上海绝对是吃货的天堂,在这里可以吃 到所有你可以吃出名字的任何美食,从古到今, 从欧洲到亚洲,从北极到南极,无所不包,有 容乃大。当然我最喜欢的还是上海的本地美食, 小笼包这种驰名中外的就不说了,还有生煎、 锅贴、葱油拌面,菜饭……,说的我嘴都馋了, 让我先去吃一会。
在上海,有很多在租界时期留下来 的优秀建筑。在这里可以看到英国、法国、 德国、美国、西班牙等等各个国家所遗留 下来的各种风格迥异的别墅群,其中的佼 佼者就是淮海路的别墅群和南京路上的万 国建筑群。
上海,又称“上海滩”,是一座极 具现代化而又不失中国传统特色的国际大 都市。由于其地处中国漫长海岸线的最正 中,是中国四个中央直辖市之一,是中国 的历史文化名城。百余年来,上海一直是 中国商业的中心、财富的汇聚地,是中国 仅次于香港的著名“购物乐园”,更是和 世界联系最紧密的那根纽带。

1959 年10月迁入河南中路 16号旧中汇大楼,在此 期间,上海博物馆由小到大,在各方面都得到了很大的发展。

1992年上海市政府作出了决策,拨出市中心人民广场这一黄金地段,建造新的上海博物馆馆舍。

该馆陈列面积2800平方米。

分别设中国青铜器陈列室、中国陶瓷器陈列室、中国绘画陈列室、古代雕刻陈列室。
