评课稿Unit 8 When is your birthday ? Section A徐晓英今天听了徐老师的课Unit 8 When is your birthday ? Section A颇有感触,反思如下:本单元的语言目标为:学习日期的询问与表达;通过谈论自己、同学以及父母家人的生日,理解生日更多的含义。
徐老师的特别之处在于她的教学设计:因为本课主要是通过“When is your birthday?这个句型来询问他人的生日并学习日期的表达方法,其中包括月份和序数词的表达。
相关词汇和句型的掌握均具有极强的生活实践性和实用价值。
项老师设计了一个环节让学生制作班级里同学们的生日备忘录,并自制各项活动日程表。
而本课的生词拼写和读音都比较难,包括十二个月份和序数词二十二个。
这些单词彼此互相关联,项老师采取对比,找异同,由易及难,编口诀的方式并交叉听说读写等各种手段来强化了学生的记忆,让我学到很多。
一.课是这样导入的:1、热身活动。
以报数的方式复习了学过的基数词。
2、检查学生的预习情况。
(1)PPT出示单词,检查并纠正读音。
完成听力练习1a。
(2)让学生按顺序把十二个月份排列,在进行视觉冲击的同时让学生观察对比,讨论十二个月份单词在拼写上的异同,从而达到降低记忆难度,加深记忆的效果。
3、学习序数词。
(1)由黑板上十二个月份的顺序排列引出序数词,了解其含义及用法。
完成听力练习2a。
找出序数词缩写形式的规律。
(2)区分基数词和序数词。
让学生观察二者之间的区别与联系,总结变化规律,尤其进一步引导学生观察出几个特殊变化的词,如fifth, eighth, ninth, twelfth, twentieth, 协助学生编成口诀:基数词变序数词,词尾要加“ th” ;一二三特殊记,八去“ t”九去“ e” ;“ ve”要用“ f”替,整十变“ y”为“ ie” ;如果碰到几十几,只变个位就可以。
4、使用序数词。
(1)出示日历引出“ Today is November twenty-fifth.”,使学生明白日期的表达是由月份加序数词构成的。
