Usingcellphoneproperly范文大全第一篇:Using cellphone properlyUse Cellphone Properly I believe everyone here have ever seen such a people in the subway who can keep his or her eyes on the cellphone all the way to the destination.I believe everyone here once had such an experience that in a party there are some people kept playing their cellphones without a word while others were talking and laughing.I believe everyone here can always find some students playing cellphone in any classes.I even believe some people here have once seen such a breathtaking scene that a person is looking at his or her cellphone while crossing the road.Certainly, I also believe some of you are good examples. With the development of technology and economy, the smart phones become more powerful and the numbers of users become larger. With cellphone, people can contact with each other conveniently. With cellphone, people can easily read the latest news through the internet. With cellphone, people can carry the books and music they like to anywhere at any time. All these advantage is enough to prove the cellphone is a great invention. But can you agree with the action of such a person in the subway? Can you tolerate such a pers on in the party? Don’t you think the action that playing cellphone in class is very impolite to the teacher? Don’t you think the action of the person who crosses the road without attention is very fool? So, what are the factors that appear these phenomena? Is it because the popularity of cellphone or ourselves? The answer is of course because ourselves. But where are we wrong? Today, I will tell the wrong place is the overusing of the cellphone. So why is it wrong of overusing of cellphone? How can we use cellphoneproperly? The reason of why it is wrong of overusing of cellphone is of course because there’s a lot of disadvantage.Firstly, overusing of cellphone would make the bond between peoples become more and more weak. For example, sometimes at dinner tables, instead of chatting and laughing with each other, many people choose to chat with other friends online. In other words, mobile phones help people contacting friends far away more easily at the expense of reducing the communication with those who are sitting right next to them.Secondly, overusing of cellphone would make people feel empty inside(内心空虚)and boring. There are big differences between the real world and the world of the internet which is a virtual world.People who addict in the virtual world can’t feel love in the virtual world which is necessary to human.Thirdly, overusing of cellphone can have unknown effects on health.Because of the cellphone radiation, overusing of cellphone may lead to memory loss and distraction(注意力分散).So what is proper way of using cellphone? Here, I will give you four advises. The first advice is that reducing the use of instant messaging software like QQ(即时通讯软件)and making more communicate with person your classmate, parents and friends and the person around you.The second advice is that making full use of your brain to solve problem but seeking help from the internet without thinking. The third advice is that you should never be addict in computer game.To achieve this goal, you can find some other meaningful thing to enrich your time like developing some suitable hobbies. The forth advice is that you should know what the most rich and colorful world is the real world but not the world of the internet.Science and technology and modern tools should be served as an “angel” to impro ve our living standard, rather than a “devil” to disturb our normallife and communication. What the role of the cellphone is depending on you. When you overusing of cellphone, it will be a “devil”, but when you use it properly, it will be a “angel”.。

英语作文cellphoneTitle: The Impact of Cellphones on Modern Society。

In today's digital era, cellphones have become ubiquitous, profoundly impacting various aspects of modern society. From communication to entertainment and productivity, these pocket-sized devices have revolutionized the way we live our lives. This essay aims to delve into the multifaceted effects of cellphones on contemporary society.Firstly, cellphones have transformed communication, breaking down barriers of time and distance. With the advent of text messaging, instant messaging apps, and social media platforms, individuals can now stay connected with friends, family, and colleagues regardless of their location. The ability to make calls, send texts, and share multimedia instantly has fostered a sense of interconnectedness in society, facilitating both personal and professional relationships. Moreover, cellphones have revolutionized the way we access information. With the internet at our fingertips, we can quickly search for answers to any question, access news updates, and gather knowledge on various topics. This easy access to information has empowered individuals, enabling them to make informed decisions and stay updated on current events. In addition to communication and information access, cellphones have reshaped entertainment consumption patterns. Mobile apps and streaming services allow users to enjoy a wide array