一、指导思想
认真学习,深入贯彻全教会精神和《决定》、《纲要》内容,以育人为根本,以《英语课程标准》为指导,转变教学观念,努力创造良好的英语教学环境,进一步提高教育意识,为学生的终生发展打下良好的基础。
二、学生基本情况分析
四年级的大部分学生对英语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣，但也有少数学生由于遇到困难，学习兴趣会随之减弱。
尤其从这学期开始，对学生又提出了新的要求：培养听、说、读、写的技能。
所以教师应该面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。
三、教材分析
全册教材内容
本册教材共有十四单元，最后两个单元是提高部分，可以有选择性地教学。
其余各个单元均是新授单元。
每个单元的标题是该单元的话题，同一单元的语言材料围绕这个话题展开。
话题与学生的日常生活、学习等密切相关，能使学生觉得熟悉、实用，既便于课堂教学的展开，又便于学会僧在实际生活和学习中套用与这些话题相关的句子，进行简单的交流。
新授单元
新授单元的第一部分是Let’s listen and say情景对话版块。
该版块通过情景对话，着重训练学生的听说技能，提高会话能力，同时呈现新的词汇、功能项目和举行。
第二部分Let’s learn ,主要按话题归类和土词结合的方式呈现词汇，其中有写是以前的三册教材中已经出现过的，其余的是新词语。
句型是每一个单元的教学重点，一般都要求四会掌握。
Let’s act版块的任务是培养学生初步的语感，阅读能力和良好的朗读习惯，并通过表演，激发学生的兴趣，让学生在愉快而有趣的气愤中，提高运用所学知识进行简单交流的能力。
Let’s read该版块有三个栏目，旨在培养学生初步的阅读和理解能力，而不要求进行表演。
Let’s listen, read and write 是语言训练的版块。
它提供了一些辅音字母和辅音字母组合所代表的辅音音素和绕口令的趣味句子。
Let’s have fun是一个活动版块。
旨在培养学生的学习兴趣。
四、教学目的任务
1、能按四会、三会的要求掌握所学单词。
2、能按四会要求掌握所学句型。
3、能使用日常交际用语，活用四会句型，进行简单的交流，做到大胆开口，发音正确。
4、能在图片、手势、情境等非语言提示的帮助下，听懂清晰的话语和录音。
5、初步培养良好的书写习惯，能做到书写整洁、规范。
6、养成响亮清晰读英语、说英语的习惯，认真模仿语音、语调，以培养语感。
7、能在完成某个任务（如涂色，小制作）的过程中学会相关的词句，并且培养动手能力。
8、能演唱已学过的英语歌曲，诵读已学过的歌谣。

六、主要措施
１、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式，设计丰富多彩的教学活动，让学生在乐中学、学中用，从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。
２、通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式，进行大量的语言操练和练习。
３、将直观教具和电教手段，多媒体课件相结合，培养学生良好的朗读习惯，打下良好的语音语调基础。
４、设计全面、高效的课外作业，培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范、正确地书写。
七教学评价
运用激励机制，评价形式多样化，激励小学生积极进取：
1.尊重和爱护学生的学习积极性，对每个学生的成绩和点滴进步都要加以肯定。
课采用口头表扬和精神奖励的方式，特别要注意对学习后进的学生所取得的进步及时给予表扬。
2.评价形式应具有多样性和可选择性，应以形成性评价为主，以学生平时参与各种英语教学活动所表现的兴趣、态度和交流能力为主要根据。
