兹证明本公司对入住公寓所需要的保证金进行担保。所产生的房租，全部由我公司支付，并担保以下情况由我公司支付费用：

room rent of the guest, and guarantee to pay for the charge

in these conditions:

１.客人在住期间，人为损坏的酒店用品和房间设备设施，而客人又不愿意赔付的费用。

1. During the guest live in , he/she won’t make compensation for the man-made damage of hotel’s appliance and equipments.

２.其他客人使用后不愿意支付的费用（水费，电费，煤气费，电话费，洗衣费，用餐费，用车费，纯水费等）。

2. Pay for the charge made by guest which the guest won’t to pay (the charge including water, gas, electricity, telephone, laundry, breakfast, pick-up, drinking water and so on).
