bee rich or managers of different fields , while not a single young man of the upper ten percent bees an executive or boss. why the smartest kids in the classwill not end up the richest? why those who are not excellent in studies tend to be managers or own their own enterprise in their later life? and what factors lead to succein career and life if brains are not the only answer? according to my observation , academic brightneis only part of the story , the other factors are very important. one ingredient , among other things , is good interpersonal skills. there is stong evidence that friendship can help to tide you over a period of difficulty. with a wide circle of friends who can be trusted yo provide information and resources, your chances of succeare much higher. on the contrary , if you are petent in profession , but have difficulty in getting along with your colleagues and even your boss, you can hardly survive the corporation. another ponent is the ability to expreoneself . in today s world , what really counts is the ability to expreoneself rather than technical petence or professional knowledge . the larger the orgnization of which you are an employee , and th fiercer the petition , the more important it will be that you know how to convey your thoughts and convince others of yourideas. personality is also an important factor. whatever difficulty or situation , those who appear relaxed and confident are nearer to success. obviously , among the ingredients for succe, intelligence counts for the half , the rest depends on your personality , and ends,we'll claim a great reward,and find an everlasting peace,together with the lordit is about life. the way of life is just like a journey, just as it says. we have different lives and we chase different things. however, we never know what life will be before. we won’t see the scene until we reach it.sometimes we lose the way. it happens because you forget what your heart wants. we call this “at a loss”. to overe this, we should know firmly where we are heading, which will help us find the way and the place we want.and you may face the darkness. you will scare and want to go backhome. but life gives you no opportunity to go back. so don’t be afraid, for night can also be so wonderful.sometimes we feel alone. you must make sure that life is your own way to go. you can’t depend on others most of the time. you must finish the journey with your own strength, for you choose your way by yourself.but don’t worry. there is some star that will show you the way. during your life, you will meet your relatives, your friends, and many other people who probably stay in your life for just a little time but teach you something you may benefit during your whole life.then we continue our journey. we go farther and farther, and we find that the destination seems to be just before us. it’s an illusion! many people think that they have reached the destinations so that they stop their steps. but in fact, they still have a long way to go.finally, we will reach where the sun rises. it is the end of our journey and it may be the beginning. we will claim a great reward and we will feel deeply what travelling meant to us. it seems like that everyone’s destinations are similar while they are totally different according to different people’s heart.so let’s continue the journey. go on
