◆Financial Dept.: be responsible for cost management, cost control, internal operation and in charge of internal and external financial operation and management of the Project Department, etc.◆机物部:负责设备、物资、施工材料、设备配件供应及物供合同的管理,项目部仓储系统的管理,施工设备运行及修理的管理。

◆Mechanical Materials Dept.: be responsible for supply of equipment, material, construction material, equipment accessories and management of material supply contract, management of the Project Department’s storage system, and management of the operation and repair of construction equipment.◆行政部:负责文件收发、档案管理,内部行政事务,对外协调;负责后勤服务;负责项目的人力资源招聘及管理等。

◆Administration Dept.: be responsible for receiving and sending files, archives management, internal administrative affairs and external coordination; in charge of logistics service; in charge of the human resource recruitment and management of the project, etc.◆一工区:包括2个路基作业队,1个结构物作业队和1个排水作业队。
