因为文件涉及的机械零部件，加工工艺等专有名词是我在课堂上根本没有涉及到的。
我只有打开电脑利用__词霸一个个的查。
这时候觉得工作原来并不想自己想的那样简单，所以在以后的工作中就更应该小心谨慎了。
虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。
这样下来，也难免会出错，比如老外在一封有关交付款的邮件里提到参照ccp15530，我在电脑上查到ccp由中国共产党的意思，就写成了要交付15530元人民币。
最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。
当得知ccp15530只是文件标号时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。
好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。
学校的翻译课时短，有时一周两节，一节课也才两个小时，而且老师一般只要求我们翻译一些短的文章，可是由于工作要求，单位与英方的有些邮件就会很长的篇幅而且时间要求很近，而且由于自己不熟悉机械方面的相关知识，这时候为了保证质量，我就主动把工作带回家去做。

我将从英语教学，实习班主任和教学研究三个方面对自己的实习工作做一个简要的总结。
首先，在英语教学方面。
按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。
从实习的第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。
真实的英语课堂与我们平日的模拟课堂是完全不一样的。
实习期间试讲时，面对的也是自己的同学，每位同学都非常的excellent.但是，在真实的课堂中，学生的水平参差不齐，掌握知识的程度不一样，接受新知识的速度也不一样。
而老师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。
比如说当老师提出问题学生答不上的时候，老师该怎么办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是解决不了问题的。
但这有是我们在上课时经常碰到的问题。
再加上自己此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。
往往在出现这种情况的时候，我会更加注意自己的引导方式并适当地简化自己的问题。
虽然为了不打击学生的学习积极性而简化知识，但由于过分地低估了学生的水平自己在实习期间又犯了一个很极端的错误。
初中的学生大多是刚刚开始正式地接触英语，虽然有一些学生在小学也学过一些，但他们的英语基础总体来说较低。
在上课的过程中，我曾为了追求直指的课堂教学目标，而将语言知识点过分地简化，对一些相对复杂的知识点甚至避而不谈，过分地“溺爱学生”。
结果一堂课中全是机械性的句型单词短语的操练，这样的课不仅学生觉得烦，最后连自己都觉得枯燥无味了。
真正的英语课堂是应该充满知识性和趣味性的，既能激发学生的学习兴趣又能在乐中学到知识。
经过仔细地分析，发现自己的课最缺的是语言知识点的拓展，学生的学习都只是停留在认知层面而很少要求他们学会去用所学知识。

