冀教版五年级下册英语一二单元作文儿全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Summer Vacation AdventuresHi there! My name is Li Ming and I'm a 5th grade student. I just finished the 1st and 2nd units in my English textbook and I want to tell you all about my summer vacation using what I learned.Last summer was the best summer ever! I went on so many fun adventures with my family. At the beginning of summer, we went to my grandparents' house in the countryside. Their house is really big with lots of rooms. There's a huge yard outside with a garden full of fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots. My favorite part was playing in the fields behind their house.I ran around catching grasshoppers and butterflies. Sometimes I would see cows, sheep, and pigs too! The animals were really friendly. I liked petting the sheep because their wool felt so soft and fluffy. The farmer showed me how to milk the cows. It was harder than I thought! In the evenings, my grandparents and I would sit outside and look at the starry night sky. We saw so many bright stars! My grandpa taught me how to find the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper. He also pointed out the planet Mars to me. It looked like a tiny red speck of light but it was still cool to see a planet with my own eyes. After visiting my grandparents, we went to spend a week at a beach resort. I love the ocean! We stayed in a big hotel right near the beach. Every morning, I would wake up and race outside to put my feet in the salty water. The sand was so warm and soft between my toes. My parents showed me how to boogie board and ride the small waves. It was hard to stand up at first but I got the hang of it after a few days.In the afternoons, we would explore the tide pools along the rocky shore. We found so many neat sea creatures like crabs, starfish, and little fish trapped in the pools when the tide went out. My favorite was the bright orange Garibaldi fish. We also went snorkeling one day and I got to see a whole underworld of coral and tropical fish up close. The colors were amazing! The best part of the beach though was building sandcastles. My dad and I spent hours sculpting castles, villages, and pyramids out of the wet sand. We used sticks and leaves to addlittle details and windows. One time we even buried my mom up to her neck in the sand! She pretended to be a mermaid caught on the beach. We all laughed so hard. After the beach, we went camping in the mountains for a few nights. My uncle has a big tent that he let us use. We hiked deep into the forest to find the perfect camping spot right next to a beautiful lake. I loved falling asleep under the stars listening to the peaceful sounds of nature all around me.During the days, we went on long hikes through the woods. We saw lots of tall trees, bushes, moss, and mushrooms. Once we even spotted a deer peeking out from behind a fallen log! We also found a cave that we carefully explored with our flashlights. It felt so cool and mysterious inside. My dad said caves were homes for bats and other critters. At night, we made a warm campfire to roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Tell me about it! The gooey chocolate and marshmallows smashed between two graham crackers was the best treat ever. We told spooky stories around the fire too. My little sister got so scared when my uncle did the monster voice! On our last day of camping, we went canoeing around the lake. I got to steer the canoe and everything! We saw some ducks swimming together and barely made a ripple as we glidedacross the glassy water. The scenery with the trees and mountains reflecting on the lake was just breathtaking.Well, those were the highlights of my awesome summer adventures! I got to experience so much in nature away from the city. I made a million fun memories with my family that I'll never forget. Being outdoors and active was the best way to spend my summer vacation. I worked on my English skills a ton too! What did you do over summer break? I hope you had as much fun as I did making amazing memories. Being a kid is the best! Thanks for reading my essay. Until next time!篇2My Summer Vacation Fun!Hi there! My name is Lily and I'm a 5th grader. I just had the best summer ever and I can't wait to tell you all about it. Our teacher Ms. Wang asked us to write about what we did over the holiday, so here goes! The first really exciting thing that happened was my grandparents came to visit from the countryside. They live on a farm so it's always fun when they come because they bring fresh fruits and vegetables with them. This time, Grandma broughtloads of plump juicy strawberries that she had picked herself. Mmm, they were so sweet and delicious! Grandpa brought a huge watermelon that was as big as a basketball. When Dad cut it open, it was the most beautiful bright pink color inside. We ate watermelon for days until it was all gone.My grandparents stayed for two whole weeks. Grandma taught me how to make jiaozi (dumplings) from scratch. First, we mixed the dough