授课安排：第一讲：本学期内容概述以及基本分析工具（效用函数理论）。
第二讲：两个基本模型（效用最大化与支付最小化模型）以及间接效用函数与支付函数的性质。
第三讲：价格效应以及前述两个模型之间的联系：消费理论基本方程。
第四讲：消费者福利的度量以及其他问题第五讲：如何从间接效用函数、（马歇尔）需求函数得到（直接）效用函数，显示偏好理论。
第六讲：VNM效用函数理论与风险偏好类型第七讲：风险厌恶度量以及其他相关问题。
第八讲：生产理论第九讲：完全竞争与垄断：若干扩展第十讲：古诺与贝川德模型：若干扩展第十一讲：其他模型以及社会福利度量第十二讲及以后：待定（如某些最新进展等）其中第一、二、三、四讲主要取材于教材第一章，第五、六、七讲主要取材于教材第二章，第八讲取材于教材第三章，第九、十、十一讲主要取材于教材第四章（另有较多补充）。
课下作业：第一章、第二章、第三与第四章各有一次作业（共三次），每次6题。
