氨氮(水杨酸-次氯酸盐光度法)《水和废水监测分析方法》第四版1.原理在亚硝基铁氰化钠存在的条件下,铵与水杨酸和次氯酸离子反应生成蓝色化合物,在波长697nm具有最大吸收峰。

2.干扰消除氯铵在此条件下均被定量测定。

钙镁的阳离子的干扰,可以加酒石酸钾钠掩蔽。

3.方法适应范围最低检测浓度为0.01mg/L,测定上限为1mg/L,适用于饮用水、生活污水和大部分工业废水中氨氮的测定。

4. 采样水中氨氮不稳定,采样时每升水样加0.8mL硫酸(ρ20=1.84mg/L),4℃保存并尽快分析。

无色澄清的水样可直接测量,如有则需要预处理(蒸馏或混凝沉淀)。

[一般不做预处理] 5.仪器(1)分光光度计(2)10mL具塞比色管(3)胶头滴管6.试剂(均用无氨水配制)(1)氨氮标准储备液[ρ(NH3-N)=1.0 mg/mL]:称取3.8190g经100℃烘干1h 在干燥器内放冷的优级纯氯化铵(NH4Cl)用去离子水溶解后,移至1000mL的容量瓶中定容。

(2)氨氮标准中间液[ρ(NH3-N)=100.0 μg/mL]:吸取10mL氨氮标准储备液,用去离子水定容至100mL。

(3)氨氮标准使用液[ρ(NH3-N)=1.0 μg/mL](现配):吸取10mL氨氮标准中间液,用去离子水定容至1000mL。

(4)显色液称取57.97g水杨酸钠和50.0g酒石酸钾钠溶于去离子水中,定容至1000ml;存放于棕色玻璃瓶内,加橡胶塞子,本试剂稳定30天以上。

(5)次氯酸钠溶液取市售的或自行配制的次氯酸钠溶液,经标定后,用NaOH溶液稀释成含有效氯浓度为0.35%,游离碱0.75mol/L(以NaOH计)的次氯酸钠溶液,存于滴瓶内,本试剂可稳定7天。

(具体配制方法见附件)(6)亚硝基铁氰化钠溶液称取0.1g亚硝基铁氰化钠(Na2(Fe(CN)6NO) ·2H2O)置于10ml具有塞子的比色管中,溶于去离子水并稀释到刻度线。

氨气安全技术说明书第一部分化学品名称及企业标识化学品中文名称:氨化学品俗名:氨气(液氨)化学品英文名称: ammonia化学式:NH3技术说明书编码: 28CAS No.:7664-41-7第二部分:成分/组成信息第三部分:危险性概述危险性类别:侵入途径:健康危害:低浓度氨对粘膜有刺激作用,高浓度可造成组织溶解坏死。

急性中毒:轻度者出现流泪、咽痛、声音嘶哑、咳嗽、咯痰等;眼结膜、鼻粘膜、咽部充血、水肿;胸部 X线征象符合支气管炎或支气管周围炎。

中度中毒上述症状加剧,出现呼吸困难、紫绀;胸部 X线征象符合肺炎或间质性肺炎。

严重者可发生中毒性肺水肿,或有呼吸窘迫综合征,患者剧烈咳嗽、咯大量粉红色泡沫痰、呼吸窘迫、谵妄、昏迷、休克等。

可发生喉头水肿或支气管粘膜坏死脱落窒息。

高浓度氨可引起反射性呼吸停止。

液氨或高浓度氨可致眼灼伤;液氨可致皮肤灼伤。

环境危害:对环境有严重危害,对水体、土壤和大气可造成污染。

燃爆危险:本品易燃,有毒,具刺激性。

第四部分:急救措施皮肤接触:立即脱去污染的衣着,应用2%硼酸液或大量清水彻底冲洗。

就医。

眼睛接触:立即提起眼睑,用大量流动清水或生理盐水彻底冲洗至少15分钟。

就医。

吸入:迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。

保持呼吸道通畅。

如呼吸困难,给输氧。

如呼吸停止,立即进行人工呼吸。

食入:第五部分:消防措施危险特性:与空气混合能形成爆炸性混合物。
