Abduction 外展: 远离身体中线的动作。
• Acute 剧痛:突然发生的,有着刺痛、剧烈和短时间持续的特性。
• Adduction 内收: 接近身体中线的动作。
• Aerobic 有氧的:如字面一般,有氧气的,或有氧气存在的地方。
有氧能量:人体从空气中吸取氧气再经由肺部和血管来转换成活动肌肉• Aerobic capacity的能力;与 心肺耐力有关。
有氧运动:在长时间下经由利用多种不同活动而引起增加氧气需求量的 • Aerobic exercise一种训练心肺系统的方法。
• Agonist 收缩肌: 关节运动中主要负责的肌肉 。
又称为主要动作肌。
• Amenorrhea 无月经: 月经失调的症状。
• Anaerobic 无氧的:不需要氧气的:通常是瞬间冲刺、高能量的活动。
无氧作业阈值:当身体无法继续达到它对氧气的需求时而促使 无氧• Anaerobic threshold代谢加速的 状况 。
• Anorexia nervosa 神经性厌食症 -是一种精神方面的厌食症,因情绪失调导致丧失食欲;通常发生在 12 岁至 21 岁故意让自己饿肚子的女性身上,会造成严重的体重下降甚至死亡。
• Antagonist 拮抗肌 -与原动肌作用相反的肌群称为拮抗肌 ( 从位于关节运动轴的位置来讲,对抗肌位于原动肌的对侧 ) 。
譬如说在弯举的动作中,肱三头肌是肱肌和肱二头肌的拮抗肌。
• Anterior 前面的 -指身体部位或人体器官的正面。
• Arteriosclerosis闭塞性动脉硬化症 -泛称多种中型动脉的病理改变。
最重要的一型是动脉粥样化,因胆固醇及其它物质沉积在血管内层所致。
• Assistor 辅助 肌 -能够辅助肌肉的移动,但并不是主要原动力的来源。
通称为次要动作肌。
动脉粥样硬化 ( 症 ) -在动脉和小动脉内壁上不规则脂类沉积 ( 主要• Atherosclerosis是胆固醇和甘油三脂 ) 的情况。