and let it rest. Then we stuffed the little dough circles with a tasty mixture of ground pork and veggie filling. I wasn't very good at making the jiaozi shapes at first, but Grandma showed me the twisting technique and soon I got the hang of it. We must have made over 100 jiaozi! That evening we boiled them and ate them piping hot with some vinegar dipping sauce. Yum yum!Grandpa took me, my little brother Bao, and my parents to the park near our apartment one day. He showed us how to play jianzi, which is like a kick shuttlecock game. You have to use your feet to keep a weighted shuttlecock from hitting the ground. It was really tricky! Bao couldn't do it at all but I managed to kick it up a few times before missing. Grandpa was amazing though - he could keep it up for ages. "Practice makes perfect," he told mewith a wink. I'm definitely going to keep practicing jianzi this year.Another awesome part of my summer was going to the new aquarium that opened up downtown. They had massive tanks with every type of fish you can imagine - clownfish, sharks, rays, seahorses, you name it! My favorite were the jellyfish. They looked like gorgeous dancing aliens floating dreamically through the water. The stingray tank was super cool too. You could actually reach your hand in and try to pet the stingrays as they glided by! Their bodies felt really smooth and velvety. In the outdoor area, they had some larger animals like penguins, seals, and walruses. The walruses were so funny and loud! They would open their huge mouths and make grumbling noises that echoed all around. Bao got a kick out of trying to imitate their noises. We also watched a sea lion show where the trainers had them spinning balls on their noses, waving with their flippers, and even giving each other hugs. The sea lions looked like they were having so much fun!On the 4th of July, we went to the big fireworks celebration downtown. We found a perfect spot in the park with a clear view of the river where the fireworks get set off. As we waited for nightfall, I snacked on cotton candy and drank an ice coldstrawberry lemonade. When it finally got dark, the show began with a massive rumbling bang! All these bright red and blue fireworks started exploding in the sky, raining sparks down below. My heart raced with excitement at each thunderous boom. The finale was absolutely incredible - they set off at least 100 fireworks all at once in every color imaginable. The crackling sounds mixed with the oohs and ahhs of the crowd. Bao covered his ears but I didn't want to miss a single second. When it was over, everyone cheered and clapped. As we walked back home surrounded by the smell of gunpowder, I looked up at the cleared night sky and made a wish on the first star I saw. Those are just a few of the highlights from my summer. Between grandparents visiting, fun new experiences, and the firework celebration, it could hardly have been better! Now I'm feeling refreshed and ready to start a new school year. Fifth grade, here I come!篇3My Amazing School LifeHi friends! My name is Li Ming and I'm a fifth grade student at Sunshine Elementary School. I want to tell you all about myawesome school life and what I've been learning in my English class this semester. Get ready for an exciting adventure! In Unit 1, we learned about "My Hobbies." I have so many fun hobbies that I love doing in my free time. My favorite hobby is playing basketball! I'm the point guard on my school's team and we practice every week. Dribbling the ball and shooting baskets is the best feeling ever. I also really enjoy reading comics and novel series. My ultimate dream is to become a famous author one day and write epic stories that kids all over the world can enjoy.Another hobby I have is listening to music and playing the guitar. I'm learning to play cool rock songs! Music helps me feel calm and happy. I can listen to tunes for hours, especially when I'm doing homework. Speaking of homework, my least favorite hobby is definitely having to do loads of math problems. I'd way rather be outside playing sports than stuck inside doing equations. But I know it's important for my future, so I try my best.In class, we did fun projects about our hobbies too. I made a poster showing all the novels I've read recently, with cool illustrations I drew myself. I also brought in my guitar and basketball to show everyone. We even had a "Hobby Fair" wherewe all set up booths and taught each other about our favorite activities. It was awesome getting to learn straight from my friends who are experts!Okay, get ready for Unit 2 - it was all about "My Day." We learned vocabulary for describing our daily routines and schedules. Let me walk you through my typical day. I wake up at 6:30 am when my mom calls up the stairs for me. I get dressed, brush my teeth, and head down for breakfast. Usually I'll have some rice porridge with pickles - it's delicious and gives me energy! Then I rush out the door to catch the school bus at 7:15 am. The ride takes about 20 minutes. As soon as I get to