在校就读期间,本人曾经被评为“优秀学生”和“入党优秀学员”等等,并担任团支书职务,遵纪守法,认真履行职责。在努力学习各学科的专业技能以提高自身水平的同时,还不断挑战自己、检测自己,还熟练操作如AfterEffect、Photoshop、Word、Excel、Powerpoint等等软件。
在工作期间,待人诚恳,勤奋工作,与同事保持了良好及融洽的相处关系,深深体会到了做事情不仅要尽心尽力,还要面面俱到的重要性;及后,在以前的工作经历进一开拓了我的知识,比如摄像、后期编辑有一定的经验,让我原本什么也不知道的,我了解到了许多与专业有关的知识,正是这些知识,让我受益匪浅,将终身受用无穷。
正是因为我学校的奖学金很一般,就想重点突出“国家奖学金”,但是如何突出?这费了我很多很多的心思。刚开始怎么想也想不出好方法,后来在网上填写网上简历的时候,发现网上简历模板中,把获奖分成了“国家级,省级,校级”等等,我当时灵感一闪,就应用到我的简历里来了。虽然我这里,没有省级,直接从“国家级”跳到“校级”,落差很大。但是真的,一般人都不会在意不会关注这点的,因为一般人的`目光都落在了“国家奖学金”上了。也为了避免引起别人的疑惑,“校级”里面就没有写上我那仅有一次的“二等奖学金”了。
在简历中描写奖励情况时,应特别注意强调奖励的级别及特殊性。因为HR收到的学生简历中,几乎每份简历上都会有这样或那样的奖励,奖学金、优秀学生、优秀干部等等,HR都司空见惯了,所以仅仅列出奖励名称是没有意义的,最好能够将所获奖励的难度以数字或者获奖范围表示出来,让HR明白所获奖励的含金量,从而增加简历通过筛选的概率。
就工作范围又有哪些奖励可以说的?我们先把一些无实质性意义的东西做个说明,企业给员工颁发的优秀员工奖项、优秀文员、楷模等奖项是没有什么作用的,因为这些属于一种形式上的奖励,虽然说这些体现出你在工作方面的表现还是比较出色的,但是没有用一种实际的形式体现。何为实际?就是给公司贡献了多少订单或者完成了多少项目等。
