煤气风机XYZ-600稀油润滑站说明书

1 概述及用途XYZ-600稀油润滑站是云南宝鑫D750离心风机配套的润滑冷却装置,它连续地向各滚动轴承提供一定流量、压力和温度的润滑油,用于各运动部位的润滑,建立承载油膜,同时将因摩擦产生的热量带回油箱。

2 技术参数2.1 基本条件XYZ-300稀油润滑站,使用一台螺杆泵装置,工作介质粘度等级为N46;冷却水温度应不超过33℃,冷却水压力不超过0.4Mpa ;2.2技术参数3、设备组成及工作原理3.1设备组成XYZ-300稀油润滑站主要由油箱、电加热器、一台螺杆泵装置、双筒过滤器、双联油冷却器、回油磁(栅)网过滤装置、功能性阀门(单向阀、安全阀、开关阀门)及管道、控制元件(压力控制器、压差控制器、温度控制器、液位控制器)、显示仪表(压力表、温度表、液位计)、电控柜等组成。

3.2工作原理工作时,螺杆泵装置连续地从油箱吸入油液,吸入的油液由螺杆泵装置进行增压后,经单向阀、双联油冷却器(一侧工作,一侧备用)、双筒过滤器(一侧工作,一侧备用)、功能性阀门和管道被送到设备的润滑点,油液对润滑点进行润滑和冷却后,沿着系统的回油总管流回油箱,油液在油箱内经回油磁(栅)网过滤装置过滤后进行下一次循环。

3.3元件功能3.3.1油箱油箱主要功能是蓄油,还兼作散热和沉淀油液中的杂质。

3.3.2加热器加热器的功能是对油箱中的油液进行加热,当油箱中油液的温度低于下限设定值时,电加热器自动进行加热,当油箱中油液的温度达到正常设定值时,电加热器自动停止。

3.3.3油泵装置稀油润滑站具有一台螺杆泵装置,若油箱油液温度高于25℃时,可直接启动油泵, 电加热器自动进行加热,当油箱油液温度低于25℃时,必须先启动电加热器进行加热,待油温升到25℃以上时,才可启动油泵, 对油箱油液进行循环加热,油温升到35℃以上时,油站才能向齿轮箱供油, 油温升到40℃以上时,电加热器自动停止加热。

3.3.4双筒过滤器双筒过滤器有两组过滤滤芯(互为备用)和一个手动切换阀,一组滤芯工作时,一另组滤芯备用。

一、用途该通风机可广泛应用于医药化工、精密电子、金属加工、PCB线路板、污水除臭、半导体制程、电镀酸洗等含有酸碱成分及化学成分的腐蚀性气体的场所,风机的性能与选用件及地基尺寸可参考我们的型录资料进行选择。

二、风机型式从电动机一侧正视,叶轮顺时针旋转,称为右旋风机,以“右”表示;叶轮逆时针旋转,称为左旋风机,以“左”表示。

风机的出口位置,以机壳的出风口角度表示,可根据客户要求制作所需要的出口方向,订货时需注明。

风机的传动方式有B-皮带式、C-轴动式、D-直接式三种。

三、结构特点ZYF型风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、机壳支撑架、皮带、皮带轮、皮带轮盖、底座及相对底座、避震器等部分配置电机而组成,组装后依据AMCA(北美流体协会) 210-85测试,机组震动符合ISO2372规范。

(1)叶轮根据不同性能参数由8~36个后倾的机翼型叶片、曲线型前盖板和平板后盘组成,用玻璃钢或不锈钢制造。

(2)风机外壳、叶轮均采用纯玻璃钢(FRP)材质制作而成,具有强度高、重量轻、不易老化、耐腐蚀性能良好、噪音低,还具有防静电等特性。

工作原理空气自净器的风机组将预过滤器的空气吸入静压箱,并送入高效过滤器,这样洁净空气以均匀的断面风速从高效过滤器内吹出,从而形成达到要求的洁净区域。