一．实习简介

大学生过即将结束，离开学校实习的时间虽然短暂，在这期间确实经历了不少，让自己不断地行动，不断的学习与成长，是自己得到了磨练。

二．实习内容
实习的第一天，厂领导带我们举行了一次精彩的会议，此次会议主要介绍了英轩实业有限公司的大体概括和最近几年的发展状况，向我们介绍了他们的工作经验、实习期间应注意的安全事项等。
实习第二天，在厂区工作人员的带领下我们参观了该厂生产酒精及柠檬酸的工艺流程。
实习第三天，我们参观了厂区处理在生产过程中产生的污水的工艺流程，并对三天的实习作了总结。
三．实习的相关内容
城市污水是排入城镇污水系统的污水的统称。
城市污水主要包括生活污水和工业污水，由城市排水管网汇集并输送到污水处理厂进行处理。
城市污水按来源可分为生活污水、工业废水和径流污水。
工业废水
所谓工业废水是指各行业生产过程中所产生和排出的废水。
它可分为生产污水（包括生活污水）和生产废水两大类。
1、生产污水是指在生产过程中所形成的，被有机或无机生产废料所污染的废水（包括温度过高而能够造成热污染的工业废水）。
2、生产废水是指在生产过程中形成的，但未直接参与生产工艺、只起辅助作用，未被污染物污染或污染很轻的水，有的只是温度稍上升（诸如冷却水等）。
工业废水的主要特点是：
1，工业废水对环境造成的污染危害，以及应采取的防治对策，取决于工业废水的特性，即污染物的种类、性质和浓度。
工业废水的水质特征，不单依废水的类别而异，往往因时因地而多变。
2，工业废水的特点主要表现为排放量大、组成复杂和污染严重。
对废水水质常用两项最主要的污染指标来表示，也就是指悬浮物和化学需氧量。
不同的工业废水，其水质差异很大。
以化学需氧量为例，较低的也在250-3500mg/L之间，高的常达每升数万毫克，甚至几十万毫克。
生物发酵行业的废水特征
发酵行业通常以大米、小麦、薯干及其农副产品作为主要材料进行生产。
从而在整个生产过程中所排出的废渣水，如：白酒糟、大米渣、玉米浆渣等，都含有很丰富的蛋白质、各类氨基酸、维生素以及多种糖类和微量元素等，因此是理想的饲料原材料，同等也是作微生物生长繁殖的营养源。
四．企业厌氧生物处理的工艺流程
厌氧内循环（IC）反应器
IC工艺是基于UASB反应器颗粒化和三相分离器的概念而改进的新型反应器。
它由2个UASB 反应器的单元相互重叠而成,特点是在高的反应器内分为2个部分。
底部一个处于极端的高负荷,上部一个处于低负荷。
IC反应器由4个不同的功能单元构成,即混合部分、膨胀床部分、精处理部分和回流部分
（1）IC反应器工作原理:
IC反应器基本构造如图所示，它相似由2层UASB反应器串联而成。
按功能划分，反应器由下而上共分为5个区：混合区、第1厌氧区、第2厌氧区、沉淀区和气液分离区。
混合区：反应器底部进水、颗粒污泥和气液分离区回流的泥水混合物有效地在此区混合。
第1厌氧区：混合区形成的泥水混合物进入该区，在高浓度污泥作用下，大部分有机物转化为沼气。
混合液上升流和沼气的剧烈扰动使该反应区内污泥呈膨胀和流化状态，加强了泥水表面接触，污泥由此而保持着高的活性。
随着沼气产量的增多，一部分泥水混合物被沼气提升至顶部的气液分离区。
气液分离区：被提升的混合物中的沼气在此与泥水分离并导出处理系统，泥水混合物则沿着回流管返回到最下端的混合区，与反应器底部的污泥和进水充分混合，实现了混合液的内部循环。
第2厌氧区：经第1厌氧区处理后的废水，除一部分被沼气提升外，其余的都通过三相分离器进入第2厌氧区。
该区污泥浓度较低，且废水中大部分有机物已在第1厌氧区被降解，因此沼气产生量较少。
沼气通过沼气管导入气液分离区，对第2厌氧区的扰动很小，这为污泥的停留提供了有利条件。
沉淀区：第2厌氧区的泥水混合物在沉淀区进行固液分离，上清液由出水管排走，沉淀的颗粒污泥返回第2厌氧区污泥床。
从IC反应器工作原理中可见，反应器通过2层三相分离器来实现SRT>HRT，获得高污泥浓度；通过大量沼气和内循环的剧烈扰动，使泥水充分接触，获得良好的传质效果。
（2）主要特点:
容积负荷高；
节省投资和占地面积；
抗冲击负荷能力强；
抗低温能力强；
具有缓冲PH的能力；
内部自动循环，不必外加动力；出水稳定性好；
启动周期短；
五．实习总结
作为一个工科专业的学生，生产实习是我们专业知识结构中不可缺少的组成部分，并作为一个独立的项目列入专业教学计划中的。
其目的在于通过实习是我们获得基本的生产的感性知识，理论联系实际，扩大知识面；同时专业知识实习又是锻炼和培养自身业务能力及素质的重要渠道，培养自己的吃苦耐劳精神，也是我们接触社会、了解生产状况、了解国情的一个重要途径，逐步实现由学生到社会的转变，培养我们初步担任技术工作的能力、初步了解化工工艺的基本方法和技能。
在实习过程中，通过对工厂的了解，与工人、技术人员的交谈，得以对所学的专业在国民经济中所占的地位与作用的认识有所加深，培养事业心、使命感和务实精神，为适应从学生到工作者做准备。
同时通过这次实习是我们得到一次综合能力的训练和培养。
在整个实习过程中，充分发挥学生的主动性、积极性，在生产现场细心观察，虚心请教，积极思考，多方了解，大胆提出自己的想法，在有限的实习时间里使各方面的能力都得到锻炼。
这些实际知识，对我们学习后面的课程乃至以后的工作，都是十分必要的基础。
