商标注册马德里协定商标国际注册马德里协定〔一八九一年四月十四日签订,一九○○年十一月十四日修订于布鲁塞尔,一九一一年六月二日修订于华盛顿,一九二五年十一月六日修订于海牙,一九三四年六月二日修订于伦敦,一九五七年六月十五日修订于尼斯,一九六七年七月十四日修订于斯德哥尔摩〕【章名】协定第一条〔成立特别同盟;向国际局申请商标注册;所属国的定义〕(一)本协定所适用的国家组成商标国际注册特别同盟。

(二)任何缔约国的国民,可以通过原属国的注册当局,向成立世界知识产权组织(以下称“本组织”)公约中的知识产权国际局(以下称“国际局”)提出商标注册申请,以在一切其他本协定参加国取得其已在所属国注册的用于商品或服务项目的标记的保护。

(三)称为原属国的国家是:申请人置有真实有效的工商业营业所的特别同盟国家;如果他在特别同盟国家中没有这种营业所,则为其有住所的特别同盟国家;如果他在特别同盟境内没有住所,但系特别同盟国家的国民,则为他作为其国民的国家。

第二条〔关于巴黎公约第三条(对某些种类的人给予同盟国国民的同样待遇)〕未参加本协定的国家的国民,在依本协定组成的特别同盟领土内,符合保护工业产权巴黎公约第三条所规定的条件者,得与缔约国国民同样对待。

第三条〔申请国际注册的内容〕(一)每一个国际注册申请必须用细则所规定的格式提出;商标原属国的注册当局应证明这种申请中的具体项目与本国注册簿中的具体项目相符合,并说明商标在原属国的申请和注册的日期和号码及申请国际注册的日期。

(二)申请人应指明使用要求保护的商标的商品或服务项目,如果可能,也应指明其根据商标注册商品和服务项目国际分类尼斯协定所分的相应类别。

如果申请人未指明,国际局应将商品或服务项目分入该分类的适当类别。

申请人所作的类别说明须经国际局检查,此项检查由国际局会同本国注册当局进行。

如果本国注册当局和国际局意见不一致时,以后者的意见为准。

(三)如果申请人要求将颜色作为其商标的一个显著特点,他必须:(1)说明实际情况,并随同申请书提出说明所要求的颜色或颜色组合的通知书;(2)随同申请书加交所述商标的彩色图样,附于国际局的通知书后。

我荣幸地收到您一九七五年四月十九日的来照,其内容如下:
“阁下:
我荣幸地通知您,为了加强我们两国的友好关系和促进贸易的发展,希腊政府愿与中华人民共和国政府就商标的相互保护达成如下协议:
1.具有一方国家国籍的自然人或法人,不论是否在对方国家居住,都与具有对方国家国籍的自然人或法人一样,他们的商标权在对方国家取得的商标注册的有效期内享受同样的保护。

2.具有一方国家国籍的自然人或法人服从他们想得到商标权保护的那个国家
的现行有关法律规章。

3.‘商标’一词被理解为商业企业的商品和工业企业的产品的标记都包括在内。

4.除非任何一方在六个月前书面通知对方要求终止本协议,本协议将保持其效力。

如中华人民共和国政府可以接受上述建议,我荣幸地进一步建议本照会和阁下的复照即构成关于此事的协议。

此协议在阁下复照之日起两个月后开始生效。


我荣幸地通知阁下,中华人民共和国政府同意来照内容,并确认来照和本复照构成我们两国政府间的协议,自本日起两个月后生效。

《中华人民共和国政府与欧洲联盟地理标志保护与合作协定》简称《中欧地理标志协定》,是中国对外商签 的第一个全面的、高水平的地理标志保护双边协定。协定文本共14条,对地理标志设定了高水平的保护规则,并 在附录中纳入双方各275项具有各自地区特色的地理标志产品。协定将为双方的地理标志提供高水平的保护,有 效阻止假冒地理标志产品,使双方消费者都能吃上、用上货真价实的高品质商品。
当地时间2020年7月20日,欧盟理事会做出决定,授权正式签署中欧地理标志协定。据欧盟理事会发布的公 告,该协定是欧盟与中国之间签署的第一份意义重大的双边贸易协定。它将确保来自欧盟和中国的各100个地理 标志在对方市场上得到保护,从而确保双方相互尊重对方的优良农业传统。公告说,该协定生效四年后,协定范 围将扩大,以涵盖双方额外的175个地理标志名称。
中欧地理标志协定为中国有关产品进入欧盟市场、提升市场知名度提供了有力保障。根据该协定,中国相关 产品有权使用欧盟的官方认证标志,有利于获得欧盟消费者的认可,进一步推动中国相关产品对欧出口。

