笔,不敢写,但在这次活动的推动下,各个备课组的教师都能独立写教学设计和教学体会、参加论文评选。

只要跨出了第一步,下面的路就好走了,老师们的教育教学理论素养得到了提高,也小有所获,新一轮教学改进行动的实施改变了学生的学校生活,也让我们的老师感受到了时代的脉搏。

一、锻造教师团队,提升课改的支撑力在香港培训期间,和教师的交流过程中,我深感教育最重要的因素还是教师。

因为教师是课程改革的主要实践者,师资队伍是课改成败的关键。

一线教师新课程的专业素养的高低,直接关系到新课改的成败优劣。

为了适应课改需要,改进活动之初我们把教师队伍建设作为推进课改的一项重点工作,并超前谋划。

通过外出培训,业务学习等方式建设一支有新课程理念,基于行动研究的学科骨干教师队伍,让这些教师承担教研组长、备课组长,让他们用娴熟的业务科敬业的精神服务课改、研究课改、引领课改。

一、活字印刷的发明和传播师:四大文明是我国成为世界文明古国的重要标志,东汉时宦官蔡伦改进了造纸术,纸的问题解决了,大家知道我们手中的课本是怎么印刷的吗?(学生思考)生:(扫描、静电复印、胶印、油印)师:这是现代印刷手段,那么一千多年前人们是用什么方法来传播文化呢?(学生思考)生:手抄。

师:对,那么手抄有什么缺点呢?(学生思考并作答)归纳:费时、效率低、易抄错漏抄。

随着文化不断发展,抄书已不能满足人们对文化的需要,这为印刷发明提供了客观要求。

古古2013年2-3月讲课(毛毛整理)蓝色是古古原文,红色是整理者的注解,没有完全和老师核对,不一定精确后面有2月以后的内容精选,连贯看,还得去看原文第一部分:控制中枢定义、作用、具体画法:定义:控制中枢----整张打开图必须是三段线控制到现在整个图形,就是从一分钟开始找起,切换级别,直到找到这个股的全屏K线图都在一个围绕年线上下而没独立出来两个三段线(即)独立两个中枢为止(只有一个独立三段线,一个独立中枢,不能有两个中枢),就操作这个级别。

控制中枢理论:是用价格控制三段线做一个标准件,做个基数(如同计算机0和1通用),这第一个三段线的时间间隔长度和价格区间高度拿套做一个参照。

作用:其一最主要的就是提前预判上涨和杀跌,其二就是预判超涨和超跌跑和瞬间介入,不用看什么背驰。

预判是拿如果好多个级别共振那最大的几个级别控制中枢来预判。

画法:以年线为基准,上穿或下穿年线的上下上的一个线段,可以控制整个画面的图形,就是控制中枢,先找到代表年线的第8—225、9—237、10—250三条均线组,在图左半边,下降趋势年线下降到底部区间,找到第一次:上穿—下穿—上穿年线的3段;上升趋势年线上升到顶部区间,找到第一次:下穿—上穿—上穿过年线的3段,3段重叠部分就是控制中枢的高度,第二段的时间就是控制中枢运行的时间位置(这点有待核实),这和缠论中枢画法起笔类似。

第二部分:控制中枢应用案例一:思源电气120分钟案例:1:这种长期下跌按年算底部十字架一个中枢控制了很长时间现在1、2、3年线刚刚走平K线价格没远离 5分钟里是这张图。

(123年线中:1—225、237、250组,2—500、549组,3—755、803组均线)这种大级别和小级别控制中枢在一个区间里(目测非精确的意思)差价就非常多,但是你持股就没戏,等你真看到涨起来,已经只有小级别介入了大级别早就飞了。

这种股不是做的累死。

--对于没资金又没能力,第一个安全,第二个好练习自己节奏。

第三个就算短线买错也有大级别保证错不到哪去,适合初级练习的人玩,一年看下来差价也不会少,玩一个翻翻也是很容易的事情,还可以筹码不丢。

2:如果一个股,你随便打开一个级别,如果缩两次的K线后(键盘↓箭头按两次)看到的就是我这张图,一看看过去能看到左边或者下面的控制中枢那这图肯定是震荡横盘股,差价必然有,如果不是,你又要搞这个股,就只有切换图形级别,直到看到中枢控制这张图为止。

(各级别的控制中枢是变化的,和该级别的250年线组密切相关)3:长期上涨的中科合臣、广汇能源、20 10年的四创电子、众和股份这种,都需要切换到小级别才能看到控制中枢,反之长期下跌的股,要切换到周线和日线级别去。