school at 7:35, I meet up with my best friends Jia Li and Xiao Zhang in the playground before class starts at 8 am. We always play basketball together and chat about our homework from the night before. My first few classes are Chinese, math, and English. Those are my favorite subjects! I work really hard, especially in English class since I want to become an expert speaker and writer. After those classes, we have reading time where I can dive into the latest comic book I'm obsessed with. Around 11:30 am, we GO outside for activity period where I get to play basketball again with my teammates - woo hoo!We break for lunch at 12 pm in the cafeteria. I pack dumplings, veggies, and fruit from home to eat. Then it's back to afternoon classes like science, history, and art. Science is my least favorite, especially when we have to dissect things - yuck! I'd much rather be in the art room drawing cool pictures and making crafts. Finally, school ends at 3:30 pm and I head home on the bus. I get home around 4 pm and have a snack while I work on my homework for a couple hours. For dinner, my dad always cooks these amazing noodle or rice dishes. After eating, I take a break to listen to music, read, or shoot some hoops outside.Around 8 pm, I settle back in to finish up any last homework assignments. Then I get ready for bed around 9 pm - I brush my teeth, put on pajamas, and my mom reads me a story as I snuggle under my cozy covers. I fall asleep dreaming about the exciting day awaiting me tomorrow! That's a peek into my busy but fun school life here in China. Between classes, homework, hobbies, and hanging out with friends, there's never a dull moment. I feel so lucky to be getting an amazing education and making wonderful memories. My English skills are improving more and more each day too. I can't wait to see what other adventures await as I continue my journeythrough fifth grade. Thanks for reading about my daily routine - I'll talk to you all again soon!篇4My Summer VacationHi everyone! I'm so excited to tell you all about my awesome summer vacation. It was the best summer ever! I got to do so many fun things and go on cool adventures. I can't wait to share all the details with you.First of all, my family and I went to visit my grandparents in the countryside. Their house is big and old but really pretty. It has a huge garden with all kinds of fruits and vegetables growing. My grandpa showed me how to pick strawberries, tomatoes, and cucumbers. He even let me water the plants using the big hose. That was tons of fun!Every morning, I helped my grandma collect the eggs from the chicken coop. The chickens were pretty funny looking, always pecking at the ground. A couple times the rooster came up to me and I got a little scared because he looked mad. But Grandma said he was just being a rooster. We had the freshest eggs ever for breakfast! In the evenings, my cousins came over to Grandma and Grandpa's house to play. We ran around outside playing tag and hide-and-seek until it got dark. Sometimes we caught fireflies in jars to watch them glow. My cousin Johnny is really good at catching them! One night, we even roasted marshmallows over the firepit in the backyard. Grandpa told us spooky ghost stories that made me jump. The best part was when we all went camping in the mountains for a few days. We hiked way up into the woods and found the perfect spot right next to a stream. Setting up the tents was hard work, but we all helped. Then we got to go exploring and splashing around in the cold mountain water. We caught little fish and crawdads with our bare hands!Around the campfire at night, we roasted hot dogs and made ooey gooey s'mores. We sang silly campfire songs and looked at all the bright stars in the night sky. I had never seen that many stars before! I got to sleep in the tent with my cousin Amanda. We stayed up late whispering and giggling about fun camp stuff. After a few days of camping, we had to pack up and head back home. I was really sad to leave the great outdoors. But I was also excited because the next part of my summer vacation was atrip to the beach! We drove for what felt like forever until we finally made it to the ocean. The beach was amazing! The sand was hot but felt so good between my toes. I loved playing in the salty waves and boogie boarding. My brother and I had a contest to see who could jump the highest over the waves. He won, but just barely! We also built a massive sandcastle and decorated it with shells we found.Every night, we walked along the beach to watch the beautiful sunset over the water. The sky turned bright orange, pink, and purple - it was breathtaking. Sometimes we spotted dolphins swimming and jumping in the waves. On our last night, we had a beachside bonfire and roasted marshmallows again. I loved the smell of the salty ocean air mixed with the smoke from the fire. All too soon, it was time to head back home from the beach.I wasn't ready for summer to be over! The last few weeks at home went by in a blur of playing outside with my neighborhood