工作总结英语俱乐部第一篇：工作总结英语俱乐部在过去几个月中，通过社团中各位的辛勤与付出中，与大家共同快乐地度过了一年的时间，工作的点点滴滴时时在眼，回眸望过去的一幕幕，在不知不觉中充实自己大学生活。
我们英语俱乐部在学校扮演的位置是比较重要的，为大部分想锻炼自己的人提供了平台。
上学年我们举办过英语演讲比赛，英乐会等活动，让会员不仅锻炼了自己的胆识与口才，同时也结实了一群新的朋友。
对于上学年的事我稍微总结归纳了一下：一、协会还是一直保持了早上放听力的传统，让大家能更好的备战四级。
期间还会有英语专业的学长学姐为我们讲解语法等知识，让想学好英语的同学能够更好的提高自己的能力。
二、演讲部是上届会长们采纳大家的建议之后新设立的一个部门，目的是为了更好的提高自己的口语能力和胆识。
举办的演讲比赛效果也不错，所有参赛的同学都做了充分的准备，虽然参赛选手还做不到在台上侃侃而谈，但赛后大家都觉得自己有所进步，这也是我们设立这个部门的初衷。
三、上学年协会与外国留学生取得了很好的联系，举办晚会的时候也邀请过他们与协会会员一起互动，让大家有直接与外国人交流的机会，同时也有助于大家英语口语能力的提高。
四、协会在社联晚会表现出色。
我们协会的英语的话剧赢得了台下所有观众的掌声。
对于协会上学年的工作我提出几点还需要改进的地方：一、举办晚会的时候需要提前做好宣传，其实好多人对于我们协会举办的活动还是很感兴趣的，但因为不清楚我们什么时候举办晚会，所以并没有来现场观看。
所以以后的前期宣传工作一定要做好。
二、办晚会选时间最好不要于学生会或其他协会时间冲突，那样会影响晚会到场的人数，同时也会影响晚会的氛围。
三、挑选干事的时候需要找那种有责任心的人，协会到后期人员极为缺乏。
而且部门内部之间需要有一些联系，让大家觉得这是一个整体，不会有那种在这里也没什么做的心态出现。
四、各个部门之间应该加强联系，让大家有一种协会是个大家庭的感觉。
对协会以后的建议：一、将演讲部做大做强，我们可以规划一个大型的英语演讲比赛，使大部分人能够参与进来，同时也会加强协会的影响力。

2019年下半年英语俱乐部工作总结
2019年下半年英语俱乐部工作总结一、本学期开展的工作1、第三届英语单词xx这次活动举办的非常成功，非专业组将近700人参加比赛，专业组80多人参加。
鉴于非专业组参加人数非常多，所以我向社团服务中心提议将非专业组奖项增加，得到校团委王天娥老师批准，将非专业组奖项翻倍，也就是非专业组一等奖两个、二等奖四个、三等奖六个、优秀奖十二个。
2、每周活动鉴于2018年——2019年是上半年英语俱乐部每周活动参加的人数越来越少，所以在2019年下半年，我着重将工作重心放在如何将这一问题改善或解决。
于是，我们采取向团总支申请，每周参加活动者可以加社会实践0.1学分，也得到了批准，活动的积极性也大大增强。

最后，为了把英语俱乐部宣传出去，我联系了27家社团共同协办我们的每周活动，使得我们的每周活动不仅仅是英语俱乐部的人可以参加，各个社团以至于没有加入社团的师生也都可以参加，各家协办社团在每一周活动主题出来的时候也会积极地去宣传自家社团成员参加我们的每周活动。
二、本学期开展活动中存在的问题1、在活动开展之前，作为负责人没有将活动具体情况向团总支汇报。
2、本学期因为刚上任，很多流程不太清楚，导致工作进度慢，很多可以同时做的事情却一步步按部就班，不懂得合理地安排各项工作，浪费了很多时间。
3、外国语学院迎新晚会由于得知各个协会都将表演节目的时间太晚，只有四周时间准备，也因为协会成员都在各个专业，不能很好地把时间调整在一起，导致没有足够的时间排练一个英文戏剧，只能选择大合唱作为表演节目。
在表演当天，由于没有及时供给话筒，导致声音过于小，也算是一种现场事故。
