(2) 系统设计的接收信号场强，宜取自实测数据。
当获取实测数据确有困难时，可采用理论计算的方法计算场强值。
(3) 在新建和扩建小区的组网设计中，宜以自设前端或子分前端、光纤同轴电缆混合网(HFC)方式组网，或光纤直接入(FTTH)。
网络宜具备宽带、双向、高速及三网融合功能。
(4) 系统设计除应符合本规范外，尚应符合现行国家标准《有线电视系统工程技术规范))GB 50200、《声音和电视信号的电缆分配系统》GB／T 6510及行业标准《有线广播电视系统技术规范》GY／T106的规定。
