It's really cool to see them fight the bad guys (but not for real)!My dad loves playing sports with me too when he gets home from work. His favorite is basketball because he's so tall. We have a hoop in our driveway and he teaches me how to dribble and shoot baskets. I'll never be as good as he is, but it's still really fun.In the summertime, my dad takes me fishing at a lake near our house. I don't have much patience for sitting still, but my dad is really good at fishing. He shows me the right way to cast the line and reel it back in. We cook up the fish he catches for dinner sometimes, and it's delicious!My dad can be kind of silly and goofy at home with me and mom. He's always telling cheesy jokes and doing funny dances in the kitchen to make me laugh. I have the coolest, most fun dad ever!I'm so lucky to have amazing parents like my mom and dad. That's kind of old, but she doesn't look or act old at all. She's pretty short, only 5 feet 3 inches tall. I'm almost as tall as her already and I'm just 9 years old! My mom weighs around 130 pounds. She's not too skinny or too fat, she's just right.My mom has brown hair that goes down to her shoulders. Her eyes are green, which I think is really pretty. She has freckles on her nose and cheeks too. My favorite thing about how my mom looks is her smile. She has a really big, beautiful smile that lights up her whole face. When she smiles at me, it makes me feel so happy and loved.Even though she's kind of short, my mom is really strong! She can carry me and my little sister at the same time with no problem. She works out a lot by going on runs, doing yoga, and lifting weights. My mom says it's important to exercise to stay healthy. She's teaching me and my sister to exercise too by doing fun activities like playing at the park, swimming, and riding our bikes.My mom is the best cook ever! She makes the most delicious meals like spaghetti and meatballs, chicken stir fry, and her famous chocolate chip cookies. My favorite food she makes is macaroni and cheese. It's so cheesy and creamy! My mom likesto bake too. She makes amazing birthday cakes for me and my sister every year.My mom is really smart too. She went to college for a long time to become a teacher. Now she teaches 2nd grade at my elementary school. I love when I get to go to her classroom and see her teach. She's really good at explaining things in a way that makes sense. My mom reads to me every night before bed and helps me with my homework. She makes learning fun!I have the best dad too. His name is Michael and he just turned 39 years old a couple of months ago. My dad is really tall, about 6 feet 2 inches. When I stand next to him, I only go up to his waist! He weighs around 200 pounds because he's so tall and muscular. My dad works out a lot by going running with my mom and lifting weights at the gym.My dad has short brown hair and blue eyes. He has a beard too which makes him look kind of rugged and tough. But my dad is actually a huge teddy bear on the inside! He gives the best bear hugs and always makes me and my sister laugh with his silly jokes and funny voices.My dad is super strong. One time he had to change the tire on our car and he picked up the whole spare tire like it weighed nothing! He's definitely the strongest person I know. My dadworks really hard as a construction worker, building houses and buildings all day long. Even though his job is tough, he never complains.When my dad gets home from work, he loves to play with me and my sister. He'll chase us around the backyard and let us tackle him to the ground. Then he'll pick us up and spin us around until we're dizzy from laughing so hard. My dad teaches me how to throw a baseball, dribble a basketball, and kick a soccer ball too. He's an amazing athlete.On the weekends, my dad likes to work on projects around the house like fixing things or building stuff with his tools. He even built my sister an awesome playhouse in our backyard all by himself! He's so handy and can fix anything. My dad is teaching me how to use tools too so I can learn to make things