针对教育部网络统考“大学英语B”----“英语II(2)”课程教学内容和建议1、由于网络统考属基础水平监测性考试，要求达到成人高等教育本科大学英语课程要求的水平，所以只能通过提高学员自身的综合语言素质来备考。
因此要求必须学习《开放英语4》，因为这是基础课程，只有通过脚踏实地的学习，才能达到网络统考“大学英语（B）”考核的目标。
考虑到这门课程参加网络统考的特殊性和重要性，要求至少保证54小时的面授辅导量，如有条件最好能加大面授量。
请各试点分校、工作站领导老师予以重视。
