̄mail)zfjia2008@163.comꎮ㊀㊀黑蜈蚣叶属(PhaeophysciaMoberg)隶属于子囊菌门(Ascomycota)茶渍纲(Lecanoromycetes)ꎬ粉衣目(Caliciales)蜈蚣衣科(Physciaceae)ꎬ全世界有66种ꎬ中国已报道21种(魏江春ꎬ2020ꎻ陈健斌和胡光荣ꎬ2022ꎻWijayawardeneetal.ꎬ2022ꎻ陈健斌ꎬ2023)ꎮ黑蜈蚣叶属(Phaeophyscia)是Moberg于1977年以Phaeophysciaorbicularis(Neck.)Moberg为模式建立的ꎬ除强调皮层结构㊁地衣化学之外ꎬ他还强调分生孢子在地衣分属中的重要性ꎮ于是ꎬ从蜈蚣衣属Physcia中分出该属ꎬ包括原蜈蚣衣属中那些皮层K-ꎬ不含atranorinꎬ下皮层为假薄壁组织ꎬ个别为假厚壁长细胞组织ꎬ分生孢子为近椭圆形且小于4μm长的类群(Mobergꎬ1977)ꎮ后来ꎬEsslinger承认且沿用了Moberg的黑蜈蚣叶属Phaeophyscia分属观点ꎬ在此基础上将蜈蚣衣属中地衣体上皮层K-ꎬ不含atranorinꎬ下表面为淡白色ꎬ下皮层为假厚壁长细胞组织的几个种组建了新属PhyciellaEssl.ꎬ包括Physcielladenigrata㊁P.melanchra和P.nepalensis(Esslingerꎬ1978)ꎮ但是ꎬ其观点并没有被地衣学家们广泛接受ꎮ黑蜈蚣叶属地衣的主要特征为叶状地衣体ꎬ上皮层K-ꎬ不含atranorinꎬ髓层白色或橘红色ꎬ下皮层为假薄壁组织ꎬ个别为假厚壁长细胞组织ꎬ茶渍型子囊盘ꎬPhyscia型或Pachysporaria型子囊孢子ꎬ分生孢子近椭圆形且小于4μm长ꎮ该属地衣的生长基物多样ꎬ包括树皮㊁枯木㊁苔藓㊁岩石㊁土壤(Mobergꎬ1977ꎻAptroot&Sipmanꎬ1991ꎻLiu&Hurꎬ2019)ꎮ该属地衣的整体分布格局具有明显的北温带性质ꎬ分布或主要分布于北温带或北方植被带ꎬ东亚和北美洲是该属地衣两个重要的分布区域(陈健斌ꎬ2023)ꎮ本研究对保存于聊城大学生命科学学院地衣标本馆(LCUF)的地衣标本进行整理和鉴定时ꎬ发现了黑蜈蚣叶属地衣1新种ꎬ现予以报道ꎮ1㊀材料与方法1.1研究标本采自山东泰山的地衣标本ꎬ现保存于聊城大学生命科学学院地衣标本馆(LCUF)ꎮ1.2形态特征观察在OLYMPUSSZX16体式显微镜下观察地衣体的外表特征ꎬ并拍照ꎮ徒手纵切子囊盘ꎬ选其薄片置于配备有OLYMPUSDP74数字相机的OLYMPUSBX53光学显微镜下进行观察解剖特征ꎬ并拍照ꎮ1.3化学物质检测使用试剂K(10%氢氧化钾水溶液)㊁C(次氯酸钠饱和水溶液)和P(对苯二胺在95%乙醇中的饱和溶液)滴加在地衣体皮层或髓层上进行颜色反应(CT)ꎬ并综合薄层层析法(TLC)判断地衣所含次级代谢产物ꎬ所用溶剂为C系统(甲苯ʒ乙酸=20ʒ3ꎬ比值为体积比)(Culberson&Kristinssonꎬ1970ꎻCulbersonꎬ1972ꎻOrangeetal.