3.学生能够通过学习知道讲英语国家的人们如何书写明信片。
4.学生能用简单的英语按正确的格式书写明信片。
5.学生能通过学习,熟悉并在音乐伴奏下演唱本课歌曲。
教学重点：
使学生能用简单的英语按正确的格式书写明信片。
教学难点：
使学生认识到在讲英语的国家人们怎样书写明信片。
教具准备：明信片、简易post、PPT课件等。
教学过程：
1．课前热身
学生到达教室时，向他们问好。
播放新歌作为背景音乐，让学生通过观看PPT中明信片的由来，快速了解本课的主要内容。
(设计意图：本课虽然是在教授如何写明信片，但实际上也有较强的文化差异。
通过歌曲的提前铺垫，以及明信片的由来作为解说，
可以让学生更快地进入本课的学习之中。
可以说是集趣味与跨文化于一体，一举多得。
)
2．新知呈现
(1)Let’s write a postcard
设置情境，老师的好朋友Helen就居住在加拿大，她给老师寄来了一张明信片。
(设计意图：设计一个好朋友寄来明信片的情境，既让学生明白postcard的作用，又体现出它在人们的friendship中所起的作用，所以也可以把它看成是情感的渗透，也是为一会儿的书写明信片埋下伏笔。
)
PPT展示Helen的明信片。
这张明信片的内容简单，学生能够自己读下来，先让学生整个读一遍，在这里是第一次让学生看学生明信片的书写格式，然后由教师一点一点进行教学,如下：
a. What’s the date? (The date is Friday, March 16.) 让学生观看PPT中呈现的日期，是一个较为简单的日子，帮助学生认识date一词。
随后，授课这天的日子，并进行师生问答再次巩固date一词。
(设计意图：教师从讲课的日期入手，能让学生很快了解date一词，为一会儿教授明信片的书写格式进行铺垫。
师生问答的方式在上课之初是十分有效的教学方式，因为这个时候学生的注意力十分的集中。
)
b. Who writes it? (Helen writes the postcard.)
c. Who does Helen send it to? (She sends it to Yuan Juan. It’s me.)
通过提问题的方式让学生思索：谁写的这张明信片，她又把这张
明信片寄给谁呢？引导学生从给出的文字中寻找自己要找的信息。
并告诉学生它们都写在了明信片的左边。
从而教学left和on the left.顺势说出，I write on the left.为文本和歌曲提前铺垫。
d. What’s this? (This is a stamp)
e. What’s this? (This is my address.)
这些信息可以在明信片的右边找到。
Stamp是个新词，要从音、义、形上让学生认识。
Address虽然不是新词，作为地址在四年级时也作为一课的重点接触过，但是，不少学生还是需要教师的引导才能回忆起来，所以，在这里教师利用PPT出示自己的地址，然后让学生在提示的帮助下写一写自己的地址。
(设计意图：给学生例子并引导他们自己去观察，这比教师苦口婆心讲解半天来的要印象深刻。
因为学生在思考，必定联系了自己的现实生活。
本课要学习的内容是来源于生活又回归与生活的，必须要学生自己去体会。
同时，锻炼了学生搜集信息的能力。
)
接着，让学生听音回答以下问题：
a. Where do you write on a postcard？On the left.
b. Where do you put the address？On the right. (设计意图：以听力的形式让学生整体感知本课的文本，培养学生从听到的材料中找到自己所需要的信息的能力，并对刚学习的知识加以巩固。
)
让学生打开英语书P40 part 1，告诉学生，这里也有一张明信片，请学生先大声跟录音读一遍课文，他们会看到自己刚做的听力答案就在这里。
然后，教师请学生们看PPT中的一道判断题，自读课文并进
行判断：（）a. The date is Friday, February 7. （）b. Helen writes the postcard. （）c. Jenny sends it to Li Ming. （）d. Jenny is fine.
（）e. Mr. and Mrs. Smith live in Canada.
这是学生第三次感知文本了，不同于听一听，和跟读，这一次学生要仔细寻找，才能回答。
当学生回答后，教师引导学生改正。
(设计意图：当学生回答问题时，教师不仅在鉴定答案准不准确，还在了解学生的理解能力。
帮助学生改正，更是为了培养学生的阅读能力。
看一看学生有没有真正在思考。
)
再让学生做一个帮助老师把不小心给Helen回寄的postcard中打乱了的内容,排列好的小练习，并让学生读出来。
(设计意图：通过把打乱了的句子排好的练习，让学生再一次整体感知明信片的书写格式。
)
(2)Let’s sing. 学生们帮助了老师，老师终于可以给Helen回信了。
老师很高兴地跟学生一起唱。
播放录音，同时逐行出现歌词，学生坐好边看边听。
播放两遍后时，让学生观看歌曲视频并跟着唱。
学生出了错误，也不必担心。
主要宗旨是让所有人都乐于参与。
(设计意图：新课标要求学生要会唱课本中的英语歌曲，学生就要多听多张嘴唱，英语教师应该多鼓励学生，给他们信心。
)
(3)Let’s do it.
歌曲的轻松时刻过后，教师引导学生跟老师，凭借板书中的导图，对如何书写明信片进行回顾，和整理。
再让学生给自己的朋友或家人或老师写一张明信片，利用PPT示例的两张明信片为提示，学生仿写。
(设计意图：课标要求学生能够模仿例文进行书写，教师应该给学生一定的知识支撑，可以是例文，也可以是板书。
充分利用板书，让学生通过板书的导图看到整个学习过程，帮助学生形成知识脉络。
)
3.巩固检验
让学生轮流把自己的明信片呈现给同学，通过post进行邮递。
(设计意图：给英语学习者尤其是初学者信心，从认可他所作的一切努力开始并尽可能多的为他们创造机会。
)
4.拓展延伸
PPT呈现一句明信片的寄情话语和一些各种节日大家收到的明信片。
(设计意图：情感提升，让学生不仅知道明信片的书写，更知道我们为何而写。
) 5.作业设计
请学生将自己制作的明信片拿给家长看，并介绍一下讲英语的国家的人们是怎么书写明信片的。
再想一想，用英语书写的明信片和我们用中文书写的明信片又有哪些地方不同呢？
(设计意图：Homework既是课堂知识的巩固又是延伸。
学生不仅学得会还能讲得出，这一直是我所希望的。
说一说，讲一讲，这样的作业既能够让所有学生在学习完本课之后，都有事情可做，有加深了其跨文化意识，培养了他们的文化素养。