4、在办活动过程中发现自己需要负责的事情过于繁杂。

一、进一步完善和规范英语俱乐部，坚持以第一课堂为中心，第二课堂为延伸的原则，坚持以学生自主管理为主，教师指导为辅的方针，对俱乐部在机构设置、师资配备上进行了有效的探索。
1. 制定英语俱乐部章程和英语俱乐部管理制度
作为全校模最大、影响最广的社团之一。
英语俱乐部在总结以往工作经验的基础上制定了自己的章程，从而为俱乐部的规范化提供了依据；在此基础上制定英语俱乐部管理制度，
实现了对俱乐部负责人和会员的有效管理和约束，确保了英语俱乐部高效的运行机制和有效的服务效能。
2. 对英语俱乐部机构设置进行改革
本着“以人为本、服务会员”的方针，英语俱乐部结合基础学院学工部的设置，相应设六个分部，设置副主席，并配备指导教师，对会员实行分部管理，化整为零，从而在机制上保证了广大会员的根本利益，也实现了二课堂与学工部辅导员的互动，进一步扩大了俱乐部影响力和号召力。
3. 坚持以学生管理为主、教师指导为辅的工作方针大外部为第二课堂指导中心配备了大量年轻而富有活力和创造力的青年教师，这为英语俱乐部的良性运作提供了师资保障。
作为第二课堂的重要平台英语俱乐部，在日常运作中坚持学生俱乐部由学生管理，并服务于学生的原则，充分发挥学生自身的主动性和创造性，既确保了教师在俱乐部的主导作用，又确立了学生在俱乐部的主体地位，实现了俱乐部良性运作。
4. 从英语教学的实际出发，设立分社团
俱乐部由大学英语教学部领导，并由大外部教师负责指导策划。
根据英语听、说、读、写、译及舞台表演等方面能力，俱乐部下设五个社团：英语调频台、主持人团、编辑部、英语话剧社、英语合唱团。
另外，还有每周三的英语角，周四的口语角，每周的优秀英文电影展和英语义教活动。
旨在英
语第一课堂教学之外,为同学们创造一个良好的英语学习氛围，丰富业余文化生活，提高英语学习水平。
二、以英语角为突破口，进一步提高英语俱乐部常规活动的质量，并增强部门英语课教师的参与度，衔接和延伸第一课堂，为教学服务，为学生服务
1. 英语角逐步实现了规模化和质量化
本学期我们共成功举办了12次英语角活动（含试开角仪式）,主题新颖,内容充实。
活动时间在每周三的18：00点。
提前一周做好Free talk话题的准备和复印，并发到会员手中，确保了一个小时的Free Talk, 人人有话说，人人想说话。
此外，英语角有话剧演出、外教、留学生和二课堂的教师及部门的英语教师参与活动，可以说英语角大大丰富了同学们的课余生活,为同学们提供了学习交流的平台。
2. 延伸英语角的影响力，举办口语地带
为确保会员的根本利益，每周四开设面向会员的口语地带。
由英语俱乐部优秀会员训练学习地道口语，在同学中也赢得好的口碑。
另外，在口语地带还结合第一课堂举行了一系列
英语猜谜活动等，为广大会员提供了展现自我的平台。
3. 英语原声电影欣赏活动
为了丰富同学们的业余生活，提高同学们的听力水平和审美意识，俱乐部在基础学院的大力支持下，于每周五18：30
在3601报告厅，播放优秀原声英文电影。
本学期共播放30场次，累计6000人次观看了电影。
为了激发观众的热情，俱乐部电影播放中心在电影播放前半小时进行英语互动活动，并发放小礼品，活跃了气氛，激发了英语学习热情。
3．英语调频台
本学期我们的调频台也办的非常成功!在每周日至周四晚上的6点30至8点整，准时和同学们见面.同学们可通过收音机收听.内容丰富多彩的节目；20：00-20：30为晚听部分。
此外，我们还和院广播台合作，播放优秀英文节目。
4. 举办英语角闭角仪式
在等级考试结束后，英语俱乐部对本学期历次英语角的优秀节目进行筛选，并邀请团委其它社团共同举办了英语角闭角仪式，并对基础学院Top 10和朗诵比赛获奖选手，进行了现场颁奖仪式。