ꎬ2001)ꎮ使用浓度为0.3%~1.0%的Lugol s溶液对子囊盘纵切薄片进行染色ꎬ观察子囊孢子淀粉样蛋白反应ꎮ1.4基因组提取、PCR扩增及测序从标本中选取适量地衣体ꎬ使用Sigma ̄AldrichREDExtract ̄N ̄AmpTM试剂盒ꎬ参照产品说明书进行地衣型真菌总基因组的提取ꎮ使用引物ITS1F和ITS4(Gardes&Brunsꎬ1993ꎻWhiteetal.ꎬ1990)扩增内源转录间隔区(ITS)片段ꎬ采用Zhao和Jia(2022)的PCR反应体系和反应条件进行扩增ꎬ使用1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测PCR扩增产物ꎬ送由铂尚生物技术有限公司(济南)进行测序ꎮ1.5序列比对和系统发育分析测序返回序列使用软件Geneiousv.9.0.2(BiomattersLtd.ꎬAucklandꎬNZ)进行拼接ꎬ并将序列上传至GenBank(OR769731)ꎮ自测序列与从GenBank中下载的37条序列ꎬ如表1所示ꎬ使用MAFFTv.7(Katohetal.ꎬ2009)进行多重比对(使用 L ̄ING ̄i 运算法则ꎬ其他参数为默认值)ꎮ使用GblocksV0.19b(Castresanaꎬ2000ꎻTalavera&Castresanaꎬ2007)对矩阵中首尾及中间的模糊序列进行消除ꎮ使用PhyloSuitev.1.2.2(Zhangetal.ꎬ2020)进行系统发育分析ꎬ利用ModelFinder(Kalyaanamoorthyetal.ꎬ2017)的AIC准则分别为最大似然法(ML)分析和贝叶斯法(BI)分析选择最优模型ꎬML分析的最适模型为TIM2e+R2ꎬBI分析的最适模型为SYM+I+Gꎮ在TIM2e+R2模型下ꎬ使用IQ 桥梁 The NuMaker-HMI-N9H30 consists of two parts: a NuMaker-N9H30 main board and a NuDesign-TFT-LCD7 extensionboard. 惠州市经济和信息化局惠州市青年联合会香港文汇报广东分社惠市团联发…2010‟18号关于举办首届惠港澳三地青年创业大赛的通知各县(区)团委、青联,经济和信息主管部门,惠州学院团委,市直学校团委及各有关单位:在党和国家大力鼓励全民创业,特别是鼓励优秀青年创新创业的大背景下,为配合粤港澳经济圈建设,推进经济发展方式转变,进一步促进惠州与香港和澳门的交流与合作,激发惠港澳三地青年创新创业激情,引导三地青年实践成才,由惠州市经济和信息化局、惠州市青年联合会、香港文汇报广东分社联合举办首届惠港澳三地青年创业大赛,现就有关事宜通知如下:一、总体目标本次大赛旨在培养惠港澳三地青年的创业意识和创业素质,激发创造能力和创新精神;提高创业本领,明确创业方向,营造创业氛围,带动更多的青年投身创业实践;通过大赛提供的系统培训和交流,使三地创业青年全面地学习创业者所应具备的知识和技能体系;通过大赛使创业青年融入团队,感受团队精神的力量,注重与人沟通和协作,提升创业青年的组织协调能力;通过大赛为三地青年进一步创业或未来创业打下良好的社会基础;通过大赛,打造出具有惠州特色的文化活动品牌,推进文化惠州建设。

