浅谈山区学生英语听说训练【摘要】面对近年来英语中考试题中听、说综合应用能力的加强，需要教师在日常英语教学中依据现有资源和教学设施，转变教学方式，完善教学环节，有目的、有计划的训练学生的实践能力，重视学生的听说训练，培养学生听、说英语的良好习惯，进行形式多样的训练，树立学好英语的信心。
【关键词】听说训练口语交际和应用近年来在中小学生中大力推广小学、学前英语学习，并不遗余力确保英语学习的实施，取得了相当大的进展。
尤其对于最终可以通过升学“深造”，进入高等院校学习的学生，扎实的英语基础功底，会给他们今后的进一步学习、工作或科研带来极大的好处和方便。
但不可否认的是，相当一大批中等或基础薄弱的同学，在英语学习的初期就已经被残酷的淘汰了，或是逐渐丧失学习其他课程的勇气和信心。
或许他们升入了高一级学校，但是他们的英语学习实际能力早在初中时期已经“夭折”了。
见了英语就会不寒而栗，在英语自习上不愿朗读课文，不愿识记单词；课堂上表现得消极，不愿开口说英语，作业中更使他们“英雄无用武之地”。
不用说，正常的课堂活动极大的受到影响，难以在他们身上进行。
教师如果不尽快改变这种状况，英语课堂教学最终就成了“一言堂”，相当不适应新课改要求，枯燥乏味，就会直接影响教学效果。
通过多年的课堂实践和反思，我总结了导致这一令人尴尬的结果的根本原因是：在接触英语学习的初期，教师忽视了这一部分学生，不重视学生的听说训练，也许教师为了完成本堂课或是这一阶段的短期目标任务而牺牲了利用课堂内外相关环节和时间有效组织学生开展相应的对话、讨论或是表演等。
随着学习英语时间的加长，学生习惯于教师的灌输，或是简单的问答，教师也无力改变这一暮气沉沉的、令人窒息的不良学习氛围与习惯。
当教师希望通过一些新鲜的教学方法或技能来改变这种氛围的时候，皆是效果不佳，希望渺茫。
针对这种状况，我坚持以现有的教学资源配备和师资力量出发，从学生的不同差异实际出发，帮助学生克服英语学习上张口说英语怕羞、怕错、怕被同学嘲笑的困难；在英语课堂教学中开展多一些的小组活动；营造氛围、利用多媒体、实施快节奏的游戏、竞赛等等，开展丰富多样的切合学生认知水平和理解能力的英语情趣教学，让学生在形式多变的教学中，始终处于兴奋、活跃的状态，逐步应用多种有效手段和方法消除畏难情绪，培养学生听、说英语的良好习惯，进行形式多样的口语训练，建立学好英语的信心。
