国际电工委员会标准IEC对电磁兼容的定义是:系统或设备在所处的电磁环境中能正常工作,同时不对其他系统和设备造成干扰。

为了规范欧盟各成员国对电器设备电磁兼容性的管理,是欧盟各成员国关于电磁兼容的法规协调一致,89/336/EEC 电磁兼容指令于1989年5月1日颁布,1996年1月1日开始强制性实施,现行的指令为2004/108/EC。

电磁兼容指令CE认证核心要求:
电磁兼容指令CE认证要求所有电气、电子产品及装有电气、电子元件的设备所产生的电磁波发射不得超过规定的限值,以免干扰其它设备的正常运行;同时还必须要具备一定的抗干扰能力,以使产品在正常条件下能正常运行(亦即,能抵抗由其他设备所发射出的、低于工业标准所允许的限值的电磁波干扰。

a)计算机系统的插件程序卡、微处理器卡、中央处理单元卡/主板、电子邮件卡、通讯卡等;
b)可编程逻辑管理器;
c)电梯控制器;
d)电机(除感应电机外);
e)计算机磁盘驱动器;
f)自控设备电源(PSU);
g)电子温控器。

电磁兼容CE认证中EMI和EMS的异同
1.EMC 包括EMI(interference)和EMS(susceptibility),也就是电磁干扰和电磁抗干扰。

2.EMI,电磁干扰度,描述一产品对其他产品的电磁辐射干扰程度,是否会影响其周围环境或同一电气环境内的其它电子或电气产品的正常工作;EMI又包括传导干扰CE(conduction emission)和辐射干扰RE(radiation emission)以及谐波harmonic。

3.EMS,电磁抗干扰度,描述一电子或电气产品是否会受其周围环境或同一电气环境内其它电子或电气产品的干扰而影响其自身的正常工作。

EMS又包括静电抗干扰ESD,射频抗扰度EFT,电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度,浪涌抗扰度,电压暂降抗扰度Dip,等等相关项目。