二、组织机构主办单位:惠州市经济和信息化局惠州市青年联合会香港文汇报广东分社承办单位:惠州市诺贝林创业园香港文汇报惠州联络处惠州智库管理办公室惠州市时代创新文化传播有限公司协办单位:惠州市民营企业家联合会青年分会惠州市青年商会惠州市学生联合会惠州市西湖教育集团成立“惠港澳三地青年创业大赛组委会”,负责对本次活动的组织、领导、协调和督查等工作。

主任:范志益(惠州市经济和信息局局长)副主任:韩维斌(共青团惠州市委书记、惠州市青年联合会主席)罗珍(香港文汇报深圳办事处副主任)严威林(惠州市诺贝林创业园董事长)成员:钟建伟(惠州智库管理办公室主任)陈圣炬(惠州市青年就业创业指导中心副主任)张峰(香港文汇报惠州联络处副主任)郭卫东(惠州市诺贝林创业园总裁办公室主任)组委会下设办公室,负责大赛具体实施工作。

办公室设在惠州市诺贝林创业园,办公室主任由严威林同志兼任,副主任:钟建伟、陈圣炬、郭卫东。

同时成立大赛专家评审委员会,成员由高层专家、知名企业家、主办和协办单位领导组成,作为本届大赛的最高评审机构,负责大赛的全部评选审定工作。

三、大赛主题点燃希望,成就梦想。

四、大赛时间2010年11月至2011年4月(历时六个月)五、参赛条件凡年龄在18-45周岁,有一定创业能力和可行创业项目的惠州、香港、澳门三地的创业青年、在校大学生、小企业主均可以个人或团队名义报名参赛。

本次大赛免收报名费和参赛费。

六、报名要求1、报名方式凡符合报名条件的参赛人员,可在指定网站和指定地点进行报名。

(1)香港、澳门地区参赛者,可登录文汇网查询详情及下载报名表格和报名。

(2)惠州地区参赛者,可登陆团市委网站下载报名表格,按要求填写好后,附报名资料及创业项目计划书报送所在县(区)团委、学校团委,再统一送大赛组委会办公室;或直送大赛组委会办公室。

2、报名资料(1)参赛者须详细填写大赛报名表及拟创业项目表(见附件1、2),报名时提供个人免冠小2寸彩照3张及个人身份证复印件1张。

(2)参赛者须按要求认真撰写并递交创业项目计划书(撰写模板见附件3)。

书面创业项目计划书正文用A4纸,小三号仿宋体打印并装订,每个参赛者须提交两份,提交方案时请使用纸质档案袋,同时将一份电子版本方案发至组委会指定电子邮箱:tswcyds@。

3、报名截止时间报名截止时间为2011年2月15日,各参赛者须在此日期前报名并提交创业项目计划书。

七、赛程设置1、大赛分为初赛、复赛和决赛三个阶段。

初赛及复赛阶段,大赛将分成“智能信息(网络创业)”赛区、“节能环保”赛区、“农业、生物及新材料”赛区、“文化、服务、商业模式及其它”赛区共4大类行业子赛区接收和考评参赛项目。

决赛阶段将取消上述赛区,所有项目统一评比。

2、报名及初赛阶段(2010年11月至2011年2月),接受个人(团队)报名参赛,评审委员会根据参赛者递交的创业项目资料,依据初赛评审办法对所有项目进行评比打分,并确定48个创业项目进入复赛。

有条件的院校(地区)可在大赛组委会的指导下,举行预赛,预赛获奖者可直接进入复赛。

3、复赛阶段(2011年3月),将组织48名参赛者(团队)参加有关培训、实战演练及公开答辩,由评审委员会依据复赛评审办法对复赛团队的答辩情况和申报材料进行考评打分,并确定8名参赛者(团队)进入决赛。

4、决赛阶段(2011年4月),将举办决赛答辩及颁奖晚会,组织个人(团队)公开展示答辩,由评审委员会依据决赛评审办法对决赛团队的答辩情况和申报材料进行考评打分,合议后将结果提审大赛组委会讨论。

大赛组委会根据评审结果,依据大赛评奖规程,综合确定首届惠港澳三地青年创业大赛各项奖项。

八、奖项奖励1、大赛最终评选出金奖、银奖、铜奖、最佳团队奖和最佳创意奖各1名,优胜奖3名,分别颁发奖杯、证书和相应奖金(具体奖金数额将在大赛组委会宣传网站上公布)。

2、大赛获奖创业项目可获得指定银行提供创业扶持担保贷款和进入指定创业园区(创业基地)开展创业,并享有政策等多方面的优惠措施;同时由组委会推荐的内地或香港知名企业家担任创业导师,在其创业过程中,给予全程指导帮助。