of entertainment content, including music, movies, games, and books, anytime and anywhere. This on-the-go entertainment has made downtime more enjoyable and convenient, but it has also raised concerns about screen time and its impact on mental health.Furthermore, cellphones have revolutionized various industries, including healthcare, education, and commerce. In healthcare, mobile health apps enable individuals to monitor their health metrics, schedule appointments, andaccess medical information remotely. In education, mobile learning platforms provide students with access to educational resources and interactive learning materials outside the classroom. In commerce, mobile payment systems have simplified transactions, allowing consumers to make purchases with a tap of their phone. However, despite the numerous benefits of cellphones, their pervasive presence in society has also given rise to certain challenges. One of the most significant concerns is the impact of excessive cellphone use on mental health and interpersonal relationships. Research has shown a correlation between excessive smartphone use and increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Moreover, constant connectivity via cellphones has led to a phenomenon known as "phubbing," where individualsprioritize their phones over face-to-face interactions, leading to feelings of social isolation and disconnectedness.Another issue associated with cellphones is their role in distracting individuals and disrupting productivity. Theconstant notifications, alerts, and messages can be highly distracting, making it difficult for individuals to focus on tasks and complete them efficiently. Moreover, the temptation to multitask while using cellphones can lead to a decrease in cognitive performance and overall productivity.Additionally, the widespread use of cellphones has raised concerns about privacy and security. With the amount of personal information stored on these devices, including contacts, messages, photos, and location data, there is a risk of privacy breaches and unauthorized access. Moreover, the rise of mobile malware and hacking threats poses a significant security risk to both individuals and organizations. In conclusion, cellphones have undeniably transformed modern society, revolutionizing communication, information access, entertainment, and various industries. While they offer numerous benefits in terms of connectivity, convenience, and efficiency, they also present challenges such as mental health issues, productivity concerns, andprivacy risks. As we continue to integrate cellphones into our daily lives, it is essential to strike a balance between harnessing their potential and mitigating their negative impacts to ensure a healthy and prosperous society.。

英语作文:My view on the use of mobile phone

My view on the use of mobile phoneWith the development of society, the mobile phone has played an important role in our life. Nowadays, it’s common for us to see that one person uses a cellphone. And our life almost can’t go on without cellphones. Why dose almost everyone have a cellphone? I think the reasons are as follows. First, we can get touch with others by cellphone, which can make us more accessable. Besides, we can use cellphones to surf the internet to look at news or to look up some information, which can broaden our herizons. Last but not the least, we can use cellphones as a notebook or an watch. But every coin has two sides. There also exist some disadvantages in using cellphones. For instance, some students like to use cellphones to play games, to read net-novels and to surf the internet, and they even do these in the class or at the deep-night, which is very harmful to their study and health. From my point of view, we should use mobile phones properly. The cellphone is a every good tool for us to get touch with our family and friends, so we should take advantage of it. However, we are also supposed to control ourselves to use it and we can’t rely on it everyday.。

The staff prepared thelarge order and filled several bags. When the customer got the food, she was shocked. "But that wasn't my order," she said. "(4) (I was reading the menu to my little girl)."3. Our restaurant has tables outside, on the street. People often stop for a coffee or a glass of wine while they are out for a walk. One day a woman came along with a big dog. She tied her dog to the table, sat down and ordered a glass of white wine.Everything was fine for a few minutes — then a man rode by on a moped. The dog chased the moped, pulling the table behind it, and of course the woman's wine fell to the ground. So we cleaned everything up, and brought the customer another glass of wine. Later we gave her the bill for her drinks. She refused to pay for the second glass of wine because"(5) (it wasn't her fault)" that she couldn't drink the first one!。

外国网友询问手机互联网问题英语作文

