文章以闽教版小学英语四年级上册Unit 8“The Spring Festival”为例，探讨小学英语单元整体教学的构建与实施策略，以期为小学英语单元整体教学提供可供借鉴的方法与思路。

新课标背景下，义务教育课程结构化特点日益鲜明，这体现在各个学科教材的单元整体编排思路上。
单元整体教学成为各学科、各学段的重要教材观、教法观。
就小学英语课程而言，教材为学生提供了有意义、生活化的单元学习主题，将英语知识要素以结构化的思路蕴含于单元各个板块之中。
教师要厘清英语教材的单元编排思路，把握单元教学线索，建立单元各个部分的内在关联，制订明确的单元教学目标，从而更好地实现学科育人目标。
坚持单元整体教学的基本思路，建立具有一般指导意义的单元整体教学模式，对于每个小学英语教师而言都具有积极意义与现实必要。
本文以闽教版小学英语四年级上册Unit 8“The Spring Festival”为例，探讨小学英语单元整体教学的构建与实施策略。
一、依据单元育人蓝图，建立三级目标体系单元教学目标是单元整体教学的目标导向，是教学行动的指导纲领。

围绕着“What is the Spring Festival?”和“How do you spend the Spring Festival?”对于了解中国的传统文化和培养学生热爱本国文化有着重要的帮助。
二、学情分析本课时的教学对象为四年级学生。
经过一年多的英语学习，他们已有一定的英语知识储备，也了解了一些中西节日及相对应的节日文化，具备基本的听、说、读、写的能力，逻辑思维能力日渐增强。
春节这个话题，贴近生活实际，学生特别熟悉。
在生活中，每年的春节和学校举行的庆祝春节活动，让学生都能身临其境地感受如何过春节。
这些生活中的知识，也为本课的学习奠定了良好的基础。

四年级下册Unit8 The Spring Festival PartA教学反思本节课所用教材是闽教版四年级上册Unit 8 The Spring Festival Part A.首先我以歌曲Jingle Bells热身，直接引出各种节日进行复习，创设福娃邻红包的评价栏作为情境，紧接着以春节传统活动——放鞭炮导入课题，并进行中西文化对比，让学生在浓浓的春节氛围中理解the Spring Festival,接着教授本课单词、词组和句型，充分运用多媒体课件,让生动的画面引领学生理解知识等，采用形式多样的操练方法，用激励性的语言鼓励学生大胆开口说英语，用发红包评价机制激发他们的学习兴趣，让他们在轻松、愉快的课堂气氛中学习，在不知不觉中学会了本课的重点知识：How do you spend Spring Festival ? We make dumplings / have a big dinner /…. 新知识教完，我设计了一个游戏：Listen and choose.目的在于训练学生的听力及对新知的理解，接下来是听课文录音的环节，我是这样设计的：第一遍听完，回答问题：What does Sally ask ? Why does Sally ask ? 目的在于让学生明白Spring Festival是中国的新年，了解中西方文化的差异，第二遍开始听录音跟读，有全体学生朗读、分小组朗读、个别学生朗读等。
在拓展活动中，让学生自由发挥他们的想象空间，表达自己是如何度过春节的，将课堂知识加以延伸，并进行展示,最后以歌曲To the fair.结束本课的教学。
当然本节课也存在着许多不足之处，首先是课堂时间安排不够紧凑，以致于语音部分无法完成，在教授make dumplings,make rice cakes时，由于个人常识不足，向学生说明南方北方过春节的差异不够完美。