friends. We had lemonade stands, played basketball in the driveway, and went on backyard camping adventures right in our own yard. Before I knew it, it was time to start back at school. Summer always goes by way too fast! This year was definitely one I'llnever forget though. Between the fun at my grandparents', camping in the mountains, and the trip to the beach, I had the best summer ever. I made so many amazing memories that I'll cherish forever.I can't wait to see what awesome adventures next summer will bring! Maybe we'll even get to go on a fun road trip or visit a new state. I'll definitely be counting down the days until summer vacation. School is okay, but nothing beats those carefree summer days. Thanks for reading about my summer - I hope you all had fabulous ones too! Here's to many more adventures ahead!篇5My Summer Vacation and My School LifeHi friends! I'm so excited to tell you all about my summer vacation and the new school year. Get ready for a fun story! The summer holidays were awesome. I had two whole months off from school to sleep in, play games, and basically do whatever I wanted. No more homework or tests for a while! My parents let me stay up way later than normal too. Instead of going to bed at 9pm, I could stay up until 10:30pm. That felt so grown up and cool.A few days into the break, my aunt and uncle visited us from another city. They brought my cousins Lily and Tom with them. Lily is 8 years old and Tom is 6. At first, I thought having them stay with us for 3 weeks was going to be a total pain. I didn't want dumb little kids hanging around and bugging me all day. But you know what? We ended up having a blast together!Lily, Tom and I became like the Three Musketeers. We played endless games of hide-and-seek and tag around the house and yard. My dad setup a badminton net and we had tournaments to see who was the best badminton player. I usually won, but Lily was shockingly good for her age. We also rode our bikes all around the neighborhood and pretended to be heroic warriors saving the world. Our neighbors probably thought we were crazy kids, but we didn't care one bit!The highlight was when my parents took us to a water park for two days. It had the craziest, tallest, loopiest water slides I've ever seen. We must have gone down the slides 100 times. We also played in the wave pool and lazy river until our fingers and toes turned into prunes. By the end of those two days, we were exhausted but it was so worth it!Eventually, my aunt and uncle had to go back home. Lily, Tom and I were all really sad to have to say goodbye. Weexchanged videos, pictures and promised to keep in touch online. I already can't wait for them to come visit again next summer! After they left, the weeks just flew by. My parents and I went camping a few times, visited family, went to the movies, had sleepovers with friends, and more. I tried my best not to waste the summer just sitting around. Before I knew it, it was time to get ready to go back to school.I'm not going to lie, I was pretty bummed for summer to be over. Who wants to wake up early, do homework, take tests, and follow a million rules again? But I also started getting really excited to see my friends and to start learning new things. Don't tell anyone, but I even kindof missed school a little bit!The first day of 5th grade was last week and it was a whirlwind. We have a new English teacher named Ms. Martin. She seems really nice and made me feel welcome right away. Apparently we're going to learn a ton this year to get ready for middle school. We're doing Units 1 and 2 in our English book first. Unit 1 is all about greetings, introductions, and talking about ourselves. Unit 2 teaches us to talk about our daily routines, schedules, and habits. In Unit 1, we've learned how to introduce ourselves in English:"Hello, my name is...""Nice to meet you!""Where are you from?""I'm from..."We've also learned to describe ourselves:"I'm ___ years old.""My favorite color is ___.""My favorite food is ___.""My hobby is ___."It's pretty basic but really important stuff to know. We've practiced introducing ourselves and describing ourselves to our classmates over and over again. I have to admit it's helping me get more confident speaking English clearly. In Unit 2, we're learning how to talk about our daily schedules and routines in English. Stuff like:"I wake up at ___ every morning.""I eat ___ for breakfast.""After breakfast, I ___.""I start school at ___.""I have ___ class at ___ time.""When I get home, I ___.""At night, I ___ before bed."We made posters showing our daily schedules using pictures and times. We also did role plays where we interviewed each other in English about our routines. It was a little nerve-racking to speak only in English, but also really fun and productive practice. So that's what I've been up to recently - a fun summer break followed by the start of a new school year. Even though I'll miss the freedom and laziness of summer, I'm looking forward to learning a ton of new things this year. Judging by Units 1 and 2, this English class is going to be awesome and so helpful. Who knows, maybe I'll be practically fluent in English by the end of 5th grade! A kid can dream, right?Well, that's all for this extremely riveting essay. I need to go crush some English homework now. Thanks for reading, friends! I'll chat with you all again soon.