U1是本模块第一课，为U2、U3提供话题语境，扫清单词、语法、文化障碍。
2．教学对象分析：经过一学期的初中英语学习，学生已具备一定的词汇量，初步掌握一般现在时的用法，能够通过联系课文用简单的英语来 表达自己的观点。