(控制中枢应用之一:)就是不找趋势买卖点,永远只做震荡,找出来这个股哪个级别能看到中枢震荡就做那个级别,简单不费劲。

二:上证指数120分钟案例:图一1:30 级别扩张了,扩张级别在图上在120 级别上(图一),起码回到2247(控制中枢底部点位)十字架这个中枢下限上。

(大盘2013.3.1日后的下跌预计回到2247)2:(网友胡杨)假如我只是看30分钟,出了卖点1、2以后,一个30分钟的线段下来,不进入中枢,在30分钟级别里面,不就是这个中枢的三买么?对,逻辑上是。

但是你忘记了级别,如果价格控制在一个级别上没事,怕就怕更高级别的中枢也共振,这个时候要小的服从大级别。

3:(网友毛毛)级别扩展是否这样理解---这波1949上来,前面5分钟到高位,后面回调后继续上涨,大盘没有跌下来,我就把这个级别扩大成30分钟,也就是用30分钟图看,用60均线控制,这样从5分钟扩展到30分钟?当然,还能继续扩展。

可以这么理解(网友毛毛)去年下跌,后面陆续反弹,基本是5分钟,就是5分钟60、120、250线走高,走平就得出局,不用等破位下跌,这个理解是否正确?你这是其实是理解形态学,也对,因为所有的级别,如果要看涨,就要看到最大级别买一是哪个级别出来,它是最后定论这波上涨的级别(一般,大级别的买一,后面上涨级别大)反过来杀跌,大盘是周线杀跌下来背驰段下来三段,所以它才是止跌的关键。

只跌了两段算,周线从十字架线开始跌了三段,但是现在这个图要组合一下,后面两段要算一段,这次跌够了同级别周线,所以反弹有个300点超额200点也在正常,现在组合成两段,那后面跌就不可能是长期阴跌了,是折腾,在2000到2500之间这个形态,适合短差上下 30 里不会是单边,必须还有一段下,时间、形态才能够走好,但是如果政策银子放水,2000就是扩张点,值得多空对决的位置。

但如果周线把1993(年)和现在图整体看,变化在政策,变盘点在2000点折腾,破了就是500杀跌,不破政策真走好,那2000就会横着走两年,但我个人认为就算有政策也是徒劳,还得下,因为产业和经济形态要转换两年没戏,何况老大屁股没坐稳,前一个五年的前三年,折腾不出东西来。

4:(网友猫猫)你做盘是用哪个级别?一般做30 和15(分钟),看着120(分钟)和周线判断大方向,我只做共振,就是N个级别纠缠在一起要突破的股,期货也这么做,小的不做,谁也精确不了,一分钟让你高开跳空就爆仓。

5:(网友毛毛)现在有个问题,就是如何能预测上涨的级别?股票我倒是根据公司前景大约知道,其他的,就有点靠蒙看围绕哪个级别震荡啊,最大滴就是不是单边趋势的,看盘整在哪个级别里最大的盘整拿他看。

6:关于控制中枢,我举例的那个苏泊尔就是例子,我说的那个苏泊尔其实是均线 K 线中枢的组合应用对比力度和角度,用围绕一个中枢来判断他上下上、离开,其中离开,分两种一种刚好够一个中枢区间,一个够两个中枢区间,很多逻辑正反用,左右互搏反问自己。

(具体看苏泊尔案例)7:(网友羊驼)我感觉和形态有关,不只是均线那么简单,应该和离开或围绕控制中枢有关?对,换言之就是一定要找出来盘整,整个是个大盘整,找出来你看的这个合约的这个级别,不要看单边图,那样危险。

8:(网友猫猫)你是用中枢来划分而不是用走势类型?对我不用走势类型那是动力学啊,形态学多简单,可以预判.三:(网友羊驼)控制中枢,到底是怎么样控制的?断跟这个五分钟没关系了(5分钟图不符合,年线组位置不在那里,经过核实是1分钟)围绕这图五分钟三段后几次?看共振啊,他下来这个位置又不是一个五分钟级别单独下来要回到框框里,它被这个控制,升跌破半年线来画(应该是年线,还是半年线?),5分钟在15 分钟里看就是三段下跌下来。