外国网友询问手机互联网问题英语作文全文共5篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Foreign Internet Friend Asks About Phones and the WebHi! My name is Emma and I'm 10 years old. I go to Oakwood Elementary School here in the United States. I love using computers and going online to learn new things. A few months ago, I joined an online kids club where I can chat with other children from around the world. It's so cool getting to meet new friends that live in different countries! One of the friends I met is named Rajesh. He is an11-year-old boy who lives in a small village in India. Rajesh has never used a smartphone or the internet before because his family doesn't have a lot of money for expensive technology. He was really curious to learn about how kids in America use phones and go online.Rajesh asked me: "Emma, what is a smartphone and how does it work?"I told him that a smartphone is a mobile phone that can do way more than just make calls. It's like a tiny computer that youcan carry around in your pocket! Smartphones have touchscreens instead of buttons, and you can use your fingers to tap and swipe on the screen to open different apps.I said the apps are like little programs that let you do all sorts of things - play games, take photos, watch videos, listen to music, read books and so much more. There are millions of different apps you can download to your phone! My favorite apps are the games, especially Candy Crush.Rajesh seemed really amazed by that. He asked: "Do smartphones need to be plugged into a wall or computer?"I explained that no, smartphones can connect to the internet wirelessly just about anywhere using cellphone data. I told him about Wi-Fi too, where you can pick up a free internet signal if you're near a Wi-Fi hotspot. That's how we get internet at home on our phones, tablets and laptops without having to plug them in.His next question was: "What else can you do on the internet besides use apps?"Oh boy, I had a lot to tell him about that! I said the internet is this huge network of computers all around the world that can share information and websites with each other. I use theinternet to do research for my schoolwork by looking up facts on websites like Wikipedia. I can watch fun videos on YouTube, play online games, and even video chat with friends and family using things like Skype.I mentioned that you have to be careful on the internet though, because there are bad websites and people who might try to scam you or bully you. That's why kids always need supervision from a trusted adult when going online.Rajesh seemed really fascinated by all of this. Then he asked: "How did people live before there were smartphones and the internet?"That was kind of a hard question for me to answer! I told him that not too long ago, maybe 20 or 30 years in the past, nobody had smartphones or could really use the internet easily. People used to have big desktop computers in their homes or offices that couldn't move around. They also had to use things called "dialup modems" to get online, which made really annoying screeching noises and loaded internet pages super slowly. Before that, in order to look up information they had big, thick books called encyclopedias that had facts about every topic printed in them. If you wanted to watch a video, you had to put a VHS tape into a VCR machine. And if you wanted to take a photo, you couldn't just snap one on your phone - you had to use an actual camera that used film!Rajesh laughed and said that sounded like a really inconvenient, old-fashioned way of living compared to today. I agreed that we are lucky to have such amazing technology now that makes our lives much easier. Smartphones and the internet have changed the world so much in just a relatively short period of time.He thanked me for teaching him all about it, and said that one day he hopes to get a smartphone so he can experience the internet and apps for himself. I told him I would be happy to give him more tips whenever he gets one!Well, those were the basic questions my new foreign friend Rajesh had about phones and the internet. Even though our countries and cultures are quite different, isn't it cool how the internet allows kids from all over the world to connect and learn from each other? I'm really glad I could help teach Rajesh about things he hadn't experienced before. And who knows, maybe one day I'll get to video chat with him on his very first smartphone!篇2Hey there! I'm Sam, a 4th grader from the United States. One of my foreign internet friends asked me about mobile internet and smartphones today. Let me tell you all about it!So Masha from Russia posted on the kids' forum: "Hi everyone! I'm having some issues with my mom's smartphone and mobile internet. The internet is really slow and keeps stopping to buffer videos or load websites. My mom says it's because too many people are using mobile data in our area. Is that true? Why does that make it slower? I'm confused!"Well Masha, I can totally relate! That used to happen to my dad's phone all the time, especially when we went to crowded places like the mall or a sports game. Let me explain why that happens as simply as I can.You see, our smartphones use radio waves to connect to cell towers and get on the internet through the mobile data networks. It's kinda like those old walkie-talkies, but much more advanced technology. The cell towers can only handle so many connections and transmit a certain