如何做好一个建筑施工技术员?施工现场“七成多、八成少,九成就能当领导”的话,其实颇有点自嘲的意思。
干了几年施工,还是很有些体会,当是抛砖引玉吧。
谈我的一些施工体会与大家共同学习。
技术员在工地该干些啥?前一段有四个学工民建的大学生应聘到我们单位,他们信心很大同时又很实际,跟我说了许多远大理想和抱负也委婉讲了对薪酬的稍稍不满,我告诉他们:干好自己的工作,如果想吃这一碗饭,就要静下心来,多看、多问、多长个心眼,你可以把这一段经历当作跳板,但不能把工作不当回事。

问我技术员在工地该干些啥时,我告诉他:放线、提材料计划、写技术交底、进场原材料取样送检、现场质量检查、隐蔽资料的填写、钢筋下料单的审核、模板尺寸标高的检查等等,但一开始只要跟着工长完成工长交办的任务就行了。
先说放线,专职测量员把主轴线定好、标高控制点做好后,技术员要掌握吊线坠的基本功,不能老依靠经纬仪,不可能也不现实,再一个住宅和办公楼建筑定位放线简单的多,工业厂房就要复杂的多了。
放线量尺寸时一定要杜绝用小尺一尺一尺(工地上常用3米尺、5米尺)的量下去,免得误差累积。
另外,两点高差较大时,一般量斜距、测两点高差用勾股弦定理计算求的通常误差小的多。
记住学测量时老师讲的几个要点:先整体、后碎部;常复核,前一步工作没做复查下一步工作不能进行;测量步步要经过检核。
测量放线在施工时尤其重要,你的一点疏忽可能造成非常大的经济损失。
现在在施工现场的测量放线,并不象在学校测量实习时量距有前尺、有后尺、有读数、有记录那么正规,往往是工长和技术员两人就去放线,再就是现场随手喊个工人来帮忙,这实在是不合适,你不能要求项目经理配备足够的专业人员陪你定位,但你必须做到慎之又慎,尺前尺后来回跑。

1、看图纸说明,了解工程概况以及施工依据、技术要求。
2、看管线走向,就首先看系统图,了解主管以及支管之间的关系。
清楚有几条主管有几条支管。

3、看平面图,寻找出主管以及各条支管,联系系统图。
通过平面图来看工程量。
4、通过看剖面图来与其他系统协调,务必在施工前明白什么先做,什么后做。
5、最后看清楚大样图。

二、技术员要求会做资料。
1、在施工前找出即将用到的表格,并统一一些概念。
如工程名称、表格样式等等要在整个工程里面是一个模式贯穿始终。
2、资料的收发必须要有留底记录,以便于寻找资料。
3、拿到施工日志时,要看清楚里面需要记录的款项,明白要记哪些内容,并且记录要及时。
4、当做的资料需要签字时,要及时跟进,以免因人事变动而导致竣工资料缺失。
三、技术员要求跟踪现场。
1、跟踪现场时要有计划,明白今天要做什么,有多少人施工,有多少机具,做哪几件事。
2、跟踪现场时,施工技术要求要心里有底,知道有哪几道工序,各个工序里面有哪些要求,验收的标准是什么。
3、跟踪现场时还要预计后面几天将要做哪些工作,施工材料以及机具是否到场,是否需要添加材料以及机具。
4、跟踪现场时遇到施工疑难,首先自己看能不能解决,解决不了请示领导,还是解决不了时做好记录,与设计沟通。
四、技术员要与监理沟通。
1、当监理提出一些施工技术疑问时要及时答复,找出答案。
2、当监理发联系单时,要根据实际情况以及规范来解答,并尽快回复。
如果回复不了,请领导与监理沟通。
3、有些时候需要与设计以及业主联系时,可以通过监理预约。
五、技术员要与设计沟通。
1、与设计的第一步沟通,便是图纸会审,这次会面很重要。
在之前必须找出图纸上的设计遗漏,以及施工的疑难点,通过这次会审以使自己对施工的要求明白的更加透彻。
2、每周例会前,必须找出施工疑难点,提供给设计,以便于设计能够在例会上及时的给出答案。
