3.6 生效条件：本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效。
四、权利与义务4.1 甲方权利与义务4.1.1 甲方有权要求乙方按照合同约定履行监理职责。

五、履行条件5.1 时间：乙方自合同生效之日起至本项目竣工验收合格之日止履行监理职责。

5.3 方式：乙方应采取现场巡视、旁站、见证取样、审核资料等方式进行监理。
六、合同的生效和终止6.1 生效条件：本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效。
6.2.1 本项目竣工验收合格；6.2.2 双方协商一致解除合同；6.2.3 依法解除合同的其他情形。
6.3 终止程序：合同终止时，双方应办理合同终止手续，包括但不限于监理资料移交、费用结算等。