amount of data at once.So when you're somewhere with a ton of people, there are wayyyy too many phones all trying to connect to that same tower at the same time. It's like a million kids all trying to get adrink from one small water fountain! The tower gets overloaded and congested. That excess demand and limited capacity is what causes everything to slow way down or stop working properly on mobile data. Videos have to pause and buffer, websites take forever to load, messages fail to send, etc. It's SO annoying! The telecommunications companies who operate the mobile networks are always working on adding more towers and increasing bandwidth. But they can't keep up with how much data we all use these days for streaming, gaming, social media, and more!My dad says it's kind of like mobile data is a party with a limited guest list - everyone can have fun when it's not too crowded. But once too many people show up, the party gets overcrowded, disorganized, and no one can really enjoy themselves anymore! There are a few things you can try to improve slow mobile data:Connect to WiFi whenever possible at home, school, cafes, etc. That takes the load off the mobile network.Upgrade to a higher data plan tier with your carrier. More expensive, but you get higher priority on the network.Use data-saving features in apps and browser settings to reduce usage.Reset your network settings occasionally to reconnect more efficiently.Just be patient and avoid data-heavy tasks in known congested areas!Hopefully the mobile networks will keep expanding to give us all faster, more reliable connections. But for now, those are some tips to deal with those annoying slowdowns.Does that help explain why your mom's mobile data gets sluggish sometimes? Mobile internet is awesome, but it has some limits when tons of people all use it at once. Let me know if you have any other questions!Masha replied: "Wow Sam, thank you SO much for such a detailed explanation! I had no idea mobile networks could get that overcrowded. The party analogy made perfect sense. I'll definitely try those tips to improve things. You're so smart for a 4th grader!"Aw shucks, thanks Masha! I just love learning about technology. My parents say I was born with a smartphone in my hands? I don't actually remember that part though?Anyway, I'm glad I could clear up the mobile data speed issues for you. We kids have to look out for each other online, even across borders! Feel free to hit me up anytime with other tech questions. And say hi to your mom's smartphone for me ?篇3My Foreign Internet Friends Ask About Cell Phones and the WebHi friends! My name is Timmy and I'm 10 years old. I live in the United States. Some kids from other countries I met online asked me questions about cell phones and the Internet, so I'll try my best to explain!First, my friend Jorge from Spain asked: "What kind of cell phone do you have Timmy?"Well Jorge, I have an iPhone 14 that my parents got me for my 10th birthday! It's really cool. The screen is big and bright with vivid colors. It takes amazing photos and videos. My favorite features are the games andFaceTime for video calling my friends.I can also watch YouTube, Disney+, and Netflix on it. Pretty much all kids my age have a smartphone these days.Next, Chiara from Italy asked: "How much time do you spend per day on your phone?"Good question Chiara! My parents are pretty strict about screen time limits. On school nights, I'm only allowed 1 hour per day on my phone or gaming. But on weekends and over summer vacation, it's 2 hours per day. I mostly use that time playing Roblox and Minecraft with my friends, watching YouTube videos, and browsing Reddit meme pages. My parents make me put my phone away during meals and after 8pm though. Then Rahul from India asked: "What are the most popular apps kids use these days?"Definitely good question Rahul! As I mentioned, Roblox, Minecraft, YouTube, Netflix, and Reddit are some of the most popular. We also love apps/games like Pokémon Go, Clash of Clans, Subway Surfers, and pretty much any game with cool characters or an openworld you can explore. For social media, kids are really into TikTok for funny videos, Instagram for sharing pics, and Snapchat for sending silly selfies and streaks with friends. Oh and games with lots of players you can voice chat with are super fun too! After that, Zara from the UK asked: "How does the Internet work? I don't quite understand."The Internet is kind of like a massive cloud of information that computers all around the world are connected to. It works through these things called "networks" that devices like laptops, smartphones, tablets, and game consoles can access wirelessly or through cables.Websites, apps, games, videos, and pretty much anything online is stored on things called "servers" which are like mega heavy-duty computers. When you click on a website link, your device sends a request over the Internet pipelines to the server storing that website's data. The server retrieves the data and sends it back to your device so the website can load and display properly. It's like a huge virtual library that people can access from anywhere! The next