北京海林自控科技股份有限公司第1页 共3页服务热线:400 101 0003HL8102系列温控器安装使用说明HL8102系列温控器适用于工业、商业及家庭居室的温度控制,适用于控制信号为DC 0-10V (或0-20 mA )及浮点控制的电动调节阀及变风量系统中的风门执行器,并能选择控制单速或三速风机,具有网络控制功能(N 型,MODBUS 协议)。
HL8102系列温控器采用电子控制技术,绿色背光液晶显示,液晶显示状态有:工作模式(制冷 ,制热 ,通风 ,自动 )、风机风速(低速 ,中速 ,高速 ,自动 )、室内温度、设置温度等。
按键有:启停 、模式转换 、风速选择 及温度调整 和 。
该温控器外壳为PC ﹢ABS 阻燃材料,外型尺寸为86×86 mm ,厚度为23 mm 。

外置传感器:每只温控器含有内部传感器并配有一只外部传感器,通过设置参数可以选择传感器。

使用步骤:
1.将电极从存储液中旋出(将存储液瓶盖旋松)。
2.打开电极上端的填充孔。
3.校正电极。
4.用蒸馏水冲洗电极,之后再用待测样品冲洗电极。
5.将电极放入待测样品中,待pH计示数稳定后,读取样品pH值和温度值。
6.之后用蒸馏水清洗电极,并关闭其上的填充孔,最后将电极置于存储液中。
注意事项:
1.校准电极时要用新鲜的缓冲液。
2.电极使用时,填充孔应保持打开状态,电极内部的填充液液面高度必须高于参比端,也
应高于待测样品液面至少1英寸(2.54cm)。
3.有多个样品要测量时,中间应该用蒸馏水冲洗电极。
4.如果样品是热的,在磁力搅拌器和烧杯之间放置一个隔热板,以减小误差。
5.需要擦拭电极上的玻璃泡时,应该用软布轻轻擦拭,避免摩擦带来误差。
6.如电极用于粘性或脏水后变得迟钝,可将其内的填充液放干并用流动的水冲洗参比端,
之后加入新的填充液。
7.小心拿取电极,不要接触电极下端的玻璃泡,也不要将其接触到容器壁或底部。
8.电极填充液为3M KCl。
9.pH 测量范围: 0-14 ,温度测量范围: 0-100°C
10. 电极可能会用于非水溶液和有机溶剂的测量,待测样品中含有20%的水时测量结果最
好。
如果用Ross填充液填充Ross电极后有大量漂浮,试着用甲醇和饱和KCl的混合液体来填充电极。
甲醇与水的比例类似于样品的组分。
