第三代(3G)LAS字号:大大中中小小OMT软件故障代码RBS2000 故障代码的描述(R7.1版本)绪论:BTS的故障是按故障的起因和重要性进行分类的:§1A级:MO内的故障,它会影响MO的功能特性.§1B级:MO外的故障,它也会影响MO的功能特性.§2A级:MO内的故障,它不会影响MO的功能特性.BSC要接收以上的BTS故障报告,应采用下列措施:§1A级: MO退出操作和测试.- 如果测试结果表明MO没有故障,那么MO将返回操作状态,并且其故障以间歇性故障处理.故障计数器将对间歇性故障进行累加,当发生间歇性故障的次数太高时,MO将会永久地退出工作状态.- 如果测试结果表明MO有故障,那么MO将永久地退出工作状态,直到故障停止或人工干涉才能恢复正常状态. 在BSC/OSS上将会产生一个A2告警.§1B级: MO将永久地退出工作状态,直到故障停止或人工干涉才能恢复正常状态. 在BSC/OSS 上将会产生一个A2告警.§2A级:在BSC/OSS上将会产生一个A2或A3告示警. 但MO仍处于工作状态.应注意的是:CF或TRXC上的2A级故障在从属MO中却被认为是1级故障.总是在CF/TRXC上读取RU的故障映象来进行故障定位.但有时应紧记要替换的被检测到的故障单元,以便更换.BTS的故障信息可以从BSC上或站上OMT接口用人机命令MML来获得。

爱立信基站典型故障处理案例
在确认马厂湖基站的数据存在掉死的情况后,重新定义了新的TG数据,来替换原先存在掉死现象的TG数据,整个基站恢复正常运行。
对上述基站数据掉死的解决办法还有一种是进行BSC的重新启动,因为需要在晚上进行,因此可能会导致基站退服的时间较长。
案例4:中国银行基站第2小区对应的机架为2个CDU C,4个载频配置,总是在4个载频全部开起来后,又很快全部退服,现象为第1、2个TRU状态为TX not enabled,第3、4个TRU为Fault灯和Operational灯同时亮。每次对DXU进行复位,总是出现上述的同样现象,整个小区无法正常运行。
总结:针对多机架级联的基站,第2、3小区退服的情况,要考虑前一级级联的小区所在的机架是否存在DXU故障、PCM传输电缆接错、IDB数据中未定义PCM级联等情况。
案例7:某个基站第2小区有3个时隙LMO状态为0800,复位和更换载频后无效。
检查基站的定义数据,发现第2小区对应的TG-139,在定义半永久连接关系时,将RBLT-1309与DCP 28连接是错误的,导致DCP 28相对应的4个TS时隙,无法正常工作。应该是RBLT-1308与DCP 28连接,正确修改后,故障解除。
因为第3、4个TRU总是出现故障现象,将这两个TRU更换,仍然出现同样的故障现象;更换第3、4个TRU对应的第2个CDU C,仍然出现同样的故障现象。
将第3、4个TRU放到第5、6个TRU的位置上,将第2个CDU放到第3个CDU的位置,这样载频的位置为第1、2、5、6,甩开TRU第3、4位置不使用,整个小区正常运行,不再出现上述故障现象。
首先全面检查基站硬件、传输设备、传输电缆等均没有发现问题,检查柳行头基站数据、小区数据定义也没有发现问题,更换DXU也不能解决问题。

爱立信RBS2000系列基站的故障处理[摘要]本文介绍了RBS2000基站维护工作中常见的和有代表性的一些问题,包括:电源单元故障及处理方法,分集接收丢失告警的原因及处理方法,驻波比(V SWR)检测丢失告警的原因及处理方法,传输故障原因及处理方法,TRU故障原因及处理方法等。

[关键词]基站维护;故障处理;RBS2000;网络维护 RBS2000系列基站是爱立信公司的新一代产品,广泛用于我国的GSM900MHz移动通信网,也适用于GSM1800MHz通信系统。

与RBS200型基站相比,2000系列基站采用了模块化设计,集成度进一步提高,一个基站基本上是由DXU、ECU、PSU、TRU和CDU等几个替换单元(Replacem ent Unit,RU)组成。

如果基站出现硬件故障,直接更换相应的RU即可;同时RBS2000基站具有良好的人机接口,可很方便地通过OMT/OMT2软件实现笔记本和基站之间的通信,读取各种数据或进行相应的操作,所以维护起来很方便。