question was from Paulo in Brazil: "What are the biggest pros and cons of the Internet and cell phones?"Well Paulo, some of the biggest pros are things like being able to access boundless information and resources for learning, entertainment like games/movies/shows, and communication through videocalls, messaging apps, social media etc. The Internet makes it easy to research any topic, get homework help, take courses, readebooks/news articles, and discover the world beyond your local area. Cell phones make it convenient tocall/text loved ones, play games on the go, browse online, look up info quickly, get directions with GPS, and handle basic computing needs anywhere. Some cons are obviously online privacy and safety concerns, inappropriate content kids can potentially access, time-wasting and addictive tendencies, cyberbullying, and misinformation spreading. Too much screen time can negatively impact health, sleep, grades, and social skills. There are also things like data overages if you go over your mobile plan's limits. So parents have to be careful about monitoring and moderating kids' Internet and cell usage. The last one was from Liam in Australia: "Will cell phones and the Internet keep evolving? What future tech excites you?"Hi Liam! Yes, for sure technology will keep rapidly evolving - that's one of the coolest and scariest things about it! Cell phones and computers are getting faster and smarter every year. We're already starting to see incredibly realistic virtual reality, artificial intelligence assistants, self-driving cars, and mind-blowing video games and apps thanks to things like 5G, cloud computing, and advanced processors/sensors.In the future, I'm really excited about the metaverse which will blend advanced VR/AR, AI, and ubiquitous computing into a 3D virtual shared world for gaming, working, learning, and hanging out. Imagine being able to put on goggles and transport yourself into a photorealistic virtual space with friends from around the globe! We may also eventually havebrain-computer interfaces that let you control tech with just your mind. There's also a chance super-intelligent AI like open-ended language models could help solve world issues like disease, poverty, and climate change. Or they may become a threat if ethics aren't prioritized. We'll need laws and smart policymakers to help govern these fast-moving transformative tech frontiers. But change happens one day at a time, so I'll enjoy the journey! Let me know if you have any other questions.篇4A Foreign Internet Friend Asks About Mobile Internet ProblemsHey guys! I want to tell you about something really cool that happened to me the other day. I was playing on my tablet and suddenly got a notification that someone from another countrywanted to chat with me! It was a girl named Emily from England. How awesome is that?!At first, I was a little nervous because I've never really talked to anyone from so far away before. But Emily seemed really nice. She said she found me on this kid friend-finder app that lets you safely chat with other kids around the world. Her parents had to approve our chat first before we could message each other.Emily started off by asking me if I live in the United States. I told her yes, I live in New York City - the Big Apple! She said she's never been to New York but hopes to visit someday. I think she would love it here. There's so much cool stuff to see and do!Then Emily asked me if I use the internet a lot. I said "Duh, of course!" I feel like I'm always online these days - watching videos, playing games, doing homework research. The internet is awesome! But then Emily told me she has been having a lot of problems with her mobile internet lately. She said her phone will randomly lose its internet connection, even when she has full signal bars. Or sometimes websites and apps will load really slowly. She asked if I ever have issues like that with my internet. I had to think for a minute because I actually couldn't remember the last time I had a problem with my internet. I'm pretty much always connected without any issues!I asked Emily if she uses wifi or cellular data on her phone. She said she mainly uses cellular data because the wifi at her house can be spotty. That's probably part of the issue!I told her that when I'm not on wifi, I use my mom's unlimited high-speed data plan. That way I never have to worry about my internet cutting out or being slow when I'm not on wifi. Emily didn't realize unlimited data plans were an option for phones. I guess they don't have that or she's never heard of it in England.Emily seemed really interested to learn more, so I explained how my mom's phone plan works. Basically, we pay a monthly fee and then we have unlimited data with no caps, throttling, or overage charges. No matter how much we use, the data speeds stay fast.I let Emily know that unlimited plans can be more expensive than limited data buckets. But for my family, it's worth it because we can stream videos, video chat, play games, and use all theapps we want without any worries. We never get charged extra or have our speeds slowed down.Emily said that sounded incredible compared to her