学情分析：
学四年级的学生和低年级学生相比具有比较强的自行探究的能力，学生在观察能力、思维能力、语言表达能力方面都有了较好的提高，有着强烈的好奇心与动手操作的能力。
他们喜欢在自己的探索中获取知识，喜欢在玩中学，喜欢在做中学，喜欢在想中学，喜欢在用中学。
对周边的事物产生着浓厚的兴趣，有着强烈的学习愿望，但不能自觉地从生活中进行学习，也不能很好地把英语知识用于生活中。
在学习的方式上，存在着单一式的学习，缺乏合作学习的习惯，不能做到与人交流，与人对话。
喜欢受到表扬或赞美，喜欢发表自己的见解，有时是很幼稚的见解
教学目标：
一、知识目标：
1、单词zoo farm 能够认读拼写。
2、句型Where shall we go ? We want to go to ….
Would you like …..? How about…? 等功能语句提建议说想法。
二、能力目标：通过学习新单词句型，引导学生感知、模仿、学
习体验，能够把所学单词句型在真实语境中进行灵活交际。
三、情感态度目标：通过英语学习，培养学生养成关心小动物，热

描述出行方式的英语表达法多是由“by＋交通工具”构成，因此语法知识构成相对简单，生词量较少。
本单元的难点是学生能够熟练使用所学语言询问并回答乘坐某种交通工具去某地。
教师在教学过程中要注意多创设情景为学生提供综合运用语言的机会。
本课时的主要教学内容是Let’s start Let’s chant Main scene A Let’s learn Let’s play，主要是呈现基础知识，自然地将教学重点引导语言运用上来。
本课时的核心内容是“运用某种交通工具去某地的表达法”。
在口语训练方面，主要是练by bike／bus／car／train／ship/plane及其问答。
如：How do you usually go there/…? I usually go there on foot／by bike/…How many students go there on foot／by bus／…？等。
二、教学建议1．Lesson 31和Lesson 32是两节复习课，我们可以考虑融二为一，设计一些小活动或者小测试对学生进行简单的复习与考察。
教师可根据学生的学习情况进行机动的复习。
如学生掌握的比较好，教师可以进行本单元的小测，也可以拓展一些内容;如学生对前面的内容掌握的不太好，教师可进行差缺补漏的复习。
2．教师可以通过游戏来带领学生复习，通过这种小竞赛，激发学生的学习兴趣。
例如通过游戏“Mother, May I?”来复习句型“May I ...?”3．教师带领学生一起演唱本单元所学的英文歌曲。
这样，在欢快的氛围中学生就能很轻松的掌握所学的内容了。
4．在复习过程中，教师要给出学生一些科学的复习方法，例如比较法。