3、组委会将在大赛期间,积极吸引风险投资商和企业参与到大赛活动中来,使获得决赛资格的创业项目有转化为市场的可能,从而推动参赛作品的市场化、商业化。

4、凡报名参加比赛的选手,大赛组委会将在其后期的创业过程中,在科技、法律、财务等信息咨询及工商、税务等方面,协调有关部门给予相关支持。

九、注意事项1、参赛者应保证其在参赛过程中所提供的所有作品以及创业计划书内容的独创性和原创性,并保证对其享有相关的知识产权。

2、对于因参赛者所提供作品或创业计划书抄袭别人而引起的任何权属纠纷,由参赛者本人承担一切法律责任和所有后果,大赛组委会对此不承担任何责任。

3、参赛者违反大赛规定,大赛组委会有权立即取消其参赛资格。

4、所有获奖选手的奖金、奖品的个人所得税由获奖者自行申报缴纳。

5、大赛组委会保留进一步补充本比赛规程的权利。

如参赛者对此有异议,可选择退出大赛,并应及时通知大赛组委会,但无权要求大赛组委会返还因参赛发生的任何费用或承担任何责任。

6、大赛组委会拥有本届大赛活动的最终解释权,未尽事宜,另行通知。

十、相关活动在举办创业大赛的同时,为丰富及提升本次创业大赛的活动内容和文化内涵,将举办一系列推动三地青年交流的文化活动。

1、编撰《青年创业风范——惠港澳三地青年企业家风采》(暂名)为弘扬创业精神、推崇创业标杆,讴歌创业典型,编撰《青年创业风范——惠港澳三地青年企业家风采》(暂名)画册,以三地杰出青年企业家的创业事迹和成功经验激励投身自主创业的广大青年,本书同时将作为本次创业大赛的会刊,按高标准、高质量编撰及印刷,并通过香港文汇报发行网络在国内外发行。

2、举办惠港澳三地青年创新文化系列活动(1)举办“创新学习”系列讲座邀请专家和教授为全市广大青年作有关青年创新方面的专题讲座,使广大青年增长创新知识,进一步强化创新意识,激发创新热情。

(2)举办惠港澳三地青年创业创新论坛以“创业成就未来〃创新推动发展”为主题,邀请国内和香港知名企业家、创业研究专家、创业投资专家和三地部分青年企业家代表、青年创业代表、三地高校青年代表等共同参与,从创业实务及技巧、青年自主创新、文化创新推动文化建设等多方面进行交流和探讨。

十一、活动要求1、高度重视,加强领导。

青年是创业的主体和就业的重点群体,促进青年创业就业,是党政关心、社会关注的重要民生问题。

各相关部门和各级团组织要充分认识本次大赛的重要性,高度重视、精心组织、密切配合,成立相应的领导机构,明确专人负责,扎实有效地做好大赛各阶段的各项工作,确保比赛取得预期效果。

2、广泛发动,规范运作。

要充分调动和有效激发广大青年的创业热情,鼓励广大青年积极参与,弘扬创业精神,培育创业文化,凝聚一批有能力、有知识的创业青年,形成上下联动、全面活跃的工作局面。

3、加强宣传、扩大影响。

各有关单位和新闻媒体要认真做好三地青年创业大赛的宣传工作,开辟专题、专栏及时报道创业大赛的开展情况,不断加大宣传力度,提高大赛的覆盖面和感召力,营造崇尚创业、支持创业的良好社会氛围。

二、创业项目计划书内容1、项目概述要求:简明、扼要、具有鲜明的特色。

重点包括本项目产品/服务的介绍、市场概貌、经营策略、生产销售管理计划、财务预测;创业团队的介绍等等。

2、产品/服务要求:如何满足关键用户需要;进入策略和市场开发策略;指出产品/服务目前的技术水平是否处于领先地位,是否适应市场的需求,能否实现产业化。

3、可行性报告要求:市场容量与趋势、市场竞争状况、市场变化趋势及潜力,细分目标市场及客户描述,估计市场份额和销售额。