篇6My Amazing English ClassHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm in 5th grade. I just started learning English this year and I have to say, it's been a really cool experience so far! Our textbook is the one used in Hebei Province and we've covered the first two units already. Let me tell you all about it!In the very first unit, we learned how to introduce ourselves in English. It was pretty basic stuff like saying my name, age, where I'm from and so on. But you know what? Even just those simple sentences felt kind of magical because I was speaking a whole new language! My English teacher is really nice too. Her name is Miss Wang and she's super patient with us.One of the first words we learned was "hello." Such a simple word but I remember feeling so excited when I could finally say it properly. Miss Wang had us practice greeting each other and introducing ourselves over and over again. At first it felt a bitweird and awkward, but after a while it started feeling more natural. Then we moved on to numbers. I have to admit, English numbers are kind of confusing at first! The way you say "13" with the "thir-teen" part is just bizarre to my Chinese brain. But we played lots of fun games in class to practice counting and using numbers. My favorite was this balls game where we had to toss balls back and forth while counting out loud. Totally simple but strangely fun!The second unit was all about talking about our families. We learned words like "mother," "father," "sister," "brother," "grandma" and "grandpa." I remember wondering why English has totally different words for your parents versus your grandparents. In Chinese it's just adding "-nai" or "-ye" to the word. Miss Wang explained that it's because English is from a different language family than Chinese. Wild, right? One of the biggest challenges for me in this unit was the different ways of saying "my mother," "your mother," "his mother" and so on. Why so many small words?! Possessive adjectives, Miss Wang called them. Sheesh, English has a ton of extra words! But you know what was really cool? Learning about families from other cultures. For instance, in Vietnam, they literally call their aunts and uncles "father's older sister" or "mother's younger brother." No separate words for aunt or uncle! English is weird but I guess every language has its quirks.Another activity I really enjoyed was drawing a family tree and labeling it in English. I drew my parents, my little brother, my grandparents on both sides, and even my great-grandma who's still around at 92 years old! Introducing my huge family to the class was awesome. A few kids only had parents and siblings on their trees which seemed so small to me. Just goes to show that families come in all shapes and sizes! After learning how to talk about our own families, Miss Wang taught us how to ask questions about other people's families too. Questions like "Do you have any brothers and sisters?" or "How old is your mom?" Honestly, that felt like the biggest milestone so far. I could actually start having basic conversations in English, even if just about family. Wild!Speaking of conversations, Miss Wang had us do these bizarre role-play activities in front of the class. We had to pretend to meet each other, introduce ourselves, ask about families and such. I was pretty nervous the first time but itactually helped a ton! By the end of the unit, simpleback-and-forth convos didn't feel quite so scary. So yeah, that's been my experience learning English so far this year! The first two units covered greeting people, introducing myself, talking about numbers, families, asking questions and having basic exchanges. Sounds pretty boring written down like that but let me tell you, every new word and sentence pattern felt like a tiny victory.I know my English is still pretty terrible and I have a loooong way to go before I can be fluent. But I'm honestly kind of addicted to learning this new language already! The different sounds, the weird grammar rules, exploring how other cultures view family and relationships - it's all so fascinating to me.I can't wait to see what adventures await in the rest of our textbook! Maybe we'll learn about food, hobbies, traveling or who knows what else. All I know is every class opens a little window into how English speakers view and describe the world. It's an awesome new perspective that I never had access to before. My goal is to one day speak, read and write English as well as I can Chinese. Maybe I'll even travel to an English-speaking country someday and put my skills to the real test! For now, I'mjust enjoying riding the wave of each new unit. Bring on units 3, 4, 5 and beyond - I'm ready!。
