2．3 蒸汽轮机调节、保护和控制系统调节系统governing system控制汽轮机转速和输出功率（或抽汽压力），以维持机组正常运行的设备与仪器的组合。

机械液压调节系统mechanical hydraulic control system ( MHC )按机械、液压原理设计的敏感元件、放大元件和液压执行机构等部件组成的汽轮机调节系统。

电气液压调节系统electro-hydraulic control system (EHC)汽轮机的功率、转速等参数的电信号经综合与放大后，通过电子控制器、电液转换器操纵液压执行机构，以控制汽轮机运行的调节、保安系统。

数字式电液调节系统digltal electro-hydraulic control system(DEH)利用数字计算机实现电信号综合与放大，以控制汽轮机运行的调节、保安系统。

模拟式电液调节系统 analogical electro-hydraulic control system ( AEH )利用模拟计算机或分立元件实现电信号综合与放大，以控制汽轮机运行的调节、保安系统。

调速器speed governor调速装置中感受汽轮机转速变化，并输出相应物理量变化信号使调节（汽）阀动作的转速敏感机构。

放大器 amplifier；magnifier将调节系统某一环节输出的位移、油压或电量等变化信号加以放大的装置。

油动机 hydraulic servo-motor调速装置中用来开、关主汽阀，控制调节（汽）阀开度的液压执行机构，起液压功率放大器作用。

错油门 pilot valve滑阀改变通往油动机油流路径的阀。

同步器 synchronizer可在一定范围内平移调节系统静特性曲线，以整定汽轮发电机组转速或改变负荷的装置。

同步电动机 synchronizing motor可以远距离控制的操作同步器的电动机。

额定转速Rated speed汽轮机设计规定的运行转速。

自复位装置automatic runback device汽轮机甩负荷，转速超过某一定值时，将同步器自动调整到额定转速位置的装置。

负荷限制器load limiter控制调节（汽）阀开度，使汽轮发电机组功率不超过给定值的装置。

调压器pressure regulator感受蒸汽压力变化并用来调整汽压的装置。

主蒸汽压力调节器main steam pressure regulator当主蒸汽压力降低到一定值时，调整调节（汽）阀开度的装置。

抽汽压力调节装置extraction pressure regulator将调整抽汽压力控制在规定范围内，并维持汽轮发电机组功率不变的装置。

背压调节器back pressure regulator通过控制调节（汽）阀以维持汽轮机背压稳定的装置。

电液转换器electro-hydraulic servovalve将电信号转换为液压信号的机构，也称为电液驱动器。

电液驱动器传动机构Lever connection of actuator用于连接电液驱动器与油动机并传递驱动力的装置。

监视装置supervisory equipment为保证汽轮发电机组正常运行，对其引发报警和跳闸信号的主要运行参数（转速、振动、轴向位移和胀差等）进行测量和监视的设备。

超速保护装置overspeed tripping device汽轮机转速超过额定转速一定值时，使汽轮发电机组紧急停机的各类机械或电气的保安装置。

危急遮断器emergency governor ； overspeed governor汽轮机转速超过额定转速一定值时立即动作，使汽轮发电机组紧急停机的机构。

危急遮断油门emergency governor pilot valve危急遮断器动作后使主汽阀关闭的错油门。

电磁保护装置 Solenoid oil valve使用电气的方式（电磁阀）实现遮断功能的装置。

危急遮断指示器 Emergency trip indicator用于指示汽轮机运行或遮断状态的装置。

危急遮断及复位装置 Emergency trip & reset device在危急状态下可以使汽轮发电机组紧急停机并且能够使危急遮断装置恢复动作前状态的机构。

电超速保护装置electric overspeed tripping device汽轮机转速超过额定转速一定值时，利用电磁力动作使汽轮机调节（汽）阀迅速关闭，维持机组在额定转速下运行的保安装置。

主脱扣器master trip汽轮发电机组运行中发生异常情况时，用手操作或用电信号远距离操作使汽轮机停机的保安装置闭锁装置lock out device在汽轮机运行过程中进行危急遮断器试验时，防止汽轮机停机的装置。

低真空保护装置vacuum trip device凝汽器真空降低到一定值后使汽轮机减负荷运行或停机的装置。

真空破坏器vacuum breaker汽轮机紧急停机时，为了破坏凝汽器真空而向排汽缸或凝汽器导入空气的装置。

润滑油压低保护装置low bearing oil pressure tripping device润滑油压力低于规定值时使汽轮机停机的装置。

手动跳闸装置manual tripping device汽轮机运行中发生异常情况时，直接手动停机的保安装置。

汽轮发电机组保护系统turbine-generator protection system为防止汽轮发电机组本身或电网的故障危及机组安全的系统。

报警保护系统alarm and protection system汽轮发电机组在起动和运行过程中，主机或各系统主要参数超出正常值，或机组发生损伤及其他异常情况时，发出报警甚至停机保护机组安全的系统。

