1.签证申请表：意大利使馆提供的签证申请表格，必须填写完整、准确，并由申请人本人签名。
2.护照照片：两张护照尺寸的彩色照片，最近六个月内拍摄，并符合
意大利使馆的要求。
3.护照：有效期至少还有六个月以上的原始护照，同时提供复印件。
5.签证费：按照意大利使馆的要求支付签证费用，并提供相应的收据。
6.酒店预订证明：提供所有在意大利逗留期间所需的酒店预订证明，
注明入住和离店日期。
7.往返机票预订：提供往返机票的预订证明，证明申请人已经安排好
了回国的航班。
9.企业或者雇主证明：如果申请人是自雇人士，需要提供自己的企业
营业执照、税务注册；如果是受雇人士，需要提供雇主证明信，信中包括
职位、工作时间、薪资以及对申请人意大利出差的事由等。
10.财务状况证明：提供个人银行存款证明、公司财务报表、个人/公
司纳税证明等，以证明申请人有足够的资金来支持意大利商务出差。
11.旅行保险：提供一份有效的旅行保险证明，保险应该包括至少3
万欧元的医疗费用和紧急医疗撤离。
12.过往意大利签证记录：如果申请人之前曾经持有意大利签证，需