但在日常的维护工作中,有很多告警不易判断故障RU的位置或是否为硬件故障,这样问题就不好解决了。

下面就对在RSB2000的运行维护工作中常见的、有代表性的一些问题进行简单的总结,供大家参考。

1 电源单元故障及处理 -48V 型基站在工作时需要用到三至四块电源单位PSU(Power Supply Unit),PSU的作用是将-48V电压转换成+27V,供基站使用。

如果其中有一个PSU不工作,基站将产生一个电力供应不足的告警,并将告警送至BSC。

对于这类告警,应首先检查PSU的输入电压,因为有很多告警是因配电箱的熔丝熔断引起的,而并非PSU本身的故障。

如果PSU输入电压正常,我们就需要利用OMT或OMT2来判断故障的具体位置,因为从PSU面板的指示灯上是无法判断哪一个PS U有问题的。

利用OMT/OMT2来查看各PSU的状态或输出电流,如果某PSU的状态为Fault或无输出电流,则可判断该PSU坏,可将其更换后再观察。

注意3:由于重新设置故障代码在http://www3-rmog-bts.ericsson.se/~erafima/startcause. 故障的位置,但是要记住有时是哪个单元检出故障,那个单元就指示,而不表明该单元就是故 注意:TRXC上的2A级故障可能表明1级故障存在次要的MO上。

一直读CF/TRXC上RU映射就会找到 2A 级:BSC/OSS发出告警A2或A3。

MO继续运行。

1B 级:除非故障停止或操作员介入,否则MO将永久退出运行。

BSC/OSS发出告警A2。

OSS 发出告警A2。

- 如果测试结果表明MO有故障,除非故障停止或者操作员介入,否则MO将永久退出运行。

BSC/ 障曲线,如果间断故障的数目太大,则MO将永久退出运行。

- 如果测试结果表明MO无故障,MO恢复运行并认为故障是间断出现的。

故障计数器保留间断故 1A级:MO退出运行,并测试。

根据接收到的BTS故障报告,BSC采取下列措施: 2A级:MO 内部,不影响MO功能的故障。

1B级:MO 外部,影响MO功能的故障。

1A级:MO 内部,影响MO功能的故障。

BTS 故障信息可以从具有MML(人-机对话)指令的BSC上或具有OMT的基站上重新得到。

故障处理:按dxu上的local/remote按钮,使dxu进入remote远端模式。

故障代码:socfec1:5故障名称:l/rti(localtoremotewhilelinklost)故障原因:当dxu从本地状态切换到远程状态时,传输中断,导致告警产生。

故障排除:在保证正常传输的情况下复位dxu。

故障处理:检查以下方面:基站交流是否停电- 48vpsu的直流输入开关是否跳闸?230V交流PSU的交流输入开关是否跳闸?Accu 故障或连接错误(仅适用于室外基站)故障代码:socfec2:11故障名称:alna/TMA故障描述:适用于R8a软件版本相关故障:aorxi1b:1―alna/tmafault故障原因:TMA塔顶放大器可能有故障。

使用TMA的接收信道较弱的接收信号,相当于减少了3.5db的灵敏度。

如果其它接收边也出现故障,会导致告警aorxi1b:1的产生。

tma的电流消耗可被cdu监测,可通过omt进行监控。

当tma的电流超出范围33-147ma,此告警产生。

tma的电流值门限可以通过omt在idb中设置。

故障处理:分别进行以下处理:检查馈线、跳线及接头是否正常?检查idb中tma相关参数的设置?更换tma注:如果TMA有两个放大器,如果其中一个发生故障,将产生电流值波动,cdu监测到这个情况,就会产生告警socfec2:12。

When abus is pointed out in the RU-map it should be understood that faulty HWcan be any unit connected to the bus or the bus it self. Logical RU is:- ENVIRONMENTFor example if the temperature in the cabinet is to high or the incomingAC mains is out of range the logical RU ENVIRONMENT is pointed out asfaulty.RBS DBRBS data base also called IDB. The RBS data base is also regarded as areplaceable unit even if it is not tangible in a normal sense. It encompassesthe data contents of the data base not the medium it resides on.RAM Soft ErrorA RAM soft error is induced by an event that corrupts the data stored in thedevice. The device is not damaged.
