第一篇（这篇有挑战性，题材很棒，自己看着办哈）This is Lance,Grace,Anne,and David’s conversation大体情景就是A买了个东西(mp3),第二天就坏了，A的朋友B陪A 一起去退货，结果售货员支支吾吾一直不肯退，最后叫出来经理依然支支吾吾，然后B佯装打315求助，经理才给退了货。