just like him.My mom and dad are total opposites in some ways, but they go together perfectly. My mom is the kind, nurturing one who takes care of us. My dad is the fun, silly one who makes us laugh. But they are both equally loving, caring parents who would do anything for me and my sister. We have a million times more fun when mom and dad are both around. Our family is the greatest!I'm so lucky to have such an amazing mom and dad. For exercise, my mom likes to go on runs around our neighborhood and take yoga classes at the community center.My dad's name is Michael and he just turned 44 years old last month. We had a big party for him with cake and presents. My dad is really tall - he's 6 feet 2 inches! That seems like a giant to me. He weighs 195 pounds, which the doctor said is a good weight since he has a larger build. I can never reach things on the top shelves, but my dad can grab stuff for me no problem.My dad has darker skin than me and my mom. His hair is black and he keeps it short in a buzz cut style. He has warm brown eyes and always smiles a lot, showing off his white teeth. I love his deep voice - it makes me feel safe and protected. Sometimes I ask him to read me bedtime stories just because I like listening to it so much.For work, my dad is a police officer. He has to wear an official uniform with a badge, belt, and everything. It looks really cooland official. His job is to keep people safe and enforce laws. I'm so proud of him for being a hero like that, but I also worry about him a little when he goes to work. Luckily he knows self-defense skills and all about guns and weapons just in case. I hope he never actually has to use them though.When my dad isn't working, he loves being active and outdoorsy. He takes me camping, fishing, and hiking a lot. We live pretty close to a big forest, which is awesome. He taught me how to shoot a bow and arrow, which is so fun but also takes a lot of skill. In our backyard, he has a garden where he grows vegetables for us to eat. My dad is also a huge sports fan - his favorites are football, baseball, and basketball. We have a basketballhoop in our driveway and he's always trying to teach me his best moves.Both of my parents are really loving, caring people. My mom is more of the nurturing one - she's always making sure I eat healthy food, get enough sleep, and have what I need. My dad is the fun one who plays games with me and takes me on adventures. But they're both equal partners when it comes to being strict and disciplining me when I'm bad. I really appreciate how they work as a team.I couldn't ask for better parents. They make me feel so safe, loved, and supported every single day. My mom and dad put so much effort into raising me right and giving me an amazing childhood. I hope when I grow up, I can find an incredible partner like they found in each other. Their marriage seems really strong and full of love, even after all these years together.I'm so lucky my parents are healthy and doing well, especially at their ages. 42 and 44 isn't super old, but it's older than a lot of my friends' parents. I'm grateful my mom and dad have good heights and weights that keep them feeling energetic to keep up with an active kid like me. I know I can always count on them.I could ramble on forever about my mom and dad - I really do adore them that much. They're basically superheroes in my eyes, even if they don't have capes or actual superpowers. Just being excellent parents who devote themselves to my well-being every day is plenty super to me. 爸爸的头像个大苹果，眼睛已经眯得不能再眯了（再眯眼睛就闭上了）；鼻
子像个大枣，非常可爱；嘴角边总是有两个酒窝，无论谁见了他都后忘记所有的
烦恼，爸爸简直就是一个小福星!耳朵就不用说了，典型的“猪八戒”耳朵；身
子胖乎乎的，像个圆滚滚的大西瓜，两个胳膊像棵大白菜一抱住我，我就会被勒
得喘不过气来；两手像两片杨树叶，别看那么大，劲可没多大，上次掰手腕我还
没使劲爸爸就已经气喘吁吁了，败下阵来了；两腿像两根大柱子，比大象的腿还
粗呢!脚像两个大圆盘，走起路来一摇一摆，活像个大鸭子!你能想象出爸爸是个
什么样子吗？
记得有一个夏天，我练完跑步回来，满脸是汗坐到了空调底下……“好冷呀!”
爸爸竟然把空调调到了18度。“爸爸，你冷不冷呀？”我真担心爸爸会不会感冒
了。
曾经有一个冬天的晚上，我和爸爸在外面散步，“啊嚏!”冻死我了，哇，爸
爸竟一点也不冷。原来胖也有胖的好处呀!
还记得有一个秋天的下午，我和爸爸打网球。也许你会觉得爸爸应该适应秋
天的天气吧，不冷也不热，可是……，我把球打到了爸爸的后面，爸爸一仰头，
“吧唧”一声摔到了，哎，爸爸还是瘦一点吧!
“玄玄，起床了!”原来是一个梦!睁眼一看，爸爸还是原来的爸爸，身高
178厘米，体重75公斤，标标准准的爸爸!千万不要让梦成为现实呀!