current situation. She has a limited data plan and once she goes over her monthly data cap, her internet either gets cut off completely or slowed down to a ridiculous "2G" crawl. It makes a lot of apps and websites basically unusable until her new billing cycle starts.I could tell Emily was really frustrated by her mobile internet issues. She said it puts a real damper on her ability to communicate with friends, watch videos, listen to music, and do lots of other stuff teens like to do online these days. It doesn't seem fair that she has to deal with those limitations just because she's not on wifi.I told Emily she should look into getting an unlimited data plan for her phone. That way she'll never have to worry about going over caps, having her data cut off, or dealing with super slow speeds. She'll always have fast, reliable mobile internet access wherever she goes.Emily wasn't sure if unlimited data was available with her current carrier or if her parents would go for the extra monthly cost. But I encouraged her to at least look into it as an option. Forkids and teens today, having unlimited internet on our phones is almost as important as the phones themselves! We also talked about other ways to help improve her mobile internet situation. I suggested:Using wifi as much as possible to reduce cellular data usageMonitoring and cutting back on data-hoggingapps/activitiesPossibly changing to a carrier that offers better coverage in her areaAsking about increasing her limited data cap even if not unlimitedEnabling data saver modes in apps and phone settingsAnd making sure she has a current smartphone model that can take advantage of faster networksEmily took a lot of notes on all the tips I shared. She said she's going to do more research into her options and see if she can get an improved mobile data situation set up. She doesn't want to be constantly stressed about going over limits, having her internet cut out, or enduring super slow speeds anymore. That's no way to experience the internet these days!I'm really glad I could help out Emily and give her some potential solutions to her mobile internet struggles. As kids growing up in this digital age, having great internet access should be something we can all enjoy equally. Not being able to properly experience apps, videos, games, and messaging because of limited mobile data just isn't cool.Hopefully, Emily is able to find a way to get unlimited or at least very high-speed, high-cap mobile data for her phone. That will allow her to take full advantage of everything the amazing internet has to offer without any annoying limits or slowdowns. I'll make sure to follow up with her soon and see if she's made any progress! If any of you guys have suggestions for Emily and her mobile internet situation, leave them in the comments too. The more help and ideas, the better! Thanks for reading my story about my new friend from across the pond. Isn't the internet awesome for connecting people like that? Until next time, study hard and stay online!篇5My Foreign Internet Friend Asks About Mobile InternetHi everyone! My name is Alex and I'm 10 years old. I love using the internet to learn about different countries and make friends from all around the world. Last week, I was video chatting with my new internet friend Akiko who lives in Tokyo, Japan. Akiko is also 10 years old and she was really curious to learn about how we use the internet and smartphones here in the United States. Let me tell you all about our conversation!Akiko started off by asking me if all American kids have their own smartphones. I told her that a lot of kids do get smartphones once they are 10-12 years old, but some parents wait until their kids are a little bit older like 13 or 14. My parents got me a smartphone for my 10th birthday since I'm really responsible and they trust me to use it properly. Then Akiko asked what cellular networks and mobile internet providers are popular with kids in America. I explained that the biggest mobile companies are Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. My family uses Verizon because they have really good coverage in our area. A lot of my friends use AT&T or T-Mobile though. The networks all charge monthly fees to get data so you can use the internet wherever you go. My parents pay around 50 per month for my smartphone plan with unlimited data.Akiko seemed really surprised that we pay so much for mobile data here. She said that in Japan, there are cheap mobile data plans that only cost a few dollars per month! I guess the pricing must be way different there. She asked me what types of things I use mobile data for.I told Akiko that I mainly use mobile data for social media apps like Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. I really like taking videos and editing them with fun filters and effects to share with my friends. Akiko doesn't have any of those apps though since they are blocked for kids in Japan. I also explained that I use mobile data a lot for playing online multiplayer games with my friends like Roblox and Minecraft. Oh and I always use maps and GPS for getting directions when I'm out with my parents.Akiko