自动起动控制系统automatic turbine start up control （ATC)按转子热应力和运行参数，优化设置升速率和升荷率，实现寿命管理，自动完成机组由盘车至带额定负荷的启动全过程。

低压缸喷水装置low pressure casing spray为防止低压排汽缸温度超过一定值而设置的向排汽缸喷水的冷却装置。

油动机行程指示器servomotor position indicator指示油动机行程的装置。

轴向位移axial displacement反映的是汽轮机转子和静止部分的相对位置，轴向位移变化，也是静止和转子轴向相对位置发生了变化。

轴向位移传感器axial displacement sensor检测转子轴向位移（汽轮机转子沿轴向向后移动的距离）的装置。

胀差differential expansion汽轮机转子与汽缸的相对膨胀称为胀差。

胀差传感器differential expansion sensor检测汽缸与转子膨胀差值的装置。

热膨胀casing expansion sensor检测汽缸膨胀值的装置。

热膨胀指示器casing expansion indicator检测和指示汽缸膨胀值的装置。

振动vibration周期性往复、旋转或两者兼备，一般具有明确的基本频率的运动。

振动传感器vibration sensor检测汽轮机有关部位振动参数的装置。

偏心度eccentricity转子中心与轴瓦中心的偏差，主要是观察转子是否弯曲。

调节油系统control oil system采用液压调节或电液调节系统的汽轮机中，提供调节系统和保护系统等设备的油动机所用压力油的供油系统。

润滑油系统lubricating oil system向汽轮发电机组轴承、传动装置及其辅助设备提供一定温度和压力的洁净润滑油，对设备进行润滑和冷却，以保证机组安全可靠运行的系统，包括油箱、油泵、滤油器、冷油器、阀门和管道等部件。

主油泵main oil pump汽轮机运行时，为调节油系统及润滑油系统提供压力油的泵。

辅助油泵auxiliary oil pump在机组起停或主油泵发生故障时，为调节油系统及润滑油系统提供压力油的泵。

事故油泵emergency oil pump轴承油压过低时自动起动，供给润滑油的泵。

顶轴油泵 jacking oil pump起动和停机时，为减轻转子的旋转摩擦力并保护轴颈和轴瓦而向轴承注入高压油的泵。

透平油turbine oil透平油就是汽轮发动机用的一种机油，即汽轮机油，用于发电厂蒸气轮机及其它需要深度精致润滑油的润滑场合，适合高速机械润滑用，主要起到润滑/散热/冷却调速的作用。

润滑油lube (lubrication ) oil向汽轮发电机组轴承、传动装置及其辅助设备提供的一定温度和压力的洁净油，对设备进行润滑和冷却，以保证机组安全可靠运行。

控制油control fluid采用电液调节系统的汽轮机中，提供给调节系统设备的压力油。

润滑油压Lube oil pressure汽轮机轴承润滑油的压力。

保安油压Emergency oil pressure汽轮机保护系统保安油的压力。

AST油压AST pressure用于汽轮机自动停机危急遮断系统压力油的压力。

OPC油压OPC pressure用于汽轮机超速保护的压力油压力。

伺服控制油压Servo control oil Pres.汽轮机电液调节系统的控制油压力。

主油泵进口压力Main oil pump inlet pressure汽轮机主油泵入口处的压力。

主油泵出口油压Main oil pump discharge pressure汽轮机主油泵出口处的压力。

控制油泵站hydraulic pressure pumping station(HPU)向汽轮机调节系统设备供应压力油的油泵装置。

控制油管路 Oil piping for control用于汽轮机控制油流动的管道。

电液驱动器油管路 Oil piping for servo actuator用于向电液驱动器提供压力油的管道。

注油器oil ejector向主油泵进口或润滑油系统供油的注射装置。

回油管oil return tube汽轮机各系统设备的压力油返回油箱的管道。

油箱 oil tank汽轮机调节油系统及润滑油系统中贮存一定油量的容器。

油箱排气装置 oil tank gas exhauster排除油箱中的空气、湿气、油气等气体的装置。

油位指示器 oil level indicator油箱上表明存油量的机构。

冷油器 oil cooler冷却润滑油的装置。

喷油试验nozzle test通过喷油阀向汽轮机危急遮断器注油使其在低于额定转速的情况下完成遮断动作的试验。

该试验一般是在新机组第一次试转或大修后为了验证危机保安器的动作，防止卡涩，活动部套，起到保护的作用。

喷油阀Test valve of oil spray用来向汽轮机危急遮断器注油完成喷油试验的装置。
