Besides knowledge, the most major one is the interpersonal communication ability; university students should train various kinds of ability, for instance: People skills, grasp information ability, learning ability etc... Among them the cultivation of interpersonal communication is particularly important, great teacher of the revolution Marx has ever said: People are the total of different social relationships, everybody does not exist in isolation, and he must have the problem: how to make these relations, how to improve life quality, these will involve social ability .As important as interpersonal skills in the job, company think a lot of integrative ability especially social ability when recruit college students. However, according to the survey there are 59% college students have difficulty in interpersonal communication, and hard to get a job.Part One the Study of Chinese College Students’Interpersonal Communication AbilityIn the recently many companies held a fair in colleges all over the country, some corporate director said that employees' communication ability is the power that more and more crucial for enterprise in market competition to win, so more weight is given to a candidate's emotional intelligence. In the face of recruitment conditions, more and more college students feel the importance of interpersonal skills.With a vocational adaptability of college students, according to a survey, 41.98% of students think interpersonal skills training is helpful education content to find work, significantly more than the professional ability training (14.9%), basic knowledge and skills training (17.5%), and the psychological quality education (17.5%), and other abilities. The answer by choosing a career you feel what is lack of quality particularly, chooses interpersonal skills of up to 34.8%, rankling in the back, respectively is analysis and problem solving skills (28.8%), hands-on skills (25.9%), basic knowledge and skill (4.6%).What’s the most helpful ability when you apply for a job?What’s the most lack ability after employment?Part Two Introduction to the College Students' Interpersonal Communication AbilityThe meanings of the interpersonal skills: social skills are the ability to properly handle the internal and external relations. Including establish extensive contact with the surrounding environment and with the outside world the absorption and transformation of information ability, and the ability of dealing with the relation between the up and down or so.There are two kinds of interpersonal skills. Firstly, the expression and understanding ability, this ability means that whether a person show her inner thoughts, also make others to gain a clear understanding of his ideas, the second is to understand the expression of others. A person's ability to express can directly prove that the degree of social adaptation. Secondly, the interpersonal fusion ability, it shows that whether a person can experience a credible and lovely man, and personality plays an important role, is more of a psychological implications.Part Three Interpersonal Communication Ability Affects CollegeStudents' Physical and Mental ConditionGenerally speaking, students have a well circle of friends mostly can keep cheerful personality, enthusiastic optimistic quality, so as to correctly understand and treat a variety of real-world problems, resolve various contradictions in learning and living, form positive qualities, adapt quickly to college life. On the contrary, if students’ lack of interpersonal communication ability, they will can’t correctly treat yourself and others, become narrow-minded and shortsighted, and they are easy to form a mental, psychological pressure. What’s more it may lead to serious morbid mentality, if not timely guidance, and may form vicious circle, seriously affect the physical and mental health.Part Four the Way to Acquire Communicative Ability: Three “A” PrincipleThree “A” principle was put forward by American scholar Buji Professor. Three “A”principle is the three English words with “A”: accept, attach, and admire.First of all, it is very important to be able to accept others. Since emphasized to accept other people you must be able to accept people who cannot be accepted in the eyes of ordinary people, that means you should to accept someone who criticize and oppose yourself. Accepting others requires a comprehensive understanding to others, we generally think that the good people easy to accept, but "bad guys" is unacceptable, it is obviously unadvisable. Treat other people as you do, accept others at the same time, other people will accept you.Secondly, consciously attach great importance to the others; this also is the ideological basis to accept other people. Attaches great importance to the others, at least, is a representation of civilization. chatting on the net, meet net friend say "hello", or "I'm very glad to see you", etc.; because Something we need to leave, say "sorry", "goodbye", etc. This seems to be in the respect for each other, is to respect yourself. We all cherish our life, if we see someone else's life is as important, and then your life will be looked in the eyes of others also so important.Finally, learn to admire others, people tend to ignore it. Praise others do not mean tounderestimate yourself, and insult others will not raise yourself. A person who is so good at praise someone else will succeed in interpersonal communication. Praise others also is known as the golden rule in interpersonal communication. ConclusionInterpersonal communication ability accompanies our life, and it acts as an important role in our life. So this is the reason that I choose this topic. In my paper, I mainly refer to interpersonal communication principles. Actually, in our modern life, we often value the use of these principles.