then asked if all apps and websites work the same on mobile data versus home WiFi internet. I had to think about that one for a second. I said that most apps and websites do work the same, but sometimes mobile data can be a little bit slower than WiFi, especially if you have a weak mobile signal. Streaming movies and shows can be difficult on mobile data unless you have a really fast 5G connection. At home though, our WiFi internet is super speedy so we can stream in HD quality no problem.Switching topics a bit, Akiko wanted to know if parents in America put any restrictions or parental controls on kids' smartphones and mobile data usage. I explained to her that yes, most parents do set some rules! My parents use an app to limit how much time I can spend on certain apps and games each day. They also have a setting enabled that blocks any inappropriate websites. Akiko seemed to think those parental controls were a good idea.Akiko's last question for me was about something called "mobile hotspots." She didn't really understand what those were.I told her that a mobile hotspot is a feature where you can use your smartphone to create a temporary WiFi network that other devices can connect to. So if you're traveling with a laptop or tablet that doesn't have its own cellular data plan, you can get internet access by connecting to your phone's mobile hotspot. It's really handy but uses up your mobile data pretty quickly.By the end of our conversation, Akiko said she had learned so much about how different mobile internet and smartphones are used by kids in the US compared to Japan. She thought it was amazing how much freedom and access to the internet we have here through our phones. I'm really glad I could help teach my new friend about mobile technology in America!Well, that's all I wanted to share about my fun chat with Akiko. Using the internet and smartphones is such a normal part of my daily life, but I realize that mobile internet access and pricing can be really different around the world. I feel very lucky to have the awesome mobile data and apps that I do! Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for reading my story! Catch you later!。

用手机的利与弊英语演讲稿1Ladies and Gentlemen:Good evening.I feel more than glorious to stand here to deliver my speech. My topic today is “To be the master of your mobile phone”.First, I would like to ask you a question: If we don’t have mobile phones, can you imagine what your life would be like?Yes, i t’s hard to imagine…In the so-called information age, people rely more and more on the small personal belongings. As we all know, Mobile phones are playing an important part in our daily life. They have been used almost by everyone all over the world. As a matter of fact, Mobiles have brought us great convenience and pleasure. Wherever we are, Mobiles make it possible for us to keep in touch with others immediately. We can text a message instead of writing a letter, it is a popular and cheaper way to contact with each other. We can chat with our friends, read e-books, play games and listen to the radio on the mobiles. A multi-functional mobile is even like a mini-computer. With it at hand, we can surf the internet and enjoy as much information as we can. However, every coin has two sides. Mobiles also have some bad effects on us, especially on school students. The radiation may do harm to our health. Some students are addicted to on-line chatting or games, which is not only bad for their studies and their eyes but also causes more phone rates. Students use them to chat online and bend their backs, stare at the floor regardless of the teachers’ teaching during classes which seems to be inconsiderate about everything happening around. Some students even use mobile phones to cheat in the exam, it’s indeed a pity of the information age.I have a lot of pals to chat with, I have many eBooks to read, I need it to kill my sleepless midnight……they answered so when asked “why do you need a cell phone?”Excuses! So it’s obvious that cell phones have been misused by many of us.In my opinion, Mobile phones are made by us human beings. We should use it properly. Take myself for example, there is an English dictionary in my mobile, it is a good helper for me to learn English; when I travel with my friends, I usually take some photos with my cell phone; I have also downloaded some nice songs to my cell phone. In my spare time, it’s wonderful to enjoy the beautiful mp3 music. My dear friends, we have to admit mobile phone is a fashionable and useful invention. But it is also double-edged sword, so why not make good use of it and let it serve us well? The great era needs us to be the true master of our mobile phones.Thank you, Thank you very much.