活动受到了会员的高度评价，进一步树立了俱乐部在同学们心中的良好形象，为来年的工作做了完美的铺垫。
三、紧密配合大外部教学工作，举办一系列竞赛活动和讲座，选拔、储备优秀英语人才，参加各类竞赛。
1. 英语朗诵比赛
为促进我院同学的英语学习，培养同学们对英语的兴趣，营造英语学习氛围，选拔优秀英语人才，特举行朗诵比赛，为广大英语诵读爱好者提供一个发挥的舞台，以高质量的英语
口语树立英语学习的典范。
文背诵段落朗读和课外阅读段落朗诵。
决赛时，选手先抽取每课需背诵的段落进行朗诵，然后抽由竞赛组取事先准备好的阅读段落，现场朗诵，既巩固了第一课堂知识，又扩大了学生的知识面。
获奖选手均颁发荣誉证书和奖品，其中获一、二、三等奖的同学可获得相应素拓分。

2. 英语写作比赛
为强化大学生英语写作能力，提高学生对英语写作的热情，也为了加强对学生人文素质的培养，大外部和英语俱乐部精心组织英语写作大赛决赛，于12月24日下午顺利结束，共有150名选手参加决赛。
本次比赛在初赛选拔的基础上加强了写作题目的难度，比赛内容分题材总结与话题作文两大部分，话题涉及的深度与难度是有关对娱乐媒体的评论。
在坚持公平与凸显实力的原则上，比赛的纪律也十分严明。
参加此次比赛的同学们为此次比赛做了充分的准备，相信不久即将公布的比赛成绩会是同学们积极塑造自我，追求文化素养的充分体现。
本次大赛的获奖作文，将被刊登到大外部主办的杂志上。
3. 英语听力讲座
为了帮助同学们更好地克服听力障碍，英语俱乐部邀请大外部听力课题小组负责人熊焕平副教授在3601报告厅做了关于如可克服大学英语四级考试中的听力障碍及应对策略专
题讲座，取得了圆满成功，从心理上和技巧上为本学期参加四级考试的同学打了气。
三、积极参与校国际万里活动，承办了一系列英语相关的活动，均取得圆满成功。
1. xxxx“国际万里”系列活动之“英语之星”top10
浙江万里学院“国际万里”之“英语之星TOP10”活动已成功举办了7届。
该活动在全校范围内进行选。
拔英语基础水平扎实，口语好的学生，为整个学院的学生树立十大英语学习标兵、英语学习榜样，同时挑选出英语学习尖子，为将来的英语竞赛储备后备力量，并且增强同学们的英语学习热情，锻炼同学们的英语听说读写能力，营造良好的英语学习氛围。
本项活动已成为浙江万里学院的传统项目，每年举办一届，形成浙江万里学院“英语之星TOP10”品牌，是本校的精品项目。
尤为一提的是，本次参加决赛的所有选手中，有7位来自基础学院，一位入围前三。
两位进入前十。
2. xxxx“国际万里”系列活动之“环球探索”外文电台节目制作大赛
为丰富校园英语学习的内容、形式，激发同学的学习热情，扩大英语调频台的影响力，最大限度地带动同学来参加关注，希望通过此活动为今后英语调频台更好的为师生服务打下基础。
活动具体形式为学生以个人或团体（自由组合）单位自制广播节目参赛。
要求主题为“环球探索”，范围可涉及
世界范围内各类社会热点、焦点知识类节目，也可编制音乐体育娱乐科技内容的节目，或编制英语语言学习教育类节目，体裁不限（可新闻，可娱乐，可评论，可故事），参赛节目时长为20分钟，内容要求积极向上，正直健康，力求创新。
比赛进行办法为参赛者把准备的节目（磁带形式）在调频台播音室现场播出，评委收听之后按节目播出质量打分，比赛评出最佳节目奖一个，优秀节目奖五个，最佳创意奖一个，最佳男主播一名，最佳女主播一名，最佳团体奖一个。
此次比赛决赛在基础学院报告厅举行，取得了圆满成功。
总之，大学英语第二课堂活动不仅为广大同学提供了语言应用与展示的机会，而且极大地增强了广大同学的英语学习兴趣，浓厚了我校的外语学习氛围，相信在基础学院的大力支持下，院团委的密切合作下，大外部的全面重视下和英语俱乐部全体指导教师的共同努力下，第二课堂的活动会更加精彩，英语俱乐部也会百尺竿头更进一步。
