born during the undergraduate years at Beijing Technology and Business University.Upon entering the university in 1999, in my usual spirit of dedication and perseverance, I began to embark on my journey of industrious study in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Automation.My exceptionally solid foundation in mathematics provided me with a stepping stone with which I proceeded onto plan not only could save the cost but also make profit on it.Occasionally, I found the chairs of auditorium and mess halls in my university were fixed and troublesome to move.Two of my classmates and I decided to make a folding chair.We thought if the chair was folded to a cuboid and we could put them together like a floorboard.That will make an auditorium become an indoor badminton court easily.Intimating structure of present folding chair, we design ours.We designed a linkage, and folded them in order to see whether this structure can fold to a cuboid.After selecting a design, we made the static analysis to confirm the dimension and material of chair.We consulted a professor of department of Material in Tsinghua University.He suggested us to use one kind of plastic, which was easy to shape and strong enough for our chair as environmental material.After the product was designed, I began to give questionnaire to manager of the auditorium.His opinion that this kind of folding chair could make more square for the limited space of the auditorium inspired us with the hope of success.At the same time, other students were improving finance analysis and forecast and company law system.With these efforts, we succeeded in the finalround of the competition.The special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and work out medium value such as torque, ratio of transmission and so on.Then I compile main program and debugged it.Finally, I compile another program to use the output data to draw the transmission part of the reducer in a computer.Immediately after finishing my graduate program, I joined Beijing Embraco Snowflake Compressor Co.Ltd, where I have accumulated nearly 1-year and a half rich experience in the improvement of product quality and new product development.As the product engineer, I had participated in a compressor project.According to the kinetic analysis of the compressor, I got to know that there are three kinds of force act on this crank-slider mechanism—inertial force、load and force of friction.Then I tried to make a analysis report which covered following informatio n, “Inertial force are divided as inertial force of reciprocating motion of piston, centrifugalinertia force produced by gyrating mass of imbalance of crank, inertial force produced by connecting rod