而5分钟这最后一段还墨迹半天在一分钟里构造了和五分钟构造了共振盘整顶背驰。

你比红色面积,其实不用比一看就知道。

分时跌破半年线靠近价格当下最近中枢就是这个框框里,最低是2535 (前面15分钟控制中枢底部)所以我才说要明天跳空100杀跌下就破这个2535 整数到2500 直接做多因为从一分钟到30 分钟,小级别服从大级别回到30 中枢下离开中枢震荡,120分时跌破5 、25(均线),日线也是这里。

(股指1306合约)(上面的没看明白)2:(网友荒原狼)正好高手在,问个问题,比如我股票作周线,周线在0附近的时候就看次级别日线,日线盘背或者金叉时候入,按理卖点是要等日线高位盘背的时候。

但这个时候总有纠结的地方,因为很大可能日线初期爆发两天就开始磨人,这时候如果小级别出去再等回接,就容易级别之间搞混了。

比如60或30f出去了,再次级别15f进来,就容易看不准。

这时候该怎么处理呢,是死等日线盘背还是就吃爆发初期这一段?这个问题好解决,一句话看你介入的这个级别的控制中枢区间,如果这个区间本身也就是顶底10% 的差价那当然这个级别就直接按背驰买卖,如果区间是20%及其以上当然要在15分时折腾因为足够大 15级别差价,介入也是5个点到3个点当然折腾折腾。

(看前面一波的区间,区间大,先出去再接回还有差距,前面一波波动小,就不能做15差价)如果本身就小差价,那再细微差价做累死,日线盘背或者金叉时候入===跟金叉没关系这个指标是滞后的。

(网友荒原狼)嗯,我知道是滞后的。

只是盘背经常出现背了又背的,吃不准,只好等次级别金叉的时候,安全性好点(网友猫猫)背了又背,形态上很简单,指标快线(指MACD的黄白线)根本就没有上0 这个很明了比如60或30f出去了,再次级别15f进来,就容易看不准。

= 说明不同级别是否共振点你没搞清楚,缠就讲了一个东西,最原始最有用的就是中枢,任何股你永远可以找到他就一个中枢控制的级别,分类就简单了。

3:比如这股随手举例啊,这股不行了,升跌破年线(上穿年线后下穿年线)划分,现在开已经下离开了十字架位置控制中枢下限,面临再次下离开,如果你不切换级别就只能用背驰段和是否买12 出来搞了,但是如果你还想按照中枢下离开搞,就切换到30分时去这是15的。

四:中原环保控制中枢分析:(网友毛毛)帮我分析中原环保后面该怎么操作?谢谢(大约是2013.2.28日问)1:中环保 1.15 —1.28 中枢区间,升跌破年线画线,15分时里就不值得看因为就一个这个级别都是次级别一路上去中枢新生,120被这个控制(图一)图一图一图二2:日线长方形控制画了段 7.05 那里左边(图二),一直控制这股,到现在就一个中枢,从来没有上或者下离开过两个独立中枢,一路都是盘整,中枢震荡围绕左边的最初三段线,一个图切换了不用前后移动图形,打开看到啥就是啥,有就有,没有就直接切换,你刚才发的图15分时一个中枢控制不了,一路切换到120分时日线才看到一个控制一切(的控制中枢),这股价格区间已经上了两个中枢区间的高度,而均线形态转向来不及逆行,所以跑路是必然不必等什么卖123。

(网友毛毛)这种走势,我该什么时候立场?等3日均线走平?现在就走(实际走势突破这个小级别中枢,涨停,估计老师按大资金该提前撤出的策略操作的,但还是提早十几个点)3:周线是这样,控制中枢有两个,第二个控制当下,四个小框框顶上连线顶着雷 ,卖的话,你要精确去一分钟五分钟里(等5分、1分高位,或者均线向右拐?) ,看着 都出来卖一,直白点 均线都转向年线右下。

这股跌破10分钟级别里的顶部控制中枢,第一次 可以短差15分时。

4:(网友毛毛)这股就突破这个周线中枢(缠论中枢),这个中枢是不是控制中枢? 你说这种情况一般都是好多个级别控制中枢几乎在一个区间里,可以这么画,那也是一分钟里先打破平衡下离开了啊,量子对应(什么意思)的左边下来一段墨迹 就只能等,你这图在低一个级别看控制中枢也是这里。

五:大华农案例:1:这股5分钟级别目前就远离底部的三段线控制,而第二个独立三段,没出来那么直接控制三段线就是右边最近三段线,控制中枢,就是这整张打开图必须是三段线控制到现在整个图形,(如果没有)那说明这个级别不够,需要切换,切换到15就有。