【摘要】@@ 1994年4月15日,108个国家的代表在摩洛哥的马拉喀什签署了建立世界贸易组织的协议.该协议的附件包括了<与贸易有关的知识产权协议>(以下简称TRIPS协议).以<巴黎公约>、<伯尔尼公约>等为基础,<TRIPS协议>为处在世纪之交的国际贸易中的知识产权保护,确立了一系列的标准与制度,标志着世界知识产权保护进入了一个新阶段.<TRIPS协议>的产生,标志着知识产权的国际保护进入了一个新的历史时期.

LOUO通讯协议
本公司协议完全采用MODBUS的RTU方式通讯
波特率:9600 数据位:8位停止位:1位校验位:无流控制:无
所有通讯命令均为03(16位数据读命令),06(16位数据写命令)。

无论读写,一个数据包只对一个子控数据操作。

MODBUS协议内容地址对应参数:
1.设定温度读/写地址:10*(N-1)+1;(N为子控序号且1<=N<=31)40001,R/W
2.测定温度只读地址:10*(N-1)+2;40002,R
3.模式读/写地址:10*(N-1)+3;40003,R/W
数据内容:
0:表示制冷
1:表示制热
2:表示送风
4.电源状态读/写地址:10*(N-1)+4;00001,R/W
数据内容:
0:开启电源
1:关闭电源
5.风机档位读/写地址:10*(N-1)+5;40004,R/W
数据内容:
0:低风
1:中风
2:高风
3:自动风
6.锁定读/写地址:10*(N-1)+7;(跳过6,6为其它用途)40005,R/W
数据内容:
0:无锁定
1:全锁定
2:温度锁定
3:模式锁定
4:电源锁定
5:风机锁定
7.子控通讯状态只读地址:10*(N-1)+8;00002,R
数据内容:
0:对应子控通讯正常
1:对应子控通讯故障(未连接或其它原因)
读操作命令格式为
[主控地址][命令号03][起始寄存器地址高8位][起始寄存器地址低8位][读取寄存器高8位]低8位[CRC校验码低8位][CRC校验码高8位]
例:若对第三号主控的第6号子控的运行参数进行读取操作,命令字段如下

说明:
a.33H对应十进制为51,就是第6号子控的意思。

b.读操作时起始寄存器地址只能为10*(N-1)+1。

比如第1号子控其地址为01H;第2
号子控为11,转化为16进制为0bH;第9号子控为91,转换成16进制为5bH。

C.读操作成功后主控会回发对应子控的所有数据,总共为21个字节,内容包括
主控地址(1byte)03(1byte)10H(1byte)设置温度(2byte)测量温度(2byte)模式(2byte)电源状态(2byte)风机档位(2byte)无用信息(2byte)锁定(2byte)子控通讯状态(2byte)CRC校验码(2byte)
写操作命令格式为
[主控地址][命令号06][需下置寄存器地址高8位][低8位][下置数据高8位][低8位][CRC校验码低8位][CRC校验码高8位]
例:若对第三号主控的第6号子控的运行模式参数进行写操作,命令字段如下

说明:
a.其它通讯格式同上,写内容地址35H对应十进制53,所以要对6号子控的模式
进行写操作;操作命令为1,就是设置为制热模式。

b.如果写操作成功,则将返回一条和写操命令一样的数据。

即假设上面的操作成功,
则收到的数据为
03 06 00 35 00 01 59 e6
数据长度为8字节
注意:
801M面板的通讯端口(J5或J6)的A脚接485转换器的正极,B脚接485转换器的负极。

从站参数地址对应表
注意:对每个从站进行读操作时,必须每次读该从站的所有8个参数,不能只读1个参数。

及下图Modscan中的Length必须=8.。