用手机的利与弊英语演讲稿2Cell phones have become increasingly popular in china these days. wherever you go you can see people using cell phones. many college students, even high school students, have cell phones.Cell phones have brought people a lot of benefits, but the most important is that they are convenient. with cell phones in their hands, they can keep in touch with anybody they want. if they want to get some information from the internet, they can easily have their dream realized via cell phones too. furthermore, if someone has a heart attack or a traffic accident, a call to emergency hospital or to the police can quickly bring him the help he wants. However, cell phones can also bring people problems. the most serious is the electric wave radiation which is thought to be harmful to users brains. another problem is that when people are having a meeting or having a class or at a concert etc, the ring of the cell phone may interrupt others. so i think people should use cellphones as little as possible and turn them off when they are attending important meetings or attending classes.用手机的利与弊英语演讲稿3Wherever you are, you can see many people equipped with mobile phones. it seems that the world becomes smaller nowadays. you could be found wherever you are so long as you take the mobile phone with you. some people wonsider the mobile phone necessary and useful to them, while others may dislike it.People who like the mobile phone are much more concerned about its advantages. it is convenient, for you can connect others easily and quickly. you don t have to wait for an important call at home all day long. the youth of today send messages, surf on the net, listen to music and even take photos by using the mobile phone. people find it advanced for its attractive functions. in some countries, it even stands for a person s status. However, some people don t like it. imagine that you go tospend your holiday with your family after days of busy and tiresome work. when you lay on the beach comfortably, your phone rings. then you have to go back to your office only to find an unimportant customer waiting for you. at that moment, you may even want to throw your phone away, for you just want to relax and get rid of your work. However, whether you like the mobile phone or not, it has alresdy affected our lives and played an important role in the history of human beings.。

Use Cellphone Properly
I believe everyone here have ever seen such a people in the subway who can keep his or her eyes on the cellphone all the way to the destination. I believe everyone here once had such an experience that in a party there are some people kept playing their cellphones without a word while others were talking and laughing.
I believe everyone here can always find some students playing cellphone in any classes. I even believe some people here have once seen such a breathtaking scene that a person is looking at his or her cellphone while crossing the road. Certainly, I also believe some of you are good examples.
Can you tolerate such a person in the party? Don’t you think the action that playing cellphone in class is very impolite to the teacher? Don’t you think the action of the person who crosses the road without attention is very fool?
So, what are the factors that appear these phenomena? Is it because the popularity of cellphone or ourselves? The answer is of course because ourselves. But where are we wrong? Today, I will tell the wrong place is the overusing of the cellphone. So why is it wrong of overusing of cellphone? How can we use cellphone properly?
The reason of why it is wrong of overusing of cellphone is of course because there’s a lot of disadvantage. Firstly, overusing of cellphone would make the bond between peoples become more and more weak. For example, sometimes at dinner tables, instead of chatting and laughing with each other, many people choose to chat with other friends online. In other words, mobile phones help people contacting friends far away more easily at the expense of reducing the communication with those who are sitting right next to them. Secondly, overusing of cellphone would make people feel empty inside(内心空虚) and boring. There are big differences between the real world and the world of the internet which is a virtual world. People who addict in the virtual world can’t feel love in the virtual world which is necessary to human. Thirdly, overusing of cellphone can have unknown effects on health. Because of the cellphone radiation, overusing of cellphone may lead to memory loss and distraction(注意力分散).
So what is proper way of using cellphone? Here, I will give you four advises. The first advice is that reducing the use of instant messaging software like QQ(即时通讯软件) and making more communicate with person your classmate, parents and friends and the person around you. The second advice is that making full use of your brain to solve problem but seeking help from the internet without thinking. The third advice is that you should never be addict in computer game. To achieve this goal, you can find some other meaningful thing to enrich your time like developing some suitable hobbies. The forth advice is that you should know what the most rich and
colorful world is the real world but not the world of the internet.
Science and technology and modern tools should be served as an "angel" to improve our living standard, rather than a “devil”to disturb our normal life and communication. What the role of the cellphone is depending on you. When you overusing of cellphone, it will be a “devil”, but when you use it properly, it will be a “angel”.。
